My kids absolutely love it.But that need better ac, bigger or more fans, something for as hot as it is, but the fun and smiles make up for it

My grandson really liked this place. Very clean for so many kids. The staff was nice and there was a lot of available seating if you want to watch the kids play.

Visited for the first time this evening with the family. Modern design with black light LED lighting and other effects lighting. Sound system is well balanced and not too overpowering. Music selection leaves a little to be desired. Very spacious and well laid out design. Dodge ball, zip line, foam pit, basketball, and many, many trampolines are just some of what Altitude offers. Well staffed.

We took my son here for his 10th birthday and I couldnt be more pleased. Well priced, great, service and clean areas. Definitely Covid and Precovid approved.

Grandson and his friend had a great time. Two hours of jumping and bouncing, wall climbing, zip lines, swings and dodge ball. All well supervised by a wonderful staff. Great price for the fun. They have a summer special of three hours for the price of two so the kids can really get worn down. I was really pleased with the cleanliness and how everything is set up. Great fun.

My son had a blast but there is major room for improvement. It says on the website that the kid area is supervised, but there was not an employee in sight. A MUCH older child, too old to be in the kid area, was jumping and head butted my 4 year old and he got a split lip and blood all over, but no employee around to even notify. There should also be more tables that are not designated for birthdays. Trying to wrangle two kids and feed them snacks and drinks while standing up is no fun.

Absolutely horrible. Not only was I harassment and discriminated by staff, it was very unsanitary.

We had my daughters birthday party here. The staff was friendly. The party was organized. Our party attendant was so sweet and helpful! And the most important part, everyone had a wonderful time! All around, it was a fantastic experience.

The kids love going to teen night! I personally cant stay in there for more than about 30 minutes. Great location for the adults to drop off kids (if old enough) and go do dinner or shopping and come back to pick up at 11pm when its over....... Or even better, send the older brother to pick them up!!

My son loves this place. He can jump, hang and ride down the zip line, do flips into the foam blocks, or go play dodge ball (WHICH HE LOVES!). Weve been here several times and thus far have never had any issues or problems.

There is something for everyone here at Altitude. It is child friendly, but you have to be wary coming on the weekends, it is very crowded. In addition to all of this, there is athletic trampolines and a long strip trampoline with a wall trampoline. Should you come across a location with Altitude and are looking for some fun, you should come to this trampoline park.

Great place for the kids to burn off some of their wild energy! Place offers fun for all ages. Even myself.

Held my sons 10th birthday party here. Everything was great. DJ, our party host was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed and made sure the boys had all the fun they could possibly have. I definitely recommend getting a private room for a party..... just makes things easier all the way around. A place to keep everyones stuff and a place to be out of the way of the crowds when you are eating and cutting your cake.We will certainly be going back and would recommend this facility to others.

We went here for a friends daughters birthday party and the young man that handles the birthday parties is amazing with the kids. I would take my kids to have him assist with the party any day. It was definitely fun for him and not just a job. The rest of the place was clean and well run too but that young man made the trip worth it.

My son loved it. 4 stars because I didnt jump yet, so I cant say it was fun or not. But my son sure loved it. HUGE place.

My daughter had an amazing birthday party here in January. We really enjoyed it all the way around.

Great place for the kids, not pleased with the staff. Most are young and do not pay attention to people that are waiting in line. Twice we had a younger group cut in front if us and the girl at the register noticed but said nothing. We would go back but be more attentive and speak up.....even though we shouldnt have to.

Wednesday night was perfect. Not too crowded. The kids had a blast!

We are frequent visitors but not sure we’ll be back until something is done about the bullying in Dodgeball. This is the second time my son was injured because there is no oversight by staff in the area. Another girl kept throwing balls at my sons head so after he asked her to stop, she didn’t so he threw one at her. Then another boy came up and threw a ball hard at his head causing him to fall hard which injured his leg. It should be a requirement that staff be in there at all times and those playing rough should be removed. Like I said, I’m not sure we will be back because this has happened several times now.

This was my first time going, and I will be going back for sure. The place was absolutely a blast for the whole family. Rock wall, gladiator / jousting, zip line, and trampolines everywhere. Just an outstanding place. I loved it. The kids loved it. We cant wait to go back

Altitude is great, we always have a ball.and theres so much to do! My sons favorite activity is the zip-line, he does it repeatedly several times! The facility is always clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Although my kids had a blast. The hour long wait in line was ridiculous considering I purchased the tickets online. I would suggest a separate line for those who have already purchased tickets.

The kids enjoyed it! But it was WAY OVERPRICED!! I paid $50 for 3 kids to jump for a hour... But the kids loved it, so that made me not be quite as burned out with them! And the socks are now $3, not $2..

The cost is extremely higher than others 15.95 for 1 hour plus you have to pay 3.27 for socks and we had our own from ...another trampoline park their pricing all day 20.00 or 1 hour 10.00 or 2 hours 12.00 plus their socks 2.00 pair.. just saying if you have more than 1 child it’s very expensive... just saying ...

Not a good place to take your kids. It was to pack, staff didnt care about what was going on. I saw a few of them just talking or on their cellphones. A fight broke out and it took the staff 3 min to even get there to break it up. This place need adult staffing. Not going back.

Why do we not have security there? Cop? My 3 teens think they need to live here on Saturday from 8-11pm.. BUT the stories Ive heard, the nonsense Ive witnessed is concerning. Get it together for these teens safety if you say to drop them & go. It leaves me with a HUGE sense of discomfort. ADULT staffing on the night & Metal detector?? Right???

Very nice trampoline park with a lot of space. The facility is very clean considering its usage. We prefer this over the other trampoline place in town. It seems to offer more space and be a little more clean. It has a nice trapeze swing, rope swing, and rock wall over foam pits along with long trampoline areas for general jumping. There is a performance trampoline area, two dodgeball areas, and a nice area for the little jumpers.

My daughter got her ankle sprained here. I was not there. My wife said many staffs worked for the birthday party. So, very few staffs watching over kids. I think this place is very dangerous for young kids. But the company doesnt care about the safety. I called to the owner, he said we did nothing wrong. I was very angry because his attitude was wrong. After that, my daughter had a hard time. Doctor said she needs to recover for 6 months. Whenever I see my daughters swollen ankle, my heart is broken. It doesnt matter how much I have to pay for my daughters recovery. If you want to hurt your child, please go. But I think you can go much safer places for your precious kids. Dont go with your children. You can realize this place wastes your time and money. Instead of going this place, let your children do another real sports. I wont let her go this place again. I swear God. Also, I already threw the ridiculous socks away.

It was ok but wasnt very much for adults to enjoy with the kids. Seemed like there was too many rules also. We didnt enjoy it as much as we thought we would.

A very fun place for kids to play and bounce around! Rock walls, swings and dodgeball rooms among other activities will keep people of all ages occupied for quite a while! The staff was super nice and very accommodating. One suggestion though if youre having a birthday party there, have some extra bottles of water in your vehicle because only one water bottle per child was provided and the water fountains were out of order. I would love to know when they are planning on getting those back to working because the kids work up quite a thirst with all the jumping around. We look forward to going back soon and letting the young one have a blast!

Overall ok.Lack of any supervision by staff to make sure people are safe.Almost all activities are closed despite there being several staff members on site. So hope you only want to jump in the center.Enforcement of wearing Altitude only socks ..from THEIR location only. Otherwise you need to buy brand new socks. Oh you bought socks from altitude in another state, be prepared for excuses like that isnt relates to usI get needed to wear the appropriate socks, but they made us get off to go buy their socks, despite have socks from several other locations.Honestly a lack in understanding of what the rules are for is horrible.

Awesome place to go and get your kids tired. The staff could be a little better at not letting people lay in the foam pit in the way of people that want to jump in. Alot of the people that work there just stand around and dont do anything. They seem kinda misrible tbh. But other than the lazy staff, its fun.

I cant say for others but from my experience with customer service of 15 years, I can truly say this is by far one of the best places to book parties! On Thursday around 11 they had this great time for kids called Toddler Time. My 1 year old niece and 8 month old nephew had an amazing time at the park. The staff was very kind and helpful. So I asked bout events for older kids and got my price. I paid about 500 for a private room, pizza, time in the park, and lots more! I definitely got the most for the money I was paying. Me personally I will definitely come again and have a Lock In with my church group. I would like to thank the managers Chris and Lachell for the best party host they had. I cant remember her name but my wife appreciate the help.

Overall pretty good but kids wanted to play dodgeball but both areas where reserved for parties.

My kids and family liked it...I had both my sons bday parties here...very polite and quick with the pizza and bottle water for the kids and also they accommodated me with putting my cake in the fridge because of the way it was made...

I went to this place with my younger cousin. they have a huge trampoline park and even offer private rooms for birthday parties! they give you special socks, which you do have to pay for, and you can reuse them so you dont have to pay again. they also have a jungle gym type thing but you have to be a certain age to go in it.

The absolute WORST place to have a birthday party. I had originally booked the party online but called Altitude before confirming to make sure I was booking a private party. I was contacted the week before my scheduled party to confirm, all was good. When we show up for our party, I am informed that we do not have a private party booked and the party that has been reserved is at some picnic tables. After disputing with the rude crew that works there, the manager steps in to tell me that unfortunately the private party rooms are booked. Instead of trying to make the situation right, she tells me there is nothing more that she can do and informs the party that I had reserved would still be $449.95. FRUSTRATED with the staff I just walked away. The hostess was NO HELP whatsoever during the time of pizza, cake, and gifts then had the nerve to tell that I had shewed her away. Luckily my spouse told me after we left about the LIE that was told by that staff member. We will never go back to this overpriced, rude, junk hole again! My advice for anyone wanting to have a birthday party here, DONT!

Good place to go for the kids. Prices are high. Bring your own snakes and water. Dont use the lockers you have to pay for them and they dont give you your change back. Make sure you keep your socks that you have to buy there.

Was ok but the fact that the place was overcrowded beyond what I think the fire code allows is ridiculous. Overcrowding needs to be fixed and maybe some safety measures as well to prevent kids from running in front of jumping teenagers.
