Weve been here for a year and a month. We love it here! Quiet, convenient to many stores and restaurants, the property is a short distance to highways. Nice neighborhoods around us. Monica is awesome and is a pleasure to talk to; she is prompt with property news and information. She is friendly and welcoming. Were not going anywhere any time soon.

Regional Estates is peaceful, easy to get to stores etc., quiet neighborhoods around us. Community is small but that’s what we like about it, we have nice friendly neighbors. Monica is very energetic, willing to help you the best she can. We can see she loves the community.

My Family has lived here for 6 working on 7 years.As I give my review, I present that within my time span of calling this address home there has of course been owner changes but, in order to be concise and current I can honestly say that the Property has shown a definite upgrade with New Asphalt drive and parking Jungle Gym for the kiddos as well as a nice pic nick table to sit and enjoy lunch inside the center corral.Current Management is conducted by the same down to earth, with good communication Lady as when we chose this great location to live laugh and love, so before I sound too much like a Dollar Store sign I will complete my review with a 5 star rating.It is Safe Community with friendly neighbors.Update,Well once again a management change took place.In light of this fact I wonder how a company could expect its on site Manager being Monica Self recently widowed to return immediately to conducting task while being on a strict no work order from her heart surgeon upon release. New management promised her a remodeled residence that has also served as the Parks Office for many years.Monica would shake and cry over the emotional disturbance the people that had promised so much not only never produced what they said they would do. A good record keeping construction company still has the approved bid for said remodeling to be completed.Due to mental anguish Monica asked me to write her resignation and send it to Corporate. I did as she requested of me and in return my lease was not to be renewed and we were served with eviction notice.No reason for eviction given, zero violations, perfect rent roll for seven years and we have proudly received yard of the year since we have invested a lot of money in landscaping. St Augustine grass is now well established where it was just a dust bowl of dirt prior.Guess it is time to contact the news channels and let fair housing know that there is a blatant problem and History clearly dictates that me nor my family are in the wrong for what clearly looks to be a retaliationand or attack from this company.

I have never lived in such a family oriented place. The management is always making improvements to the property. The park manager, Monica Self, is the kindest most compassionate woman that I have ever met. I was diagnosed with degenerated disc disease and ever since this awesome lady has been there for me. Running around doing all sorts of things for me. Monica gets up early before getting on the clock and goes to the bank, grocery store, picks up my prescriptions. You do not find people who have hearts as big as hers. She is professional in ever way. Monica is an Angel sent from Heaven, this park is blessed to have her.

Went to visit our Family the Allens and met the manager while we were there, she was really nice and busily working around the park. We drove through there and noticed it was kept up well and clean.

It use to be great place to live.lived here for 8yrs.I got kicked out from my own home with 4 kids..after I recommended my parents,sister,uncle and Aunt,and sisters in law to buy and rent here.The Onsite Managers are not professionals people nor friendly.They dont allow you to have family to visit.And when you get kicked out...On site Manager breaks in and steals your things.Is now very expensive. Look some where else...

Great little community in a perfect location here in Hurst. Community is kept clean and maintained. Most of the residents have been here for years and are like family to each other. If availability ever opens up, I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to stay in the metroplex.

This place is a dump. The trash is always overflowing. Kids running around throwing rocks and Killing cats. This place is overrun with cats. They raise the rent and nothing gets fixed. When it rains theres standing water everywhere.

Monica is a godsend.
