Art Works Now

This place is awesome. First free art lessons for the aging but active crowd. Good instruction with supplies provided and added a lunch bunch time after class. BYOL-bring your own lunch. I’m learning a lot and I have gentle and caring positive instructors. Hats off to Art Works Now!!!

Absolutely love this place! Our little lady has been attending this location for a few years now and not one time have we heard a complaint from her. This past weekend, we went on a little date here and they were making candle floaters that are going to be hung outside of the National Harbor. Not sure what mine was or what I was even trying but it wasnt about me, it was about seeing an artist in her element just having a good time.

Daughter had good time and there were issues during her 30 days. Im hoping they have space next year.

Nice art organization and summer camp and they teach art very well. They are very friendly with kids. And they offer great summer camp and after care.

Great space for kids. Not too far from the Green Line, but they have a reasonably sized parking lot. I took my three year old here for a birthday party, and she enjoyed the creative indoor activities as well as the fenced in outdoor play area. Staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean and close to the activity rooms, and there are coat hooks to keep them off the floor should you visit in the colder months. We will definitely be back.

Great little art place. We take our kids there for toddler Time on Saturday mornings. Its next to pizzeria paradiso so easy to grab a quick bite after art.

My toddler loves going to toddler time on Saturdays. We also had his birthday party there to great success.

Excellent option for Spring break! The children seemed to really enjoy the activities.

Friendly kid event. Changed times without sufficient notification, but thats as much my fault as theirs. They still watched my kids for three hours and showed them a good time. Fed them pizza (although the kids complained that there wasnt enough food).

It has a nice small gallery with most of the art done by local artists.

Made kids self sufficient in making things for themselves, by teaching them innovative ways to do it...really good program, kids wont have many chances to get to do what theyre doing here at most places

Great summer camp, schools out programming and parents night.
