The field is good but thats the only thing that is. This place is falling apart and the city wont fix it. No concessions unless an ice cream truck shows up. At least this year they brought in a portable bathroom trailer instead of fixing the plumbing. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED BEFORE THE BLEACHERS COLLAPSE AND WE HAVE FATALITIES!!!!!! This isnt the way Huntsville football should be portrayed!
My father broke an opponents collar bone and anothers arm on the same play covering the kickoff at this grand old field back in 1953. That was back when football was football. I played there in the early 80s. My nephew played there in the 10s. People wanting this field torn down need to to get lost. I agree, it needs some money spent on it though. Maybe Tommy will have some left over one day after lining his developer pals pockets.
Lots of GREAT MEMORIES...
Clean, well lit, parking ok needs a snack bar.
Its an okay area, thought it was going to be a better area to get exercise around. I rather visit big spring park instead of here.
Went to soccer game. Nice field, plenty of bleachers seats. Bring your own shade
Great soccer fieldRestrooms are nice for a several stall porta potty.
A nice neighborhood venue, but its glory days are about over. It is historic and carries a lot of memories for the older people in town.
