A great place to have a cheer competition especially during COVID.

Watched my granddaughter compete in Competition cheer here. They are going to State!! Woo Hoo Yes!!!

We saw one of the free family shows here Wilde Creatures. Parking was easy, but we were not sharing the VBC with other events that night and the show was nowhere near being sold out. The concert hall was fine...not the nicest I have been to but it gets the job done. I am there to see the show anyway and not look at the concert hall. There was plenty of leg room (I am 61 and my knees had plenty of room to spare) at least down in the lower seats where we were sitting. My wife said the bathroom was in good order. We had a nice time and plan to go to many more shows here!

Excellent venue, great location, and friendly staff. Security, concessions, and ushers were all great. We were there for the Steve Martin and Martin Short comedy tour. It was awesome. Really enjoyed having a laugh and spending time with a few thousand others.

Great venue. Saw Alice Cooper last night. Small and intimate. Not as big as the arena.

The theater is very well done, very comfortable and exceptionally arranged. Thankfully, parking it was close by and easy to get in and out. All together it was a very nice experience.

Very nice concert hall. Seen multiple shows there. There is always event parking available for a fee with easy access to the concert hall, although sometimes the area can get crowded when there are simultaneous events in the adjacent facilities.The only complaint I have about the concert hall is that the ground level seating is fairly level, meaning that if a tall person sits in front of you, your view can be obstructed pretty easily.

I got the pleasure of seeing Diana Ross in concert!! She was amazing and she looks absolutely stunning!!! Greatest night ever!!

A beautiful performance space with terrific acoustics. Very helpful ushers -- & for a performance packed with school field trips! They were saints.

Wonderful Time seeing Aaron Lewis Live and not to mention it was beautiful up there in Hamilton AL, most definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice concert hall with seating. Staff was friendly and helpful with showing us to our seats. Adult beverages just steps away and good music.

I love this place and the traveling shows that come through here! Events are well staffed, bathrooms are clean and well stocked, I like that no food is allowed inside and only well-secured cups/lids. The place is small enough to feel like you are near the action everywhere. Ive been in the balcony and in the lower sections and never had a bad seat.

Incredibly disorganized and a waste of money

Great place for live indoor show. Seating is comfortable and you could set and watch the show without looking at someones rear end..

We came here to see Romeo and Juliet, put on by the Huntsville Ballet Company. It was a wonderful play, supported by the UAH Theatre company. You can dress comfortably and come have a professional quality Ballet with local talent and cheap drinks in the Lounge. Come have a wonderful weekend.

I like the coziness of this hall. The hall could use an upgrade on the lighting and the balcony is too far for such a small hall...but maybe thats just my old eyes. Whenever I have been in orchestra or closer I get a great view of the entertainment.

Over the past 20+ years, I have seen many shows here. Since the refurbishment, the addition of the center aisle eases getting in and out. I have seen many Broadway Theater League.shows in here along with a variety of concerts. Great venue.

Great venue for plays, musicals and concerts. Easy access, concessions available. Acoustics are good. Check schedule for VBC, parking can be difficult if other events scheduled at same time.

The concert was great, or seats were great, the service in the bar and concessions was great. I highly recommend any event there.

Awesome show! Only thing they need professional sound techs. Bass guitar and floor tom was so loud you couldnt understand singing.

IMPRESSED...My first visit to the renovated Mark C Smith Concert Hall and I was impressed.The clarity of the sound, ease of navigation to the halls and portals and cleanliness was exceptional.Seats were wide and very comfy

The lighting was good, the concessions were (surprisingly) on the cheap side, and the AC wasnt on full blast the whole time.

Very well maintained with security and great friendly staff. Nice lounge area to relax before concerts and at intermission. Also has comfortable seating. Just went this Monday to see the Hendrix Electric Church amazing legends playing with great sound in a smaller area.... great overall experience. Was my second time here and nothing negative either visit.

First time here and I really liked the place. Everything was superb, tickets, seating, and parking! Would definitely be interested in more concerts in this venue.

First time at Concert Hall. Ushers very friendly and helpful. Seats comfortable on lower balcony. Sat front row and Vince Gill was centered in front of us. Acoustics were great. Easy exit from Hall and from parking lot.

Excellent facility! Its always clean, including the restrooms! At the venues I have been to, you are able to purchase some food ave cocktails. The seats are very comfortable and you can actually remain seated if anyone had you walk in front of you! You will enjoy your visit. If possible I would suggest parking iv the parking deck. It is directly across the street! Very convenient and very, very well lit!

The staff were all courteous. We sat in handicap accessible seating. It accommodated the wheel chair easily.

We did a cake for the open show for the actors. They loved it

Orchestra was wonderful in the John Williams tribute was amazing the addition of Cosplay characters made it even better

Love the venue, but I wish the seats were more comfortable and there was more leg room.

This concert hall is one of the gems of the city if Huntsville AL. We saw Celtic Women this year and an ageing, but still remarkably talented, B. B. King a few years ago. They have a wide variety of artists throughout the year. Prices are always reasonable.

A nice but utilitarian facility. Ok concessions, heavy but polite security with metal detectors at the door. Leave your DSLR camera at home, as I was told professional cameras werent allowed.

Nice place but several light bulbs are blown... Symphony was fantastic! The venue itself - Considering the audience is largely elderly patrons the darkness makes getting ariund a little more difficult.

Always a great place for a concert no matter where you seat, need more bands to come here and put Huntsville on the map..

Last nights event was really good. The staff at the concert hall were very nice and professional. The way everything was set up was good and there was access to anything needed. The seating was very good and the staff helped people find their seats and helped direct everyone where they needed to be. Overall this was a very pleasant evening and experience. I would definitely go to another event here again.

Wonderful concert hall! Exceptional sound quality, comfortable seating, nice orchestra and balcony plan. And the staff, both paid and volunteers, are very friendly, knowledgeable about the facility, and helpful.

Awesome event!Peace on Earth was a spectacular display of local talent set in a seasonal setting!Then a couple of chicks called The Indigo Girls took the stage. Wawk, wawk, waaawk...

Ample parking. Easy to enter. Seats provide good view. Quality sound.

Love this venue. Easy access. Always have a good time. This is a smaller venue. Good acoustics. Around 2000 seats. So if youre interested in seeing someone here better buy your ticket early. Drinks are sold on premises.

Great venue. Acoustics are nice for concerts, and almost no mediocre seats for more visual performances. Bar is reasonably priced and you can even bring drinks into the theatre (with purchase of a reuseable covered cup for $2).

Their very friendly staff was an added bonus to the great concert.

The sound is really amazing in this venue and the aisles are large enough to get through.

Really nice concert hall. Great sound. I dont think theres a bad seat in the house. Ive seen multiple acts of various styles... choruses, big loud bands, small trios,... they all sounded great! I really like that its so close to the parking garage, and the handicapped parking (when we have my parents with us) is super close to the door. Highly recommended venue.

Black Jacket Symphony: Led Zeppelin IV was amazing

Parking not good. Concert hall small. Attendees wouldnt sit down so view was blocked ost of the concert.

Saw the Celtic Women concert here. Very nice concert hall. On small matter though. The acoustics are not very good for those of us seated in the upper balcony section of the concert hall. Had difficulty hearing and understanding what was being said and the singing as well. Nice concert though.

Concert was good. Crowded and loud. But everyone there seemed to be enjoying themselves.

The venue was super super good. Acoustics were excellent and we were in the back near the door. Seats had good legroom so people could pass easily.One really disturbing and odd thing - people got up and left the hall and returned constantly . I guess they went to the bathroom and to get drinks or just leave. But it was a constant stream in and out . We never experienced anything like it. My husband thought that bob Dylan couldnt hold their attention.I heard several people say the concert was terrible and the worst ever.But it was a Good as expected.

Better than last experience with Travis tritt in arena. Crazy drunk annoying ppl at that one. Also nothing anywhere about camera use. Had to take back to car while everyone else was using cell phone camera.Concert hall, VG muuccchhh better.

Its pretty, clean, and has comfortable seating. I love the audio, lighting, and how well you can see the stage and performers, even in the balcony.

This is a nice, medium sized concert hall. Nothing too fancy, but serves its purpose. I saw the Huntsville Symphony here, and they were amazing -- students can get discount tickets if they show up day-of.

Great venue for just about any kind of performance

We really enjoyed going to the concert hall weve been several times for different events. This time we went for a recital for a granddaughter. The employees of the vbcc are very helpful. Restrooms were clean. Parking was rerouted to a different parking lot but we felt very comfortable leaving the car for a small fee.
