I was on the gas station pumping gas i called your company 15 times that day and who ever picked up the phone hung up on me multiple time. (Not professional) the machine as well recorded .03 due to eating fruit i waited 15 minutes before i could could do it again. The vehicle stalled and turned off. Not sure why. When i told you you said my car was old. (Its not that old, its a 14 prius with 25k miles. Similar like the one your employees drive but newer. Yes you do have a business to run. But funny how when i put a bad review your company called and text me over a 100 times. Doesnt sound too busy. And thats no excuse for you and your receptionist to hang up on your clients, now about my employees driving the vehicle how did you come up with that? Now youre making things up buddy. Its sad but i guess thats how you run business. Now you sent DMV A NON COMPLIANCE what was the non compliance for? Was it for the bad review? I submitted all your tect of harassment and of threatening to cancel me due to the bad review i wrote (which you did and didnt advice me so you could get paid for the month.) AGAIN TO WHO EVER READS THIS HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK! I RECOMMEND TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY.CONSIDER A DIFFERENT COMPANY PEOPLE. OR REGRET IT. IF YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. They will Never answer phone call. Sometimes it will say the phone 8s disconnected. I had to call 30 time not kidding I called the 800 number in front of owner to let them know how their calls are answered.If i could post a screenshot of the phone record i would extremely rude they will hang up on you and say its an accident or use any excuse. My car gor stranded 3 rimes in less than 2 days for no reasond faulty device with they wanted to charge me 15 dollars everytime my car wouldnt start i had to wait over an hour for them to bypass the system. It could be dangerous if stranded un the middle of nowhere KEEP AWAY!!!! MANY MORE PLACES TO GET THIS DEVICE. THEIR GOOD REVIEW ARE MOSTLY FROM THEIR COMPANY WITH DIFFERENT EMAILS. THATS WHY THEY RETURN THEIR CALL THRU DIFFERENT NUMBERS ALL THE TIME.

Damaged my car charged me for theMonth I was never credited took my device that I paid for and when I called they told me to look for another company will be reporting for fraud and theft terrible situation and no help from them
