We held our professional development there today. The facilities are ample and adequate, and the food was very good. Well continue to use the facility again.

Went in the day after thanksgiving to spend time with my nephews while in town. My kids liked it but the workers just talk amongst themselves and dont really help. We have been to similar places where we live where they had people working all the spots making sure it was safe and helped when kids got stuck. The food area was nice and checkin staff was helpful. There is a small arcade in front that is clean and everything worked.

Its a great place. I went there for a field trip and the trampolines were super fun! The food there was also good. Great place overall

Horrible customer service and unsafe environment. Do not enforce their rules that are obviously posted. It was brought to their attention multiple occasions that safety rules were violated according to their posted signs. They stated they recently changed rules but have neglected to update anything visible to the public. We were told different things various times we went. And even if their signage was updated its probably safe to say it still wouldn’t be enforced. Not safe for children under 6. The times I’ve taken my children there, they had no one supervising the 4 and under area. I had really high hopes for this place. They have neglected to address any of the issues myself and various others have brought up. Unless the staff is properly trained or changed and they enforced their own basic safety rules I do not recommend this place to anyone. Considering this and how rude the staff was when things were brought up, I won’t be spending any money or time here again.

They have a nice staff. I have a special needs child and they are always so understanding. They also help support a special needs group my child is in. Wonderful people.

My son enjoys jumping here. Good to know they sanitize the trampolines 3 times daily.

10/6/19 Update: This place has great food here, just tell em how you want your order and they get it taken care of. Its also an awesome area to bring the kids. You can easily Kill an hr+ here with the whole family. If ricochet sees this... Great work to everybody who works there. I definitely Appreciate your service. The workers are awesome at tending to the customers. The zone is well takened care of. I only hope the arcade can be updated/upgraded.Update 2/26/20 The pool tables have been well maintained. -The boys and I have now made it a weekly routine to come here for some beverages, food, jumping around and some arcade fun. Highly recommended site to visit with the kids. :)

This is a wonderful facility for little kids. So joyful. Food not bad at the little cafe as well. An enjoyable place.

My kids love it!! There is too much people on the weekends though.

Excellent place to take the family to jump and run. We had pizza at the Hacienda restaurant, it was delicious, full of flavor and very well packed with veggies and meats (we had the supreme). Prices are fair for what they offer and the ambiance is very relaxed and fun at the same time. Plenty of games besides the trampolines. I still have to try the new RC area. Looking forward in coming back.

My daughter loves this place

Ive been there lots of times but mostly for family birthday parties. I think the kids would rather enjoy bouncing on the trampolines that abound the southwest corner of the building instead of the party; but its a great way to keep the kids busy while the room is getting ready for cake and presents. I also enjoy the r/c track near the northern entrance where I can rent a remote controlled buggy and race around the track. Its a lot of fun.

Very fun place to spend a few hours. They always play good music and the staff is very nice.

Hi. Ive noticed during summer (currently) There is not enough shade in the parking lots. Maybe solar panel shades or trees would be good? Just a suggestion.

It is a great trampoline park. It has a little section and a bigger kid section a dodge ball area. Party rooms. Basketball courts and a rc racetrack. The prices a reasonable. The food was good and bonus you can have beer while the kids play.

Huge facility with plenty of snack options. Just needs to fix some of their arcade machines. Has a cool race track for remote control cars. Bunch of trampolines for the kids.

Great service, variety of fantastic food! Especially loved the salt and pepper fries.

If u need 2 work without being bothered, Im telling u this is da place. Bring yur kids n Walla disappear 4 2 -3 hrs n your works done. LUV IT.

The place is not kid or parent friendly. There is not enough sitting for the people supervising the children at play. The place is not well staffed. I know most of the employees are young but that is no excuse for being rude. Plus the place needs a good cleaning!

Today Sunday I was so disappointed took the family and grandkids. Hoping to see football games while taking turns to care of the kids no games were on. 70% of customers seemed from Mex yet only saw one staff member working the floor, what gives? Any other time theres lots of staff members. Perhaps bowling might attract the kids. I enjoyed the place dont get wrong But?

I hate coming here, kids enjoy bouncing all over the place but they have poor customer service. I mean if youre working around kids you should have a better attitude,and be friendlier. Place is pricey but with better customer service I wouldnt mind spending my money there.

Where kids will have a lot of fun and do some good excercise

Ariel is such an amazing mat attendant! We love bringing our little ones when hes working! Ariel is so great with the kids and genuinely cares about their safety! Hes friendly and always has a great attitude!

We took our Youth Groups from Oasis Church & Ekklesia Church. The Youth really loved it and it was fun for the Leaders to join in and to watch! Thanks for your hospitality, yall were very kind!

I loved this place because its an awesome place to have fun. Also, the food is pretty good too. Many people like it also is because in Ricochet they have dogeball, and basketball, and gymnastics. Also, you could make parties there, and when you enter, you could play racing games, hockey, and many other games. Also they added a race track which is really fun to play.

Awesome fun place. Huge to include multiple trampolines for all ages. Basketball court, indoor RC car race track, birthday party rooms with hostess plus a food court. Cant go wrong here!

Awesome place for all age kids to jump around and play basketball, Dodge ball and have a party celebration. Just recently added a RC race track and have a very good side banquet hall for your reunions or large wedding receptions. HACIENDA restaurant grill provides an array of food choices at a reasonable price.

Food is good, however very overpriced. Everything else is fine, great hangout spot!

Is a bit pricey for one hour, the place is nice and clean. The food and the service sucks, i order a carne asada fries with cheese. The cheese wasnt melted, took it back to see if they can melt the cheese. She put it under a heat lamp for a few minutes and gave it back to me, i wasnt surprise the cheese was not melt, i told her that the cheese is not melted and she said oh is melt a little bit. In the picture you can see not bit.

Very helpful, brought an old traxxas stampede that was in a bad condition and they set me up with everything i needed. I highly recommend coming here.

Poor maintenance, quite dirty. Some staff are rude. Overall, I believe it is a great way to entertain children for a couple of hours. Food is alright.

Being a special event night 10/24/17 they didnt have enough staff on hand. Taking way to long to even get regular drinks. Service needs to be better or this place will go down hill fast.

This place is cheaper than going to chucky cheese. Plus its good for the kids physically.

Place is deteriorating quickly. Service is getting worse and they let kids run around places that arent safe. Waited more than 10 minutes for my children to jump and there was no one at the counter. Customer service sucks. Cranky receptionists, music is inappropriate for children either.
