What an awesome experience! The level of versatility this venue has is unbelievable. Literally whatever your mind can conceive, you can bring your event here and accomplish it. I was fortunate enough to be apart of the Ferrari event held here and from start to finish everything was fabulous. I loved how it was to work with everyone and really bring the conceptual idea to life. The screens, sound, lighting, bartenders, food, presentation, everything came out so well. Ive also attended a wedding here and its phenomenal. A completely different setup. I always share this event venue with anyone looking to do something large and different with the ability to be as creative as they want.

It was an awesome find! We had no idea all the studios where on the property. The art was wonderful. Definitely will go back with some time to look and enjoy...

Awesome Exhibits, great food, cool street attractions, confectionaries to die for. If you live in the area I cannon suggest going enough. With it being within walking distance to Buffalo Bayou Brewery, there is something for everyone here!

Tried out our first Saturday open studio visit and it was so much fun! Its just great to wander around and see all the different styles and types of art; the corridors are a display area too, and then its fun to chat with the artists and learn about what they do. Definitely worth going on a market day; that adds a whole different fun dimension.

Absolutely amazing... We went during the Fall 2019 Bi-Annual show and got a few small pieces from the artists. There were SO. MANY. open studios to meet the artists and craftmakers and all the people involved in one of the largest maker-space communities in the United States. Dont forget about some of the non-art spaces here in the immediate area, such as Holler Brewing and Momentum Indoor Climbing and so much more! All awesome places!

I was here for a company party. The place is very open and roomy. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. Parking was across the street, which is convenient, and no charge.

Amazing space, but this wasnt built for an artist community per say, rather its a real estate investor strategy that tends to mostly rent to casual hobbyists who have the money to pay for premium studio space. Its worth checking out on occasion, but dont expect your mind to be blown.

Amazing studio. The restrooms need to be maintained batter. There was sewerage water behind the toilets and the stalls are so tight, if you breathe, the walls will fall down.Came for a bridal event. It was magical. The place was set up beautifully and a bit chilly in some areas but overall good. Parking was not bad at all. Im exciting for my next event here.

This is a great venue for artists and some decent size gatherings. There are a bunch of art studios and the walls are lined with their work, for sale. The parking is decent but the address is not the best to use. However, once in it is a great place. You should not be disappointed. Be on the look out for more event at this great space.

We enjoyed a few beers at Holler Brewery and then took some photos with the murals on the other side of the outdoor hallway!So much fun! Bring a good camera!

Always a pleasure. Have some of the best antique and craft markets. I bought several pieces from this market. Across the street many eateries and even a brewery nearby!

I love wondering the halls and talking with the different artists. It’s the perfect way to pick an art piece that suits you.

Attended a private event in the space. The aucostics were bad, and the venue looks nothing like its online photos. Its really a dark warehouse/hanger. I wouldnt recommend as an event venue for larger gatherings.

Clever original art. An easy place to stroll as you look at works of art.

This is a hidden gem away from the museum and arts district. Theres lots to see and several artists to learn about!

The studios here are all so fantastic. It was great getting to meet so many talented artists, each with their own unique styles and tools of trade.

Seems like a nice place, I just wish more of the studios were open, been here a couple of times but only a fraction of the studios were open. The signage outside the studios could be better, each time I have to figure out exactly where to go in. The buildings and facilities are clean and well kept.

Did rock climbing here. would have joined a membership, but i am already a paying member at do many other places. (if the offered jiujitsu and crossfit in the gym, i would be in)

Diverse collection of art studios. Open studios on the second Saturday of each month from 12-5 are a must-see. But many artists are open even more frequently, leaving their studio doors open for the public to stop in anytime the building is open, which is Monday-Saturday from 9-5. There are always exhibits of lots of different types of art in the hallways to see, so stop by and check it out. Great place to find fine art, home decor, jewelry, pottery, photographs, and much more!

Was beautiful! Great place for an event. Pretty huge. I went here for a NAIOP event and they did it right. Different food in every corner, out side patio in the back, in side couches out to the side. Galleria in the front. Thinking of having a holiday party here on year.

Excellent venue to rent to have an event. Attended an event here today, easy parking, security, red carpet and all. Also was here for the mac n cheese fest 2018.

My favorite thing in houston. Every second Saturday of the month, starting at noon they have open studio. The best food, music, art all in one place - the vibe is awesome and very relaxed.

My husband and I had our big fat Indian wedding at SSS in July. The warehouse is huge and the options are endless. The space is great to transform and to accommodate a large guest count. For an event as big as wedding, there is definitely a lot of work to be done. When you rent the warehouse, you literally rent the warehouse. Items like trashcans, trash bags are not provided. There isnt a kitchen space for your caterer, or water. Those items need to be brought in. However, the space is great and exactly what we wanted. We worked with Janie (who is no longer there anymore) and she made the entire planning process easy. She was attentive and quick to reply and helped as much as she could. Really appreciate her and her efforts! I recommend SSS as your next venue option if youre willing to put in the work!

Company Function -Great Atmosphere, great people. Very progressive environment to enjoy the company of others.

World of Whiskey event. Nice event and venue but invite said casual wear, no jeans or sneakers and there were numerous persons wearing both. I could have dressed a bit more casually and been more relaxed.

Free art, and sometimes the artist have their studio open so you can talk to them.

Cool gallery spaces that reach as far as a mall makes these studios a treat to visit: I believe most of the art is local.

Bartended at a wedding in this venue this past weekend and it was BEAUTIFUL! There are several artist studios, corridors with art on display and a huge event space! Sorry no pics, wasnt my event. But check it out! I would definitely host an event here!

What can I say I love art!

Came here for the summer pop shop and had a really good time. The studio space itself is really cool and enjoyed the venue as well as just walking around viewing the current gallery exhibit and popping into various artist spaces there. Want to go back!
