Just moved in, have some experience living out here before. Great little community of people & reliable landlords. Quality affordable places to live, not your normal trailer park at all. They are in the process of remodeling & replacing trailers so they have openings. Definitely worth checking out even if you arent use to living in a trailer. Bonus: they allow pets.

In my opinion this place is amazing. They have done so much work to clean it up and make it a nice place to live. I’ve read some on the one star reviews that are from years ago. I feel like if they came back now they would change their minds. Mikki is a very friendly person and helped us with our decision on which place was best to choose.

They seem to have done a lot of improvements. Mikki, the manager was able to answer any questions that I had. She seems to have great plans for the future of this park. This park is much more than I expected in a mobile home park. Allowing pets is also a big plus in my opinion.

Mrs. Miller is a fantastic manager. She has cleaned up the whole park and has put in so much effort to make it a nice neighborhood to live in.

I sell flooring and this is a very nice and clean community. I highly recommend if you are looking for affordable housing in a nice neighborhood.

The homes and property are well painted. Mikki has always been very pleasant to work with and responsive to phone calls. The maintenance staff is polite.

This Park has come a long way in the last few years and should now be considered a viable option for clean and affordable housing.

I have not lived there but Ive had family and friends who have lived there over the decades I have watched what has happened to the park in the past and what is currently happening in to the park today the renovations the improvements the clubhouse and the residence as a marked improvement I think people should consider this community as a thriving new resource in hutch.

We we’re surprised at how lovely and we’ll kept the whole park is. Mikki is very professional and nice. She showed us the available properties and took us through the whole application process. We love our new place and look forward to living here!

Went to visit the park today and didnt see much water. A lot nicer place than what I live in and my yard and half my park is under a foot of water. Last rain had a foot and a half of water in yard for 3 weeks. Dry one week dry now full again.

This is such a great place to live! Great location great neighborhood for kids to grow up in very clean just an all-around great place

Was shown two, 3 bedroom trailers today. Both were great looking homes. The park manager was very pleasant and I got the feeling that she really cares about the well-being of Creekside Village. One of the nicer looking parks that Ive seen in a while.

Roads are absolutly trash! Floods everytime it rains and $280 for our trailer to just sit here? Overpriced!

Lived there in 1989 to 2003. Had some great memories there as a kid. But still a great place to live. Real quiet

Roads are terrible, street flood when it rains, lot rent is $280 per month for our house to just sit on some dirt.... late 1 day on lot rent extra $50 bucks! Smh!
