Theres no where else Id go to put together a show! Its always such a good experience shopping at Venture Fireworks!! A lot of variety in product, and a super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Plus an extra discount for cash and military, free gifts, AND the possibility to barter or bargain? What could be better?!

Im torn. The kids were very helpful but not very knowledgeable about inventory count. They were out of Roman candles very early. Very spendy..after 650 spent not one deal

Stopped here because theres no line left feeling ripped off almost, I say almost because I didnt have to buy it. Ridiculously high prices! I think price gouging. Most places give you buy one get one, for half the price they charge! Gave 1 because they had lots of staff and no line. O I could fit my wheelchair in there and A/C works. Mask not required but suggested

Mask was optional, and there was plenty of help in the store. Not a huge store/selection...but well stocked. In and out in 15 minutes, no problems. 5% cash discount.

Literally no big stuff no deals over priced one more exit an you can get the bag for your buck!

Was in a rush home as it was the 3rd and stopped here on my way back from Phantom and never felted so ripped off in my life. Younger gentleman who greeted me at the door immediately helped with what I was looking for and was really cool. Unfortunately they were all sold out of what I was looking for so he pointed me in the direction of the next best thing. I purchased a couple items in cash given they had a 5% discount for cash purchases. I got to the register and paid a total of $144.51. after I had paid and got to the car I added everything up and added a dollar extra on each item for ‘tax’ and I only had about $120 worth of product. I just assumed it was a mistake by the younger teenage girl working the register and went back inside with my receipt and the $5.49 change I got back. The first guy I contacted about the ‘mistake’ was immediately denying the 5% discount and saying they dont do that for cash purchases. I asked him if his manager is working today and he immediately gave me a smirk. He said he wasnt and that he’d be back on the 5th after the holiday, I asked to have his manager call me when he gets back in and I left my number for his manager. It is now the 8th and still no call...I assume he just threw the note away after I left. they will never get my buisness again as they give you no deals like Phantom or any other firework store does. I’ve stopped at buy one get one for 99¢ stores in Hudson with better customer service and better deals.

Great first place to stop into Wisconsin if youre coming from Minnesota! Helpful staff know the fireworks, and can tell you the best bang (literally) for your buck. I didnt know the difference between a Roman candle and a mortar, and they helped me find what I wanted and some good priced package deals too.

No deals because people buy them out regardless so why give them deals. Thats what they told me when I asked if they had any.

I was reluctant to come here after reading some reviews about how pricey things were but after walking out of Phantom fireworks and coming here, I was very pleased. They had a better selection, better prices and had a kid (novelty) section that you could buy individually and not in bulk like other places. We were also given free fireworks for having our picture taken and the staff was great!

Very helpful and friendly young people working there. Bought $340 worth of goodies and celebrated this great nation and managed to keep all fingers. It was a good 4th with help of Venture!2nd year in a row of going there and will be back next year. 5% discount for paying cash and they threw in a couple boxes of mini mortars which were fun. MERICA!!!!

My favorite fireworks store! The energy in this place is amazing! The staff walks around and shops with you which is so fun because these kids LOVE fireworks and have seen a ton of them!

They had the selection, however the prices were 30+% higher than the place I normally go to. I left, more bang for my buck is far more important, given that my regular retailer is only 5 min. away.

I have been going since the days of the Shed in the 90s. Occasionally, I do comparison shopping but have found Venture Fireworks to be the best. Their customer service is amazing and makes the experience all the more enjoyable! Thanks Jeff and crew. See you next year... filled the Jeep this year, may need a bigger vehicle next year!

Didnt have the right hours up on google or on their website. I went at the beginning of April and had to find out the hard way that they were closed. I really wanted to support a small shop but becasue they were closed I had to go to Phantom Fireworks.

Okay so this firework selection is great! But me and my two brothers (African American) came to this store and have never felt so uncomfortable the way they looked and followed us to the point where I just waited by the doors to leave, it’s crazy it’s 2018 and I still have to feel this way

I told them that I have $350 to spend. I end up paying $398 for tax. LOL not going there nomore over price

Whole place smelled like weed! Lots of employees but only one that was actually helpful. Older man (I assume the owner) was complaining about customers right as we walked in. Descent selection but hire better workers!

Have become overpriced and lacking in new items. Used to get lots of stuff there but now the novelty has worn off....

Very overpriced. I asked if they did the typical buy one get one $0.99 and was told no, those guys overprice there stuff thats why they do the buy one get one. After looking through their inventory and prices, their selection was mediocre and the price per firework was much higher than their competitors in the area that do the buy one get one $0.99. Despite its convenient location, I wont be back. Ill head a little further to Baldwin where the real fireworks stores are.

Not a big fan of this store. I was there on a Tuesday evening and it was strange to have 10 teenagers working in the store. Could they really need that many staff? Selection was just ok but things seemed overpriced. Must need to pay for all that staff?You can see by the condescending way the owner responds to a not so flattering review, how this place is run. Instead of saying something like we wish you had a better experience or we can understand where youre coming from they attack and say, I must not know what it means to own a small business. Judge for yourself. Like I said earlier, the place is not terrible, it just wasnt for me.

I had a 25 shot and half of it did not go off, i brought it in and They made it right. They even threw me a little something extra. Im very thankful.

Wont discuss pricing over the phone but tells you theyre competitive. When you get there everything is double the price of their competition.
