Had a lot of fun, we began our bike ride there. Good hike and bike trails as well as some fun dirt trails.
Best spot to enjoy nature and play soccer.
My grandson plays there. I went on grandparents day and got a nice lapel pin. Fun to watch kids playing soccer.
Retta & I love walking here
We tried this league a few years back. I was not a fan of there policies or rules. If you are looking for fun and competitive soccer, go elsewhere. This league is good if you are just wanting to join a league without any competitive spirit or nature. I personally will always instill in my children that not everyone gets a trophy at the end of the day. Those that work hard and earn them get them, and if you don’t win one, to keep trying and improving your skills until you reach your goals. This place hands out “feel good” trophies. That is fine, but like I said, I would rather teach my children better ethics.
Great place if your enrolled in soccer. No playground area just a spot for soccer. The most important thing to know when coming here is to DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE.IF YOU DO PEOPLE WILL BREAK INTO YOUR VEHICLE, and FIND WHERE YOU HID THEM.DONT BE STUPID AND THINK IT WONT HAPPEN TO YOU.ITS NOT IF......ITS A MATTER OF WHEN. And if you have left stuff in your vehicle, and nothing has happened yet. Then you have been very fortunate.** The park is only as safe as you make it. Dont be a victim.Dont bring cash, credit cards, social security cards,or anything you dont want to disappear.PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS and you should be fine.AGAIN if you FAIL TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE and your vehicle gets broken into, dont look for a Pity party for your own stupidity. For Christ sake its Houston people and not the best surrounding area of town.Do not enter the park before 7AM and after 10PM. You can get a $300 ticket. Do not leave valuables, in your car at this park unless you want them to disappear.
Lots of soccer fields, lots of parking, and nothing else. No playgrounds for the little ones. No restrooms. Just 10 or 15 soccer fields. A lot of people park there to get on the bike trails in George Bush Park.
I started as a parent two years ago. One son played. It was great. My older son then joined and played two seasons. It is all volunteer so the people are great to know and be around. The teams are leveled to make for fun play for all players and teams. Policies stress fun, positive coaching and parenting.
The best park for kids to play soccer shade when you needed restroom when you needed snacks when you need it
Positive experience for kids now a days, they are all winners. They only enforce positive comments.
It has a lot of space and trees that provide shade
My son loved playing for FFPS. Coach Titus was great. I will definitely be registering my son again for the fall season.
Lots of Soccer fields, Soccer Grass and goals are always available. would recommend it to any Soccer fans and players!
Good

Excellent opportunity to perfect beginning skills
This is our daughters second season to play and we absolutely love it. All teams are divided evenly based on experience, and all kids receive the exact same play time. Our daughter has some physical limitations and cannot participate in contact sports, so FFPS is perfect for us.By being a part of this organization, we are not just paying for our daughter to watch the more experienced kids play. She is able to learn the sport inside and out and has made some amazing friends throughout the process. It is a non-competitive league and is all about the kids having fun and being kids! This organization has a wonderful story behind it and has incredible people who keep it going. Coaches are on a volunteer basis and everyone is there to help each other out. We are so very grateful for FFPS and are happy to have stumbled across it. We fully plan on our daughter playing many more years!
Very nice place to play or ride your bike
I will always recommend for many good reasons.
My kid have been playing for a long time. We had a issue with one parent and the director just blamed me instead of making a full investigation in spite of the fact that there was a threat against my family. It is very unorganized unfortunately there are not too many choices for kids to play soccer.
