My first time in the store yesterday and the sales lady absolutely was amazing! Made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and more. I told her she was a great sales lady many times. I will be back. Set up of store is perfect too! Thanks so much.

The good thing about this store is that we finally have a decent adult retail store in Idaho Falls. That is a good thing. This community has been relying on Karnations and Amazon for far too long. The downside is that, like all retail adult stores, the prices are steep. If you dont have at least $50 to spend, youre not walking out with anything significant.

Amazingly knowledgeable, professional and discreet. My wife and I were in the afternoon of March 23rd. the woman that assisted us was attentive, helpful and patient while we shopped. not only was she there to answer our questions, she also knew when to give us some privacy, and she was a trainee which is super impressive. wonderful experience, highly recommend

Its a amazing store with lots of options for what you are looking for. Helpful staff with a lot of knowledge. The best thing is, employees dont make it feel creepy.

I was very skeptical about coming into this store because Im a very innocent minded person. But this store has EVERYTHING. And the people here and extremely nice and helpful. I recommend this store to anyone who needs help with anything in their sex life. They literally have EVERYTHING.

Every time Ive been in the staff have made it a great experience. Theyre all knowledgeable and friendly, and completely non judgemental. Overall an amazing place for singles and couples alike. Highly recommend.

Honestly. This place is too dark and too unwelcoming. If you go across town to Karnations the environment is way different. The walls are white at karnations and the toy room in the back creates a sense of personal privacy for my wife and I. Adam and eve on the other hand has dark walls with weird red tones placed around. The overall environment makes you feel like you shouldnt be there. Plus the staff kept asking if I needed help. I will tell you if I need help! Otherwise stay out of my sex life. Repaint your walls and retrain your staff.

Wow. Priced outrageously. I guess that is what they have to do when they employ ten employees at any given moment for a 700 square foot store. They were nice, sure, but having an employee ask you how your doing every ten seconds gets very annoying very quickly. Felt like zumies helped them figure out customer service. Id guess they worry about theft? Perhaps thats why they price things at 140% retail?....if things were price fairly, Id bet thieves would be less inclined. I dont picture this changing as they hold a monopoly here in town for this sort of store.Lower prices, hire less people, dont ask me a question every ten seconds. From here on out, its online shopping for us.

I love this store the first time i went in it i was like wow they have so many cool things i would like to try. Im even thinking about trying to get a job there.

Toy selection was great. Service not that great I really wanted to buy my item and get out asap but I was greeted by an annoying tattooed girl who immediately carded me. I know that is her job but come on I dont look above 18. Then she continued to ask me follow up questions. Like leave me alone. Then another worker came up while I was in the toy room. Felt completely violated of my personal privacy. Oh and when I was about to check out the annoying workers kept upselling over and over. I will buy lube if I want it. Stop upselling. When it came to paying well the item price was OUTRAGEOUS! Its a plastic toy come on! Im not buying a diamond one. I left without buying anything.Take my advice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Go to Amazon instead. More affordable and no annoying workers violating MY personal privacy.

It took me a little bit to review because I wasnt sure what to say. I went in the second day they were open. I enjoyed my visit for the most part. I was at first put off by the smell of the place. I know they just remodeled and painted but with the products they sell I think a more inviting smell would have been nice. Bring in a candle or a sentsy... something. The employees were really nice asked us if we found everything ok. I enjoyed the customer service everyone was nice but My only other complaint was when did I ask about a product no one working on the floor could tell me about it and didnt try to find an answer. About 4 or 5 employees. I also asked a very specific question that should have been easy to answer given the genre of the store itself but no one could help me except the manager and I had to find him myself. If you are going to ask if I need help please be prepared to answer questions about products. I want to know how stuff works, whats popular, if a product will mess with my medication...I think with better product knowledge this store could be fantastic. I do plan on going back. Its a fun store and all new places just have to work out the kinks.

Very clean very informative love this place

Just had a horrible experience here. The “manager” flew out of the back room, like a bat out of hell, accusing me of stealing a vibrator that her employee showed my friend and I. I have NEVER stollen anything in my life! She barley apologized and walked back in the office. I will NOT be returning.
