One of my favorite new bars in midtown. This place is a little bit of everything in one spot. I love the Old Fashions that are available on draft. I also appreciate that they have space to dance and I don’t feel like I’m in a sardine can like most new hot spots in Houston. Good vibes every time I step in the building and fantastic service/cocktails.

Had a great time on New years day and the service was very friendly and professional.

This place changed a lot from the last time I came. They turned it into this chic place which is nicely decorated, the drinks taste super delicious and fresh which is surprising for a club/bar what I loved the most was the DJ I dont know if that dude is there every Saturday but he freaking rocks! He literally puts all kinds of music and can get the party going. I really enjoyed the way he mixed all genres into his mix.

One of the best places in Midtown that I’ve been in awhile. The music, people, ambiance of it all is pretty great. Drinks are amazing and perfectly crafted. They have this awesome concept of draft old fashioneds that will intrigue people. Overall, I love the look of the place and I feel like people definitely need to come check it out if they haven’t already.

Goodbye 3rd floor and hello Reflect! This new bar took over the space in December and it turned into a more modern and trendy bar.I came to check this place out on a Saturday around 11 pm and took a couple of selfies with the cute light signs. The layout is pretty much the same but with more section spaces and the rooftop bar has been expanded. The DJ was playing EDM remixes which was cool, but Im waiting for the hip-hop music! This place is going to be a go-to place in midtown. Cant wait to come back to party when it gets more packed!

Long waits for drinks but I suppose that means its worth it. Valet parked me up front as promised. Good energy through last call lots of fun cool people. Would go again....and again.

Good club/bar place. It gets 4 stars because drinks are over price, nothing special about the drinks, and service is lacking. Downstairs and upstairs, downstairs seems to have bigger crowds. Music is club music, not overly crowded. Park at little Woodrow’s for $10. No cover on a Friday, worth checking out if you’re already nearby and want basic drinks, crowd, and club music.

Three stars because of the service. Draft is okay, DJ was wonderful, drinks was decent, and prices were reasonable. I would say the reason why this place earned three stars was because there was nothing spectacular, especially not the service. I came in with a few friends, after spending a great chunk of money here, it was already 2 a.m. And my friend could not find her keys. I understand that the bar is closing but my friend would not be able to get into her house and make sure her dog is okay without these keys. The Man in charge forcefully took us out and would not let us check around. I was extremely frustrated because we were very respectful and did not want to have any issues especially because we had one end goal, which was to get the keys. Anyways, thankfully one of our friends had it but they were very misunderstanding. This place is cool, great place for people-watching, but very strange people will approach you. This isnt my first time coming. Always some stranger danger.

I am writing this review after been there 3 weeks ago.Its an awesome place. They have a nice beer selection and their food menu, wonderful. Been here at least 4 times and this place is a gem. They also have two smoking patios which you can see Downtown at night which is beautiful, and you can look towards the Medical center. Either way, its a great place to start your night or even end it here.

Everytime I come intown to Houston the GM Joey puts on for me and really gives me a warm welcome. I love the build-out and this place is definitely one my favorite rooftop spots in the city that wont break your bankroll too much. We always stop by here because its 3 bars in 1 lol.

Good atmosphere good music. The place is nice you get a good view of downtown Houston from the patio balcony. The drinks are overpriced and weak. There is a long wait at the bar due to place is crowded. Parking is hard to find during the weekends and I did witness a fight by the end of the night.

We came in very early so the bar was super quiet but I loved the space. It has a huge bar and plenty of comfortable looking seating. There is a very nice looking balcony. The food selection at the time we were there was pretty limited but we had the pretzel and it came with some excellent mustard and spicy cheese dip. Yum. They have a respectable craft beer selection and the staff were super friendly. I left interesting is coming back again.

Good music, but fairly crowded, depending on when go. If you can ever get a bartenders attention through the mob of people - drinks are good (and a cheaper menu if you are looking to get somewhere, fast - if you know what I mean). Cheers.

Overall, one of my favorite bars in midtown. Fun atmosphere, good drinks/quick service and beautiful city views. Always recommend this place to my friends as well.

This bar always has good music, trendy crowds and is usually packed on a Saturday night. There are comfy sofa chairs, high chairs/bar stools, and some tables as well as a VIP lounge. There are two balconies for smoking and outdoor viewing. Since its on the third floor, you can get a pretty nice view of downtown Houston and overlook the crowds bar hopping on the streets below. The music is always good and the drinks are fairly priced. The only con is that its usually so packed that you have to bump around and squeeze through crowds to get to where you want to go. You can take the elevator to get up there or just take the stairs.The good thing is that the entire floor space is centered around the bar, so you cab always find a bartender no matter what side of the pub youre in.

I love this place! It gets really, really busy though. You might want to start drinking before you go because the bar is insanely busy. Small dance floor but it works. And 2 patios to hang out outside

Found this place after a first date. We were not ready to end our late lunch. We googled a nice bar for drinks and this place popped up. The atmosphere was really nice and layed back. Drinks were pretty swell too.

Awesome pub! Great beer and wine selection....both on tap! Plenty of TVs to watch the game and there are pool and shuffle board tables for good entertainment. The food is not standard pub food and is definitely exceptional. Another perk to this place is the small patio which overlooks downtown Houston.

Great views of downtown on the patio and at some tables. Food isnt bad. Huge bar, Tons of beer on tap. Drinks are expensive, I paid $28 for a vodka red bull and two shots last weekend. Can also reserve a corner with seating for a semi private party.

One of my favorite spots to hang in Midtown. The doormen are always super friendly as well as the bartenders. Theres always a diverse crowd with good music. Lots of seating available as well as a reasonably sized dance floor. Drinks are comparable to other midtown bars.

Pretty good place lots of beer on tap. Check it out. Never eaten but I hear the food is great. Friendly staff. They have moose drool on tap which is awesome

This place sucks!! The staff is horrible and ugly and so is Johnny (the manager on duty). Bartenders are cool but everything else is wack. Dont waste your time and energy.

Great venue but the crowd is lame. The dance floor is usually dead because the DJs dont play anything with much energy. Its crowded as hell. Good luck having a conversation. I think everyone comes to 3rd floor to walk a loop then go back downstairs.

Four people in my party had entered 3rd Floor Bar. I stopped to allow three other folks enter ahead of me. The bouncer allowed the woman in the other party to enter but held her friends back on account of their shoes. He said they had on the wrong type of sneakers. I was flabbergasted. Two in my party had been allowed to enter wearing sneakers and shorts. I was horrified to realize that it probably had something to do with the fact that these men were black and my friends were white and Asian. I was let into the bar. We got into the elevator and I told my friends what happened. Before we reached the 3rd floor we realized we were disgusted and did not want to support a business that operates like that. So we came back down to the first floor to leave. I asked the bouncer what the issue with the sneakers was. He said they have a strict dress code. Glancing at my work boots he mentioned that I probably shouldnt have been let in either. Of course given my skin color I speculate that he wasnt looking for a reason to keep me out.With the murder of our young people around the country and the murder of police officers in Dallas, the last thing we need to see is more divisiveness. I am white and have been the recipient of white privilege. But when I see a white bouncer looking for a reason to deny entry of two well dressed black men to a bar, it makes my skin crawl and fills me with disgust. I hope this information will help you make a better informed decision before you chose a bar.

I must say that I went on a rainy night(figured a lot of ppl wouldnt be there because of the rain). The place was beautiful. It was spacious. It was not packed (of course I stayed from 8 until 9:35) so maybe I didnt catch the traffic but everyone from the person that checked IDs at the door to the waitresses were awesome and attentive. They even had a nice selection of music. For my first time there I give it an A++. Very inexpensive and nice atmosphere. You guys also must try their meat and cheese plate. Just YUM!

I ordered a old fashion (a go to drink of mine) while I was there and i dont know what the girl made me but it was definitely not a old fashion. I was just gonna drink it honestly. Liquor is liquor but the gf was not having it. Lol we spoke to another bartender that seem like the guy that was more running the joint and he apologized and made me another drink no questions asked. Like I said great place. Lot of sitting and standing area. Cool bar set up and balcony.

The crowd is young and diverse. On Saturday the crowd was pretty good, diverse and young. You will people dancing upstairs as well.

This place is one of the better options for grabbing a beer in midtown if you are looking for something a little more hip/dressy than Woodrows. It is much better when it is not too crowded because it can get a little difficult to get a drink despite the 360° bar in the center. All in all it is pretty much another spot to stand around with other 20-something young professionals and do nothing, and at least you typically dont have to deal with loud base house music and drunk people dancing while you try to get a drink. They do have a good beer selection.

It was a nice bar, it was quite when I was there but I could see it can get very busy.

The staff here is great. Very-friendly. We hit it off with John who always remembers our names despite only stopping by a few times a quarter. The beer selection is expansive. They have DJs on the usual going out nights, who take song requests.

Just like most places in midtown its always hot and crouded. Music is usually mainstreme mix. Not a huge fan.

Management really unprofessional saying we were getting annoying and to get up from the chairs. Pushed us out of the restroom and hit one of my girl friends. Will definitely not be going back. Really bad service. Management needs to step up and be professional.

Heard alot of bad things bout this club concerning black ppl.I just dont see it.Im here every sat for football and never had a problem.The bartenders remember my order better then i do.I dont drink and they treat me just as good as if i did.Very mix diverse crowd.

Easy to miss, like the name it is on the 3rd floor of the building right next to the piano bar and pub fiction. Very nice shiek inside lounge with 2.5 balconies. A greater starter bar or date spot or place to go with a large group of friends if you just want to sort of intermingle. Has shuffleboard. It has a different feel to it compared to other midtown bars so its nice for a change of pace. Tons of american beers on tap.

Visited this place Sunday for a birthday gathering and it was super chill. It was really just our group and a couple others.They have happy hour on Sunday!! How many places have that?! 1/2 off glasses of wine and $18 carafes of their specialty cocktails. I had the Blossoming Buck (Titos Vodka, Goslings Ginger Beer, Fruit Lab Hibiscus & lime) it was really good!I also sampled the pretzel and the Blue cheese chips. Both of which were ok.Drillan was super cool and so were the fireball shots we enjoyed! The MUSIC is the key, we jammed all afternoon with their 90s hip hop mix.

Only order whats on the menu. Their off menu moxed drinks are terribly mixed. Music was okay, the DJ tonight seemed to not really want to be there and unable to gauge the dancefloor properly so there was a lot of song changes at the worst times. It was a lot better the last time we came, I think on a Friday, but I would still come back.

Its exactly what you want in a midtown bar. Loud music and strobe lights inside, couches and lanterns outside. It was alright, the drinks were good but wild expensive.

Racist ass bar. Bouncer told me I couldnt come in because of my sneakers. Said no sneakers, as I called the party I was meeting with White patrons walked in the establishment with no problems wearing Hightop sneakers, ranging from Nike, converse and other brands. He told me no Hightop sneakers. I had on jeans . Dressed very respectful for a bar. When asked about the other club goers wearing sneakers he stated that it is a timed dressed code. It changes. My white coworker worker walked in with similar shoes and was not stopped at the bar. If you are black then you must comply to what they feel a black man should look like. For a bar. This is not a club. I had on a black polo, jeans and black and white sneaks. Whats alarming about that? Horrible establishment he stated the policy was no sneakers at all. Well whats different? Its because I was black. Hands down. I did get it from side entrance other bouncer didnt tell me anything. What was different? One racially judged me off my skin tone and choose an object to reject my entrance. Second bouncer was not. This is what the owner wants anyway....but I will not be returning.

This is one of those places I wanted to like... but didnt.It starts off well, with a large space, decent crowd, and nice balcony. And... thats all the nice things I have to say. Mom would want me to stop now.The bar feels like a chinese fire drill. Every so often, a different bartender would check in on us. Im not sure if theres a huge Lazy Susan theyre standing on, or what, but it was kind of weird. Scratch weird, it was kind of dumb, to have to keep repeating your order on refills instead of having your person who already knew.Of course... if every bartender they have was as bad as our first, maybe thats why theyre doing it. I ordered a Manhattan:Him: Neat?Me: Up.Him: ...confused look... Up?Me: ...pause... OK, neat.He then serves my Manhattan... up. At this point, Im wondering if he thinks neat means without ice, but, whatever, I got what I actually wanted....or so I thought. Taste, grimace. At which point the bartender comes back over, either seeing my expression, or my gesture towards the glass as Im answering my dates question about what was wrong. He explains that he didnt have any sweet vermouth, so was it OK that he substituted dry. Really? Really?! Just wing it and hope I dont notice? Fail.For munchies, we tried the cheese and meat tray. Im pretty sure I could have done a better job foraging through the lunch meats and cheese section at Krogers. It wasnt bad... you just expect better. At least the turkey wasnt dry... but everything else was.The coup de grace on the night was when another bartender commented, Here you go, baby to my date whilst serving a drink. Uh... what? OK, maybe I was being oversensitive. Apparently not, because she wasnt thrilled by the fact, either. Cue Madison Avenues Dont Call Me Baby.Great space... let me know when it gets a real staff. Or at one that can make a drink and be professional. That isnt asking too much, is it?
