This place is perfect. Its not too big or too small. Other indoor parks I go to with kids under 5 I have to play with them the whole time with them because of the large indoor playground type equipment. This place is perfect to relax in a comfortable chair and watch my child play. Often I do homework while constantly having an eye on my child. Its wonderful. The staff is super helpful and nice. Its great they offer a small bistro for a quick snack but I usually use the opportunity to let my kid pay for a few hours then enjoy a lunch in downtown Hudson. This place is wonderful!

Weve been here an hour and my kids are still running around like crazy having a blast. I love that its secure and all the parents get to hang out and watch them on the huge play structure/slides or in the tiny tots area. Theres no real concern of any predators because its not huge enough or open enough that adults can get up there. Were here on Presidents day and there are only maybe a dozen kids.Also I bought our tickets online, didnt get a code or email or anything and thats normal, you just take a screenshot of your confirmation and she didnt even look at it, just told her I paid online.They say no drinks/food except water (because they have their own coffee shop) but she let me bring in my Starbucks ;)

Lots of small 3 and under on a weekday morning. After 11 some bigger kids arrived that my 4 year old had fun with. Good menu selection for kids and grownups.

We love coming here with our 3 year old. There are so many things she can do here, all by herself. The toddler area for kids under 3, provides a safe place for them to play. The staff is always nice and the snack reasonably priced. Nothing fancy, but all fun.

Im sure its a nice place, but I wouldnt know because I wasnt able to get my tickets through their website, although they did charge me for the visit that never happened. I was never able to reach an actual human being to fix the issue and never received a call back after leaving multiple messages. Buyer beware!

This is a great little indoor park. They have some spaces for kids that are just crawling or learning to walk and also a bigger play area for kids 2-6 or so.Kids that are 7 and older might have a better time at a place thats bigger.This is a nice local business. The bathrooms have always been clean.They have a great little snack bar that has a bunch of snacks for kids, they make real lattes, and also have pizza, Mac n cheese, and other kid foods, while also still having great sandwich options for adults.You can pay online ahead of time for your entrance fee so you dont have to wait when you arrive. Generally there is no wait, but sometimes the staff are going back and forth from the check-in desk to the cafe.The people that are complaining about this place are exaggerating.

They dont have reliable business hours and their website is not up to date. Do not try to get tickets online since it wont work but will charge your card anyway. Its a fun place but needs better staffing and scheduling and it is spendy for what you get

Not impressed with my experience. Place was not clean. Our kids had a great time! And it was like 15 dollars for 2 kids.

UPDATE: since my last posting they have consolidated btheir trash bins to two so that helps tremendously with the smell. Still no safety covers for outlets. Glad they are stepping up.We have loved them in the past but recently have gone down hill. When you walk in it smells like trash because they dont take it out at the end of the night. We are here in Monday to full trash cans that sat all week and it smells terrible. They dont have safety covers for the light switches. I really hope that they start to clean and step there game up. It has great potential.

So much potential. My youngest kids love it, but it doesn’t seem like the employees take any pride in it. At a bare minimum, I’d expect toilet paper in the bathrooms and hand sanitizer available throughout the building. I found neither. When I asked the person at the front desk about hand sanitizer, she offered to spray household disinfectant cleaner on my hands. I wish I was making that up.

I was worried by other reviews saying it was dirty, but I thought it was very decently clean. I went on a Monday and it wasnt busy. There were lots of comfortable seating, not the typical hard plastic chairs. The staff was very kind and friendly. I ordered a vanilla latte and it was very good. The actual playground isnt huge but was perfect for my kids (almost 3 and 4 yo). My kids had a lot of fun and were thoroughly worn out after 2 hours. Wanted to test this place out before having my sons 4th birthday party here. Ive been to other indoor playgrounds that have 4 stories and its all good and fine until your kids are so high up they cant hear you yelling to come down and dont remember how to get down.

It’s a fun place with a very wide variety of activities for your children. They need to update their hours because it says it opens at 9am and have driven there a couple of times and it was closed and didn’t open until 10am.

It’s dirty, there’s broken fixtures, broken toys, burnt out lights, smelly carpet, bizarre staff, etc. That place has gone way downhill. We informed them that our son had a highly contagious illness and they brushed it off and said that they spray lavender oil on the equipment every week to clean and disinfect. It was really alarming.

Place meant for kids 6 and under. Went during the week and it wasnt to busy. Lots of good seating for the parents. If I saw more than 20 kids there id probably come back a different time due to the play area size

Fun place for kids. But need more than one person running the place plus preparing food on a winter Saturday. Especially when you are requesting no outside food or beverages.

I was the mom screaming to help get my child out of the collapsed bouncy house this past weekend. This was truly the scariest 60 seconds of our life. He was inside when another child pulled the cord, collapsing the castle within seconds, hundreds of pounds on top of him and trapping him inside. I could hear him crying for us as we attempted to lift the deflated castle. We are traumatized from this experience, my 5 year looked at me later that day and said, mom what if I would have died. He has not been able to sleep, I keep thinking about the house on top of me. Worst part, the staff just plugged it back in after he was safely in our arms and away they went back to the kitchen. This place is dangerous. Why was a child allowed access to the power source? Thanks for the $15 refund, after we asked for it. You will have to answer to the Better Business Bureau and Hudson Police Department. Im afraid they are independently operated and have no quality/safety measures in place.

Fun place for toddler age children to burn energy. However, it is very dirty and full of unnecessary items collecting dust. Appears to be items that maybe belong to the owner and theyre using the place as storage. Its unfortunate because the place has great potential. The dirtiness is disappointing. Things feel old and very used. The decor is also not kid friendly.

Fun place but hours are 10-10 unlike what google or the website says.

This place has always been dirty in the past, we decided to give it another try today, in the hopes it had been clean and fixed up. Well, it hasnt. All these other reviews are completely right. I wish I would have read them before wasting my money. It is SO filthy, I feel like we need to go home and shower! Junk stored in every corner, covered in 2 inches of dust. Old, outdated decor, not even child friendly. I tried reading a couple of books to my son, they are all torn apart, and covered in sort of crusty, god knows what. Everything is patched and covered in tape. When we came un the door we were hardly greeted, since the lady behind the counter was busy taking selfies. We wont be back anytime soon.

It’s a cute location for your kids to burn off energy during colds days. A secured location and decent parking. It isn’t a big building at all that I personally find with the limited hours they are open it’s overpriced. I would suggest other options for storage of unused items so kids don’t get upset not being able to play with those toys. Also increased places to hang up coats, bags and put shoes.

So much fun! Had a birthday party here for my 2 yr old and it was amazing! The staff were very helpful and the kids had a great time. Well worth the money! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place for a party or just somewhere to hang out for a couple hours.

We dont go there for the food- we go there because the owners and staff are immensely kind and they operate a clean (as clean as one can keep an old indoor playground overflowing with little kids) facility where my girls can climb/excersize their bodies and be social regardless of the weather.

We used to go there frequently last winter. Then this year things have really gone down hill the two times we have gone. Once my husband went and the arrived 15 min late to open and let him in and the employee and a young person (presumably her daughter) argued the whole time they were there. This last time we went the toilets were blocked up (two of the four) and the whole building reeked of feces. I understand that it may take awhile to get a plumber out there but then they should warn people before paying their money or close until it was fixed. It was really gross. I was recommending this place to people but I will not be anymore.

It wasnt busy at all when we went at noon on a week day, there were only 4 other kids. The climbing structure was a little smaller than others but the kids still had a great time. The toddler area is mostly foam mats. There is also a train table small foam blocks and dinosaur figures to play with as well as a couple toddler push carts and an activity center. But the best part is the comfy chairs for parents! Oh and the snack bar looks well stocked for longer visits.

Good place to bring the kids in winter. Has area for infants as well. Not allowed to bring in your own drinks or food (even coffee), which means youre stuck to their limited menu, or you have to leave for lunch. Price is a bit high when you have large family. L

Lots of fun for the kids and a very comfortable place for adults. The service at the cafe is a little inconsistent and sometimes the staff seem overwhelmed. I hope the location has a chance to grow and improve because my kids truly love going there.

This place is way overpriced and really not fun for kids older than 3. I took my one and four year olds here today and we left after 20 minutes at my four year olds choice. He found the place to be boring and crawling with only babies and toddlers.I was not overly impressed with this place as well. The place was dark and dingy. It is not very clean. We will not be back.

Great place for kids

Had a great birthday party for my 4 yr old granddaughter. If you arent having a private party, recommend starting your party by 10 am because by 11 am, the place is packed! We let the kids play for 1/2 hr, had cake, ice cream and presents, then back at it by 11 am. Great staff to do set up and clean up. Friendly and helpful. Great fun at a reasonable price.

Very dirty and disgusting place. The owners are obviously hoarders and have dangerous pieces of furniture scattered everywhere. Everything needs to be sanitized. Not sure how this place is still serving food and open to the public. It is really too bad since the kids love the crawling play structure and slides.

Great place for little kids

This was a great place to bring my little guy. They have a small area for children under 3. And a corner for blocks in addition to the jungle gym. Very friendly staff and clean too. I didnt feel like I had to give my child a bath after playing.

Talk about an easy place for your kid to play on a rainy day. I was able to bring my toddler there, play for 2 hours, and get lunch for under $10. My only issue was that for the first 45 minutes, there were so many big kids (3+ year olds) that my kid was constantly in their way. No fault of anyone for that issue.

My kids seem to always come down with an illness after being here...watched the staff vacuum 1/4 of the place. Nothing was sanitized or cleaned in the whole building. You could see drool and had prints on tables and chairs. Majority of the food they make come from aldi. (Not judging as Im an Aldi shopper) but there prices are to high for what they have for snacks. They use duct tape for EVERYTHING...the steps to climb up to the slide has ripped up foam that has tape that is falling off that you and the kids get stuck in. They have had signs with words writen on them with duct tape.... Ive seen chairs falling apart, toys ripped apart, water jug they provide for drinking water is always warm and left over from the night before. Your better off with tap water from the bathroom so you know its not sitting in a jug for days on end...and they jacked the prices up for admission way to high for the quality of environment your in.

Great place for young children. Even early in the morning there are a few others that will play. There is even a little restaurant that has some good options.

Ok so im gunna say it, if i was a outsider looking in id say if they order from aldi then more success to them aldi is not only price friendly it is also Alot of natural products then from a mass supplier who cares about mass money and not too much about what we are actually consuming as a human, i shop at aldis because the prices for natural and/or oragnic are amazing!, And mom dad and kid friendly they care about our well veing at a cheaper rate, the people who own giggle factory care more about the well being of children then gossip, fads and the cheapest rate, and if i was a employee which I am, a single mom wanting my ten year old to have a fun clean experience thats owned by compassionate people that are down to earth, friendly and amazing to kids who have everything, nothing or anything in between. Not only do I love my job but I love the environment as a mom, as a employee and as a customer. If I had no money these people would go above and beyond to help me regardless of sex, age or money. Truly amazing place to go inside and out. Thank you.

Its now been a year since my daughters second birthday was horribly screwed up by the weekend staff and Im still waiting on the apology from the owners I was allegedly supposed to get.To tell you the truth, this had slipped out of my mind until some friends mentioned they were taking their kids here and I talked them out of it.It doesnt matter what tables you reserve or what package you purchase. It doesnt matter if you specify you need a specific table to help wrangle special needs children or that they tell you theyll accommodate your needs. They wont reserve what you purchase and they wont make it right afterwards. The weekend managements entire contribution to the situation they stuck us in was you can work it out with the other party.No apology. No mediating to help us. Not even a discount. Eventually a manager said the owners would call us later to explain what happened (which is weird because I dont think they were even there or knew about any of this) but that never happened.

Kids had a blast! Food was ok but service was super slow. Veggie quesadilla was really good!

We’ve been going there for years, but today it seemed dirty with lots of bins, old mirrors and chairs tucked away under the slide and behind the obstacle course (behind nets). Kids obviously didn’t mind, just looked messy and cluttered.

Attended a Birthday party at the Giggle factory for our grandchildrens 4th birthday. They enjoyed it but for my daughter who planned this there not happy. Was supposed to have been set up for 30 and if set up for 10. Food was cold and ran out of ketchup for the hotdogs. Now if your serving hotdogs does an establishment really run out of ketchup? Someone went to get more and came back with a bottle that had no more the first bottle. Did they go home and take it out of there own refrigerator? Chicken nuggets cold had to have them heated up as you couldnt eat them. Hot digs were cold. A gentleman that was ordering a pizza asked for olives which was on the board but they had none. They serve coffee but no cream. Very un-organized. When my daughter went to pay for the food was charged a 2nd time for the rental fee. I hope no one else we knows has a party there as i may be sick that day. Food was also brought out at different times so everyone was eating at different times. Not impressed what so ever. And because of there lack of being organized we were rushed due to a private party they were having there. We wont be referring anyone there. Sorry
