Really, a one star review because their utility department has chosen to put another tax on the poor. It is evident because they decided to charge a $4 fee on debit and credit cards without allowing you a way to pay by using your bank account. Sure you can sign up for automatic withdrawal, but it takes awhile to go into effect so you at least have to pay the fee once. Municipalities with competent employees would not have made this oversight. The fix is simple...on the pay now page, add a section where you can input bank info for a one time payment. Just like every other municipality in America.
