Nice park. Has picnic tables & play set for kids. Had a fenced in dog park added to one side. 2 PokeStops, and an EX RAID Gym too for the Pokemon GO players.

Nice pool, lifeguard friendly. Clean pool, shade area provide with lounge chairs. Security access, with pool card only.

Very nice and well maintained neighborhood park.

Walked all the way to the swimming pool and then we heard some sunder way off to the West. The pool management company as expected asks you to get out of the pool for 20 minutes. But this pool management company took it a step further and said you had to leave the pool completely and the chairs around it. The end result of this ridiculous rule was many people standing in the parking lot next to their vehicles and much more danger of getting hit by lightning.

Quiet Club House, located nezt to the neighborhood park. Location would comfortable for smaller gatherings. Nearest parking is limited, on main subdivision street, Rio Grande off of West Road.
