The store hours state that they close at 10pm... yet they closed their doors before then... not only that but they had the balls to have the open sign on, and when we rolled up they quickly shut it off and locked their doors early! Fun night with the Mrs had to be put on hold! Lame!!! Wont be goin back there anytime soon!

I have been their customer for a couple of years and that is terminating( they have a warranty and guarantee).I regret making one purchase, let alone 10 or more. My products and devices were handed to anyone and without ID by the mail carrier ( numerous times, my mother of all people causing family drama and embarrassment ). My last order had 3 items and 2 were defective out of the box. Their staff was rude after I accepted their inability to comply with their guarantees on previous orders without complaints. They offered no solutions and act without professionalism. I only wanted them to replace two defective items. Two items in years of orders. I didn’t ask for an apology for my privacy being breached on previous deliveries.

I basically purchased an item and didn’t realize it wasn’t battery operated (which is what I wanted) and couldn’t make a return within a few minutes after the purchase with the item unopened and factory sealed... they wouldn’t even consider it. I understand not being able to return used items but i just left!!

The employees are very nice and the store is well kept.

I stopped by one lazy afternoon with some buddies. My good friend Jeff just had to try the Clone A Willey kit. Needless to say, once I was done making it for him he was one happy camper. Will be bring other buddies by as soon as we get some free time during the day.

I always have a great experience when coming here and my hubby and I have been customers for years now. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly. Hudson has helped me many times with deciding on toys and other items and knows the products well! I read a review on the store that was based off an online order, which is based in CA and has nothing to do with this store location, nor the staff there - just felt the need to clarify. I like this store SO much better than other similar shops in town. Highly recommend!

I just shopped at Pleasures a few weeks ago. It was my first time at this store, and it certainly wont be the last! It was very well-kept and clean, and I was surprised to find that the store was actually very inviting -- well-organized and very classy for an establishment of this particular type. I was expecting something a bit sketchy at best, but its comfortable and nice on the inside, and they have an excellent selection. The lady who helped us was very professional but friendly, and I feel as though the service at this store is much better than most of the other places Ive shopped. Also, the prices are fair, if not better than some of the deals Ive seen online. Id recommend this place anytime -- its probably the best in Huntsville!

Outstanding customer service! Decent prices.

A couple brought in there 2 year old and 6 month old daughters in to the store. The two associates were letting these two adults carry around the children. This was completely inappropriate and the couple should have been asked to leave.

I love the tools of satan !!! I just laughed hysterically and showed that review to my wife. She got a kick out of it as well. I just wish the tools of satan store was open on Sunday so I could come and buy a stem for my water pipe. (one of the many tools of satan) Have a nice day ! ;)
