Everyone is friendly. But if you go to the pool to just watch a child swim bring your own chair cause they arent letting anyone use their chairs.

Excellent quiet bedroom community with a central walking loop and exercise amenities, playgrounds and tennis courts. One of my favorite places to walk in this area.
