I loved coming here! My husband and I came for a casual date night since I needed some yarn for a project. They didnt have the yarn I needed, but they had great Christmas stuff on sale! So, we ended up getting some things we needed for our Christmas decorations and loved looking at everything. Plus, it was an hour before they closed, so we were pretty much the only ones in there.

Great selection of all your crafting needs. Plus lots of ideas for gifts. I like to wander around and look at all the new things they have. It inspires me to do fun crafts with my grandkids. Helpful employees can answer any questions you may have.

I called to see if they would price match something and the employee who I talked to told me I could no problem, my husband and I drove over an hour to get the item and the manager told me he wouldn’t do it. I understand that but when one employee says you can and then you get told you can’t by another and for the manager to not even say sorry after I told him that I had called and was told yes I could. At my work we don’t take another employees mistake out on the customer.

The manager I believe his name was Luke was so extremely helpful when there seemed to be no one else in town that could give me any answers to the product I was going to buy. But, he was able to answer all my questions. The cashier was very sweet, and friendly.

Had lots of sales going on like they always do. Overall nice store. They have a lot of supplies.

I came because I got an email saying they were having black Friday deals. I didnt really see any deals I was just here not to long ago and all the prices seem the same. There is suppose to be clearance items down the isles but they were empty. So if they just started this today I dont see the price changes.

The store was clean, well lit, and had helpful, smiling, employees. I searched, but finally had to ask for help, to find a plate hanger, and was taken right to it.

They had some really neat and unique glass, painted Christmas ornaments

This was just a cute little store with helpful super friendly staff who will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I highly recommend this craft store!!

I like Michaels, I can usually find what I need there, plus it is close to home. The only thing that I find with it and I guess it is more of a surprise than a fault, is that it would be nice if the store were larger. The competing stores in this area are much larger and newer. However, being a smaller store may help them keep overhead down, which could be a savvy move in todays age of stores closing.

Great craft store! Make sure to sign up for their rewards program, youll get great coupons that can often be used to get additional saving on products that are already on sale! Definitely recommend visiting this place!

Love Michaels they always have the items I am needing and/or want. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are excellent as well and they are the only craft store that has stayed open in the area.

I’ve been in here a few times the last couple of weeks and they have an enormous array of frames. I had 15 concert posters that I want to frame and they are very reasonably priced, And they always have deals going on. The reason I gave them three stars is because the people that work there don’t have knowledge on the things that they were selling. I get it, There is a ton of information and that store for someone to learn it all very difficult but it would be kind of nice to have someone specialist in each category of the store. I was on my phone a lot and looking for the right information I needed

I always find the art/drawing supplies I need here. My favorite part is that there is always an emailed coupon that makes the price worth it

I love this store! Only knocked off a star because the bathrooms are usually pretty gross and sometimes they just wrap a pipe cleaner around the lock and that is how you are to secure the door. Use the bathroom before you come and you will get great deals and wonderful service!

I love Michaels. However, this is the second year in a row that the overwhelming cinnamon scented pine cones have caused an asthma attack. I just need to not shop there once those evil things are stocked. Perhaps they should put a sign at the front door to warn customers when they are carried in the store.

Love this store. Sign up for their email program to get good coupons! Sales are always going on and the custom floral is to die for!

They have craft stuff and toys and a couple of model cars but not many. However they could use more woodworking or metalworking craft supplies. Its sexist that they are geared toward women and only have a few token items that a man might be interested in. Get the app so you can use coupons. My daughters like it when I take them there.

This store always feels like its going out of business at any moment. The checkout is slow and the line is unbelievable. The staff is very nice but stocking and whatever else theyre doing takes priority over customer service. With that said the 40% off coupon rocks and the online ordering is great. It will be hard to compete with Hobby Lobby and AC Moore unless service gets better.

I always come here for my custom framing and the staff are wonderful and patient. Their computer program allows you to preview a mock-up of the framing, so really helps in visualizing the final product.

I basically live at this store. I buy almost all my cake decorating supplies here. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Hard time finding what I needed

The shop has a great variety of different crafts, from sewing and painting to picture frames and decoration. I enjoy fine scale models, and they have some interesting tools and ideas. Though they dont always have everything I might need, they have a lot, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. They also cleverly set up some difficult to resist chocolate near the register. (I sometimes just go for the chocolate)

Michaels is a fun craft store with lots of variety. The staff is friendly, candid and always ready to help. The shelves and displays are always tidy and presentable even though people rifle through them frequently. You can expect to find that special little thing you were looking for, and probably more.

Good selection of floral and most other crafting supplies. They run good sales. I wish they would have at least a small fabric section so I wouldnt have to go to another store to complete my projects

I was just doing a comparison of Jo-Ann Fabrics to Michaels and I will say that from the conclusion I got from a lot of my peers is that Michaels is better in every way including pricing and also if Im not mistaken I believe Jo-Ann Fabrics is going out of business if it hasnt already gone out of business which tells you all you need to know

Went and did the kids free craft.The room is too small, and there is only one door to go in and out of so it gets crowded/full fast and a line forms blocking the way out. But the turn around was quick so there wasnt more than a 10 min wait, but thats still not fun with little ones.But the room is clean, and the ladies running it did great considering the space (out of their control). The store is well stocked and clean.

Clean and orderly. Some of the isles were too narrow so people had to back track into other isles to let others pass in the main throughway. Came in for an art pad an assortment of pencils and kneadable erasers and a calligraphy marker. Delighted the pencils and pad were on clearance.

Great place to shop for most types of art and craft supplies. Large, bright store. Bought beautiful silk flowers here for making beautiful arrangements. Excellent sale prices from time to time. Frames, beads...fun to stroll the aisles to see what they have.
