Ummm.... well... one of Howells oldest mobile home communities. No complaints... my bro lives there... never any weirdness or uncomfortableness when there... all the tenants that Ive met so far seem like decent sort

Too many cats. most of the residents are unfriendly. Cars get keyed or tires flattened and property within the vehicle gets stolen. Also holidays are prohibited to be celebrated throughout the trailer park.

Difficult to deal with sometimes but owner is cool

Its an old park but offers affordable housing.

Close to shopping and restaurants minutes from downtown
