Great place to live. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Katrina has always answered all of my questions and concerns. The lots are kept clean and the park looks really good. I have lived in, and seen other parks and this one is the best one I have been in.

Moved in around October and had nothing but fun and great time living here nice and Katrina is helpful with all info

I recently was contracted to do some renovations by one of the park home owners. I am excited to say this is the cleanest, most friendliest place I have worked this year! The park managers are also very helpful and accommodating to us. Thank you for letting us be your guests!

This community is very friendly. We have new owners within the last year and they have made lots of nice improvements. They are adding newer homes. The roads are all new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The managers always address all my concerns quickly and are very hard workers. Great place to live and close to goods and services.

Since new owners it looks nicer.

Whats not to love, Katrina and Robert are amazing. Sincere, respectable, promptness I cant ask for more. And then the bonus of new roads, EXCITING! So proud to call this my community. Thanks for everything.

The new management has been wonderful and the whole park is starting to look so beautiful! This is going to be one of the most desirable parks in the twin cities to live and I’m so glad our mobile home is here! I love the bike trail!

So happy with all the new things happening under the new management. So clean and everyone in managenent are so friendly. Especially happy with the new roads and carport. The crews working on the roads are so friendly and have done a wonderful and meticulous job!!!

Terrible new owners. I advise do not move here! They are slum lords, taking advantage of good people, raising rent and tacking on new bills so they can make money off people just trying to live their lives

I have lived in other parks around over the years and know of others my friends live in. Believe me, Hugo Estates is one of the Best!

I am grateful to see the new changes that the new management team is bringing to this community and improvements to make it an even better place to live.

The cloud of eviction hangs over us .Over priced fema trailers $$$$$ .from who knows ware. The lawn police just warned me not to blow lawn clippings in to the street. Before I even finished my mowing .Its getting worse.

Summit lol
