Family friendly & clean facility. Staff are nice, managers are attentive, & the owner (Ches) is thoughtful. The renovations made (obstacle course, virtual game, swing and trapeze) are great. Attended a friend’s birthday party and it was run smoothly. Son attended couple day camps and asks to go again. Overall great place! We will keep going back!

Our whole family of 6 had a blast. only 4 stars because it definitely needs more tables and places to sit for bigger families like mine. Also because the worker took away the toddlers area for my 1 year old. We understand it was packed and he was the only toddler, but the kids are having fun and didnt notice him so it was hard to keep having to watch out for him while trying not to run into other kids as well. Over all we will go back. Just wish they had a area off to the side where just my toddler was able to jump with kids his size.

My nephews had a birthday party here. We scheduled the package of unlimited drinks 4 pizzas (Donato’s) and 1 hr jump time. Well supervised at each jump station. The staff served the food, drinks and cake. Reasonably priced for what you get. All of the children (9) and their parents enjoyed themselves. I would recommend it for an easy party.

Kids had a blast, dodge ball, foam pits and free jump. Endless fun. Even had to go back and get another 1hr of time because we did not want to leave. Dodge ball was the favorite!

Never again will I book another party here nor would I recommend this place to have a party! Dont get me wrong the kids had a great time, but when we get there our tables were not ready! So we first checked in all of our names, whoever is jumping u have 3 computers when u first walk in to fill a waiver out for each individual, its a real pain let me tell you, that alone took about half an hour or longer, next we go to the counter to get our jump socks and the young lady working was so freaking rude and unfriendly and since out of tables were not ready, they had them big plastic bins sitting on the counter and wanted us to put our coats and shoes in them and they will bring them to our table but right now we needed to go jump cause we were already about 20 or more minutes into our hour we got to jump! So a two hour party, 1st hour you play, 2nd hour go to our table, eat, sing Happy Birthday, cake, gifts party over! Well it didnt seem like we had a lot of time to jump so when our time was up they put us upstairs at our table, we took up one whole side of the upstairs and all the tables and seats on that side. Mind you this is a party for my grandson who just turned 2, and I also have a son the same age, terrible twos so why are we all the way up about 30 steps with toddlers running wild, I couldnt take my eyes off them I was so afraid of one of the boys falling down the steps, let me hurry this is a long review, so they have staff come pass out our own pizza we paid for and brought with us, they didnt have much of a menu at all. Well the kids didnt seem like they got to play for very long so my son added on another hour, so before we do happy Birthday and cake we played for another hour then went back upstairs sang Happy birthday, they passed out my cake we paid for and again brought with us. So they hand my son the bill and I couldnt believe what I was reading 2,000$ for a three hour birthday party that u didnt even provide food for! So when we asked about the bill, she explained the extra hour not even a whole hour either was almost 600 alone. Its a bunch of teenage kids running that place, they are rude as hell, And a huge rip off! They need to be shut down for taking peoples money like that not to mention how sore I was the next day. I think were going to give bowling a try next birthday. Hope that helps, its okay to take a couple kids to play for an hour or so but not a good idea to have about 40-60 people.

The group before our party didnt leave the room until way after we were scheduled to start. We only had about 35 minutes to eat, have cake, and do presents before the parents were scheduled to pick up the kids. Ask if the party room is running on time before the parents leave from dropping off kids and take this into consideration when telling parents when to come back. They did extend the kids time to play at no extra charge, but we had to hustle through the party time.

So much fun! It seemed very clean and the staff is amazing. They were so helpful and seem to really enjoy working there.

We love coming here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I purchased a summer pass and we come for an hour every week. Totally worth it. The concession stand is stocked with great snacks and pizza. Very clean. Glow night is fun, too, but we rarely go because my son goes to bed early but the kids love it. Sometimes they have special needs events and the music is lower, less crowds, and the staff is ultra friendly to the children. Highly recommend!

We showed up unplanned with 10 boys for an impromptu birthday celebration. We were greeted by friendly staff and they had a Thursday buy one get one special. Awesome. The place wasnt especially busy so there was no problem playing anywhere. I didnt realize being 40 years old how quickly you can get your heart rate up just bouncing. I had a blast as did my wife. Kids obviously loved it and crushed it at dodge ball. We were exhausted but loved it. If youre old like me do a stretch and warm up before you bounce, trust me. But go, so worth it.

Such a fun place! The staff here make your kiddos feel like VIPs by remembering them and engaging in play (bringing them a ball to shoot hoops or just generally talking and engaging with them). Very fun atmosphere (music is always playing and sometimes they have a mascot walking around). Toddler time is wonderful so I can bring my 18 month old without worrying she will be trampled by older kiddos.

What a horrible experience!! I called this place before I went to ask information about their pricing because I have 3 chidlen and I cant afford alot. They gave me all the wrong information to persuade me to come. A manager told me I had to pay $ 11.99 7 and over and $ 6.99 6 and under for 1 hour of play and that I would get an extra 30 minute of free play if i came today its called more monday which turned out to be less Monday for me and my family. I get there i register my children for a waver and when I go to pay it $56 + im like what?? Turns out I had to pay for socks $2.99 which was never mentioned over the phone, $15 + per chilld. At the end because I stud up for my self I ended up paying $34.94 for 1 hour of play $10.79 for the 6 and under and $15.64 for the 7 and over + the socks. Will NEVER for as long as I live come back to this fraudulent place.

The new additions are great. Prices are kinda steep, but worth it for the variety of activities.

Me and my brother have gone a few times and have had fun. They just need to make sure everyones following the same rules. They made my brother change and scolded him for running rather than talking to me first. About 5 minutes later a few other girls were running faster than my brother and nothing was said. Just be consistent with the the rules.

Great place for birthday party’s ! When you first check in they take your items such as a cake, party favors, presents etc ... And even your party’s shoes and coats and put it behind the desk while you are jumping, which gave me the comfort of not having to worry about my groups personal belongs . When our jump time was over a host came and got us and took us to the party room where everything was set up and the host served the kids and played games with them which was amazing, it allowed me to be able to relax and enjoy time with my family without having to stress. Good for kids, but if your an adult that wants to really jump there is no way you can. There are kids everywhere and would probably kick one or two in the head if you tried doing any flips.

Wonderful place for kids to burn off energy. Had my sons 4th and 5th birthday party here and I didnt have to do much, other than enjoy watching my son laugh and play with friends. Truly enjoyable, stress free and clean. Perfect place for a winter childs party!

This was fun! Staff off was amazing. It was so busy it was hard to jump or get in to play dodgeball or basketball. All the kids were polite though and careful of little ones. It was kind of dirty and the drinking fountains and table were very cluttered and filled with trash and shoes.

The day I visited the bigger kid dodgeball area was shut down and the big kids were grouped in with the little guys and my son got pegged in the head by them. I wish they would keep those open so the little kids, dont get hurt by their rough play! Or the staff to pull people out if they are being violent with other kids.

Always a fun time! (Even for the adults:) The only negative while I understand why they do it is being separated by age group. Keep up the local promoting...we love the free 30 minute cards, it gets us in the door and we always buy more time!

Terrible customer service. Never told us that if a party was booked that we would have to move. They knew there was going to be a party and waited till we were all set up on the table and told us we had to move. Never even helped to move us. Multiple people watching the kids had attitudes with the kids and yelling at them. We were told food could not be given till 8:30 because it had to be delivered from a local pizza place all at once. Pizza not made on at location. After telling them I would never come back to this place. The employee just walked away and no one came back to apologize. Not worth the amount of money we dished out for this place.

Fun fun fun for the kids. We went on a Saturday evening and the DJ was playing good music. The kids played and played. The hostess took care of the party guests and checked in the the parents to make sure our needs were met.

I am a father of a 12 yr old boy and his friends love SkyZone extremely clean and state of the Art facility is like no other,trampolines From the future in a nutshell also have video games and great place to throw a birthday party.The staff is AMAZING staff including Casey,Camden and Michael are very nice and professional. Great for all ages! Good area for parents to sit and watch or sit and chill. Staff was courteous and helpful. And it is right off the highway.

My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to play as she loves to jump on trampolines, we were the only people in the entire facility which was great but their staff was overbearing.The had an employee follow you around everywhere you go, and told us we needed to jump two spots over from our 3 year old daughter, I couldnt hold her hand or even play with her and anytime we would get close the lady would say something which would make my daughter shy and not want to jump anymore.Having a 17 year old employee act as if my wife and I would injure our daughter was ridiculous. Ive grown up on trampolines my entire life and my daughter and I jump all the time on ours outside, I hold her hands and stand there while she jumps. Here, they expect you to be standing 2 trampolines over from her and make her jump by herself, they even tried to separating net up at first to separate my wife and I from my daughter.Im sorry but we didnt go there so my THREE year old could just jump by herself alone in a corner, we went there to jump together as a family and not have some high school kid act as if we would hurt our girl.When it came to the foam pit I wanted to help my daughter stand on the side and jump in but nope, they wanted us to be two trampolines over nearly 10+ feet and jump in by herself.I dont know how they act when just grown adults are there to jump but to take your little kids there to jump is a bad experience. I understand these rules were there for safety and you would need them if you have a three year old jumping with random strangers but when we are the only customers in the entire building dont act like my wife and I cant handle jumping with our little girl.Im not even joking if I was to stand on the side of the trampoline and hold her hand the girl would yell at us, if my 3 year old daughter was to sit down for a min to rest she would yell at us, again we were the only people in the building! I understand not sitting down when you have an entire place full of people jumping but when you are the only customer in the building let the dam 3 year old relax for a second with out some random stranger yelling at her making her all nervous and shy and wanting to go home early.If you want to go there and be stalked and bossed around by a bunch of high school kids the act as if you would hurt your own kid then this is the place for you.

Great place for kids, they used to have a DJ on Fridays, but not anymore...maybe if people demand it he may come back...(GlowZone)

Fun for the kids and adults

Kids loved it but a bit expensive and to many young kids just running free with no supervision and the employees are to busy talking and not paying attention. Happy we tried it once though. This would be a great undercover boss show!

The prices were fair and my daughter had a blast and wont shut up about the place. The staff there is very polite and well behaved.

Had a fun time, but almost didnt get in due to the waiver process. My son brought a friend. We knew to have the parents sign the waiver first. The parents printed it out and signed it and sent it with him. Got to the place- the form was one they didnt use anymore and didnt have a location name on it so they wouldnt accept it. Had to call the parents and have them do it online. What if the parents hadnt been home or didnt have access to a computer though? We wouldnt have gotten in.

Great place to let the kids BURN off some energy. I usually just sit in the massage chairs for the hour that they play. Best 12 bucks I spent.

We love Sky Zone Boston Heights. Its close to home and so much fun! Our 7 year old always has a blast, and we recently held his birthday party there and everyone loved it. The Sky Zone staff did all the work while my husband and I actually enjoyed the party. We prefer Sky Zone when its not as busy (weeknights or early on the weekends) but even at its peak, we have a great time.

I had a joint birthday party for my two daughters one turning six and one turning four. From the moment I booked the party online until the completion of the party I received nothing but exceptional professionalism, and courtesy. When we checked in on September 4th we were welcomed with all smiling faces, and all of the kids, and parents had an outstanding time. Everything was conducted on schedule, and perfectly. Jill, and Sydney were our hosts for the party, and I could not say enough great things about them. Extremely personable, and courteous. I am a combat wounded veteran from the marines and usually do not like being in crowds, I told them these things and they did everything to keep us comfortable and safe. I want to thank you guys for giving my daughters a truly memorable experience!

Had a birthday party here .It was expensive but kids had fun.plus we had like 18 kids so it got up there.it cost me about $480 . But that included the food and tip. Food was good and staff were friendly and helpful. They took care of everything.

No separate area for smaller kids aside from the toddler area. Its setup with many individual small trampolines with cushion in the middle. I left after 5 minutes because I was worried about injuring the kids who bounced across my trampoline. Different courts for volleyball, dodgeball and basketball. Only one free jump area.

My kids love it! I also like the sky fit. My biggest complaint is that they need more activities added. Other jumpy places have swings, money bars, ect.

First time there very fun for the kids

My dtr (9) had a great time, thats what mattered most. From a parents perspective things could be better. Front desk staff was nice however the girl tried to start our hour to where itd only be 40minutes, it was adjusted. I do not like the sticker having my childs full name, I feel like that information is unnecessary in a place full of strangers. The sticker also fell off in the foam pit soon after arrival. I noticed a lot of missing stickers. They did have staff set up at every station which is awesome but they werent actually monitoring the children and their sizes. So overall a decent place when its not overly crowded but definitely has room for improvement.

Kids really enjoy this place. Very clean which is why I like it. The food is just okay.
