The kids and I had a great time! Great atmosphere, great food and drinks! If you are on a budget, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Fun times, but on the expensive side; especially if you are bringing 2 or more kids! Great customer service and employees are more than willing to help!

Me,my son&friends have been to Frankies a few times!! We all love it! I love the outdoor aspect of it with the rides&mini golf. &The games are SUPER fun as well&u can get alot of cool things with the tickets u win from the games...my only complaint would be the prices of the games..they could stand to go down..ALOT!...other than that its a really cool place to go whether u wanna have indoor or outdoor fun.

I just love love love the experience my family had here for our family funday!!! We rented out two bowling lanes, played laser tag and ever rode the bumper cars. The little ones played and ran themselves ragged. The food and drinks were amazing at a good cost! Two thumbs up awesome fun family environment!!!

Visited during pandemic, it was very clean, no crowds, everyone was wearing a mask. We drove the go carts and played later tag. I think mostly everything else was closed due to covid. No gaming at all, but we still had a ball. We will be back!

The Discovery is the best ride there. They should have bundles instead of having everything priced SEPARATELY.This place will definitely TAKE YOUR MONEY !The ride operators are hardly ever around when theyre supposed to be. UNPROFESSIONAL

My neighbor took my son here and I picked him up. This was my first time here and I will definitely take him along with his friends. My son had a blast. This place is a mixture of Dave and Busters and Sports Connection. It is very upscale for a fun center and there are a few lounges for the adults. I didnt get a chance to go outside but they have attractions outside like race cars. This is a great place for parties and fun with the family or just your friends.

Pretty cool place! Of course b/c of Covid most the park was still closed, except the put-putt and the Go-carts. But I didnt like that they didnt open refreshments until an hour after we got there. W/ the heat we were dieing from being in the sun playing golf. We couldnt buy any drinks going in, and had to wait while parched for the doors to open. I really didnt like that. Thats why 4 stars not 5. But, its a clean fun place to go!

This place is fantastic and has everything you could want to have a wonderful day with your kids. There are games, rides, Putt-Putt, go-karts, bowling, an area for climbing, food drinks and a whole lot of other things to do for kids as well as adults. The games can get expensive quick but there are plenty of ways to have fun without spending a ton of money. Great place for kids in Charlotte!

I would describe this as an adult fun park. We went here for work summer party. A few hours of bowling and mini-golf. The place looks brand new and has arcade games and go carts. I would say it is a little pricey but a nice new facility.

Online didnt state arcade was closed and all rides outside except the race track. Arrived at 2 and was very disappointed. We did enjoy race track and laser tag. We drove 3 hours for fun and got that.

Today was an amazing first experience at Frankies Fun Park. Our team of ambassadors and interns explored every inch of the new Huntersville location and experienced a ride on the drift track, the drop tower, and enjoyed an incredible lunch in their new private meeting room. Jason did an amazing job showing us around and giving us the inside scoop on the newest tourist attraction in town. We cant wait for our next visit and look forward to trying new rides, the mini golf courses, and the other race tracks.

Came here from NJ for a day of fun while visiting Family in Concord! Had an amazing time with Family! Mini golf was fun and the go karts were a thrill! Food was above average for an entertainment venue, impossible burger was amazing! We had a blast! Wish they had one in NJ!

Horrible. From too many teens to too many fights. No sort of structure or visible law enforcement or security presence. This past weekend was my first time going and it will be my last time going. Parking is horrible and its too chaotic for my liking.

New place just opened on the 6th of December. Its like a Dave and Busters. They have bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, putt putt golf, video games etc. The staff are good. The wings were cooked perfect and were good but small, the sliced pizza was not bad but skimpy on the toppings I couldnt tell I had extra cheese. There is 6 multi flavored fountain machines in the cafe lounge. There is a bar lounge also. They have all kinds of game packages and attraction packages for bday parties. Open S-T til 12am and F&S til 1am. Kids stay til closing as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Went there for a birthday party my son attended. Covid-19 prevention procedures were strictly practiced by staff, staff wore masks, hand sanitizer everywhere, bowling shoes sprayed down. The entire facility gets 5 stars for sanitation procedures.

Pretty nice place to have some fun. The games and rides are pricey, but 10 bucks for mini golf is pretty good. Everything is brand new and the have a lot of different choices. Didnt have anything in the cafe, but looked large and clean. Nice bowling alley, have to rent the lanes by the hour, which makes it very expensive to play. Good selection of prizes for the kids to exchange the tickets they won playing the games. Would be a solid 5 stars if the prices where a little more reasonable.

First time here. Its a Dave and Busters without the mall plus outdoor carnival rides. $8 for unlimited time in the play zone. Games average $2.00 per play. The outdoor rides $10 and less. Bumper cars are $8 per turn. The food was much better than expected. Have to budget accordingly but overall a really good time.

Very clean bathrooms, lots to do, you could spend a whole day there putt putt, bowling, bumper cars, virtual reality, laser tag, and a restaurant with a huge dining area.

Went there on Halloween at 7:32.They start IDing people at 8. They wouldn’t let 2 17 year olds through it wasn’t fair because there was 8 year olds and so on in there we even had a parent with us. The people who worked there were very rude. For my first time trying to go it was a bummer I don’t think I’ll ever go again.

I went in today and the staff at the front door were extremely rude. They had said You must wear a mask to be on this property. I replied after say that in a kind manner that The mask poses a serious health risk to me and under the ADA/HIPPA Act I am exempt from wearing one. Not only did they threaten to have me removed, they made some very rude remarks following it. I dont know who owns the place but refusing entry like that is highly illegal.

Went bowling at Frankies today and had a great time. Service was outstanding and the place is very nice. Huge projectors casting music videos on the screen above the lanes, cool color effects on the pins and lanes. My son just turned 3 so we took him early to avoid crowds and at 11:30am it was very quiet, great time to go, we had the place to ourselves. As we were leaving it was definitely getting busier. Great food and beer selections. Well be back for sure.

This is a kid friendly place that has bumper cars, go karts, plenty of games and rides also virtual stuff to do. Along with golf. They also serve food, have bowling and a bar.

This place is great! There is so much to do with your family or friends. Its a lot bigger than the one in Greenville, SC and it has more rides. The bowling area is really nice and it has a ton of lanes. The restaurants are very nice and the prices are fair.

Had a birthday party for my son this weekend. Everything was on point from the communication prior to the party. The group sales woman was polite and attended to our needs upon our arrival. After that the service went downhill. For nearly $400 and a table reservation for only 1 hour you would expect the server to be on time or greeting you. Table was reserved for 2:45pm. At 2:57pm no server had showed up yet. Finally was able to get the server to the table and food was served 30 min into the hour. Which left us just half the time of the table reservation to rush through our meals and do presents and cake. In my opinion overpriced (which I knew going in) but its convenient so i have no problem paying it. But the employee time management needs improvement when customers pay good money for party reservations. That was the biggest disappointment.

My son and I had a great afternoon trying out the VR games and go-karts. As others have said, everything is a la carte which is a mixed blessing. We tore through $40 in a relatively short time and that was without playing any of the arcade games.

I loved it you use a card instead of using tickets for the carnival rides bumper cars you can also use your card for the arcade games and it saves the tickets you win into the card when done just go to the prize counter and give them your card to redeem

Amazing place near our home. It is not advertising much but found out through Instagram. Loads of stuff to do. Mini Golf, laser tag, bumper cars, bowling, go kart, and tons of amazing arcade games. Note most of outside rides open at 3 pm.

We had a birthday party there this weekend. The facility as a whole is nice and a well kept secret. it sure beats Dave and Busters by a long shot. Most importantly we felt safe. The thing I will say is during my party I worked more than the hostess did. She did not seem to grasp the idea of HOSTESS, I feel for the amount of money I spent in a party I do not feel I got what I paid for. I could have not done a party and just invited some people to meet me there. I may have saved a lot of money. With all that being said I still will go back and recommend.

Best place to go with family and friends for special events or just a day full of fun!The go-karts Drifter track is my favorite attraction. I also really enjoyed the VR game and laser tag. Theres something there for everyone to enjoy including bowling, rides, and a variety of arcade games.The food court also has plenty of options for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options. Drinks are refillable which is also a plus. Only downside is that it can be pretty pricey if you are paying for multiple people.

I’m not a kid and my friends and I have had fun both times we went. We’ve spent like 3-4 hours here. Kind of pricey for bowling though ur experience has been great each time though. Love the 3 go-kart tracks, the mini golf and inside attractions. It also has a pretty big bar. Make sure you come with more than $20 though, this isn’t cheap fun.

Had a great time here! A group of 8 of us visited for a team building day.It was raining so we were not able to do any outside activities but the indoor options were awesome. Bumper cars and virtual reality games were awesome. There are many things we could do as a group like basketball and racing. Would definitely recommend. I noticed a lot of games for younger kids as well so there are many options for great family fun as well.

Frankies was the best that I could ask for on a rainy day birthday. Although, I did not do anything outside in the rain, everything offered inside made for an awesome birthday! We had our son’s birthday party at Frankie’s in Charlotte this past Saturday. The venue is certainly shiny and fun and the people I dealt with were pleasant enough, however, I spent nearly 3 hours working hard, non-stop to make sure my son’s party was not a complete disaster and at times I felt I was working extra hard to combat Frankie’s policies and inadequacies.With tax and gratuity we spent right about $600. Certainly, when you spend this amount of money at a venue that is suited for parties, you would hope that you would not be left to do everything as though you had the party on your own and at some point, you’d be able to watch your birthday kid.I had made several calls in advance to make sure we were prepared but the day of the party was chaos with the front desk girl sending people to places that were not what we discussed. I WITNESSED ONE OF MY GUESTS ATTEMPT TO SET MY SON’S GIFT ON ANOTHER PARTY’S TABLE AND IF I HAD NOT BEEN THERE IN THAT EXACT MOMENT TO CORRECT HIM, MY SON’S GIFT WOULD HAVE GONE TO ANOTHER BIRTHDAY KID. I alerted the girl in the office and then the one at the front and attempted to explain to her about the gifts being lost. They said they’d correct my guests but apparently this STILL did not happen because 5 or so gifts were (luckily) left with my mother and the fun house.For food we arrived at the table at 4:40 when food was supposed to be ready. There was a platter of chicken and fries but not any plates, drinks or pizza. Our server told me upon meeting that there were too many kids for him to serve them and that we would do this buffet style. I told him that 7 year old boys do not do buffet style so that meant I would have to serve them – not to mention there was nothing for us to buffet - being without the pizza and plates. It took about 10 minutes to get the drinks from the kitchen for the thirsty kids. I had other parents helping me to pass out chicken and French fries to everyone who wanted it, while children begged for drinks. When they came, I had to pour them. My daughter, who doesn’t eat meat had to wait for 20 minutes for the pizza to finally come out. Every time we needed something we had to send someone to go find our “server”- whether it was his fault, or the kitchen’s is irrelevant to me. I suppose it matters not to the staff whether or not they do a good job, since the 18% gratuity is added regardless. My husband found the representative from Group Sales and she came over offering to provide a refund for the delayed pizza. Since there were too many other things I was upset about in that moment I didn’t feel that it was the appropriate time to discuss and I asked to talk about it later- upon sending my full complaint, I received only the money back for two pizzas.Overall, this was a stressful and physically demanding experience. I am unhappy that for a party that costs as much as this one did, I couldn’t have faith in the ability of the venue, that I wasn’t able to witness my son enjoying his party, or be around to take pictures of him.I would warn any parent considering a party here, that they will likely need to be prepared that they won’t spend any of the time watching their child enjoying the party.

It was ok, the main thing that bothered me is that our bowling lane was right beside another family, to close, and their kids kept running in my section while we were tryna bowl.

Cute date nite spot or quick trip wit the kids. Loved the go karts! The food is good & worth the price paid. Game room could use more games, photo booth picture came out slightly distorted so we were refunded, & the golf clubs are only for children, since they were so small.

All in all this is what Charlotte is missing fun stuff. This place is wall to wall fun and spills outside too. Although it is quite the experience it is very expensive so bring your wallet.. there are alot of teenagers hanging out. And thats why I have to take away a star. All signs that display rules say under a certain age needs to be accompanied by an adult which they dont enforce. I think a better way to go about it is after a certain time maybe adults only or something to that effect.. teenagers sometimes get disrespectful and want to sit on games kissing no one is really around to enforce rules.. but they do have real police officers working too so thats a positive, but I didnt feel unsafe either. Overall great clean fun !!!

This place is a blast. There is obviously plenty for the kids to do, but adults will enjoy themselves as well. If your kids are old enough (and trustworthy enough) to let them go on their own, there are two go kart tracks for 16 and older only, mini golf is always fun, and they have a bar for the grownups too.

Great place for a date either married with kids or singles. Age appropriate kids can play while parents enjoy a meal. Prices are very reasonable for both food and games.

This was my 1st time going to Frankies in Charlotte and mannn was I blown away. This totally beats Dave & Busters and the old Celebration Station. The place has bowling, Laser Tag, Go Carts, Vr Gaming, and amusement rides on the outside. Not alot of stuff for small children but I highly recommend it for 7 year Olds and up! This place has a nice layout and I also like the fact that it has a Cafe. I highly recommend you go early during the weekdays to avoid those peak hours. I hear it gets crazy. I will definitely be going back though.

Kids have more fun than at Carowinds.. And cheaper. Great place. All Id recommend is more sitting areas outside with shade, that cement gets extremely hot,as well as somewhere for water outside, pain in the butt having to go inside to get a drink.

We had an absolute blast. We ate lunch and spent all day here. We will be coming back!!! The arcade is HUGE!!! We did everything except bowl so that is on our list when we return.

Extremely fun! We drove 1hr and 15 mins from winston salem and definitely had spent our money well. A lot of things to do and great places to take pictures. Id seen a lot of birthday cakes coming in so Im pretty sure itd be a great place to hold a party! It was raining/drizzling so we didnt get to enjoy the rides though. Staff are great and knowledgeable! We didnt spend everything in our card so we definitely are coming back

Great Place for the kids, and the whole family! Go early in the day to beat the traffic, and the rush of other families. My favorite thing their is the Go-Karts. If you have a little one thats not tall enough to drive by themselves, they have passengers go karts so they can ride with you!

Large variety of arcade style games and experience based rides and entertainment. If you’ve been to a Dave and Busters you know what kind of arcade fare is on display, but with the addition of bowling, the 3 go-cart tracks (traditional, slick and drift) as well as laser tag and other carnival style rides, there’s simply more to do for a group of friends. We didn’t bowl this visit since it was only my wife and I and rent lanes by the hour. (A great deal for larger parties.) overall it was a fun experience that made the day feel like a mini vacation. Something I think anyone could use more of!

Great place for all ages

So much fun but whew expensive! The game prices are intentionally misleading so you cant really plan on how much youre spending. Bowling is expensive so are the rides. Bumper cars were 6 for example. Great for dates maybe but if you have a lot of kids skip this place try spare time down the street. My 1 child was about 40 for bumper cars and a handful of games. Too much. I will say that it is very clean and the staff is friendly.

The entertainment options are amazing, the nachos were delicious. The golf course was really nice and kept. Money does go quickly on the arcade but overall an amazing experience.

Went here last night with my family. It was a large party and the service was so fast and amazing! We ordered a ton of food and the workers brought everything out quickly with all the sauces and napkins! They were all so hard working and friendly. Every time I turned around someone was constantly wiping down tables or sweeping. The place is so big and very clean! They have a bar as well as dining area.Then an additional area for large parties. Games are so much fun and rides are awesome! It’s literally perfect! We will deff be back! My new favorite place! Make sure to come here!

My company threw us a summer party at Frankies and it was so much fun. The catered food I am not sure if it came from Frankies but it was soo good. We had alot of fun playing the virtual reality games along with the bumper cars indoors and the go karts outside were the high light of the day. the track is nice and the go karts drove smooth. I been on alot of go kart tracks where the carts dont run that well but these run smooth the are fairly fast for a go kart track and the lay out of the track was fun with the turns and what not. Anywho I would definitely recommend frankies to families but children under 5 may not have that much fun. rides are reasonabley priced and for the cost of a dinner in movie you could go to Frankies and have much more fun.

Its worth the drive if you are looking for indoor/outdoor entertainment! Think Dave & Busters but better. Go karts, bowling, arcade, laser tag, even a sports bar/lounge, this place has it all.
