Beautiful cool water. Love the scenery and there is plenty of space.

My aged mother lives here. The housing, and lots are well spaced and cleaned up. It is quiet and neighbors mind their business, but are friendly on encounter. There are slow down bumpers spaced every little ways, so no speeding through the streets, no fire works, no barking dogs, and no run around cats.

Great tourists attractions.

Seems to be a decent park.
