I enjoyed it I just felt they went a little overboard with having to cash your tickets through a window when they deal with you face-to-face the rest of the time other than that it was enjoyable and the staff was cool

It was nasty and disgusting. The casino was dirty and funky. Then the store, was a joke! I got a fountain drink and paid for it and it tasted like Co2 so I got another fountain drink different flavor and same thing. I was going to exchange it for a bottle drink and the cashier wanted to charge me for another drink instead of exchanging it and said theres nothing she can do bc she isnt the manager.

One of my most favorite casinos and hangouts. I would most definitely refer this casino any day to any body. I went in with only five bucks one night and I literally walked out with seven hundred and fifty dollars. Recommendations all day, every single day! Enjoy your time there. Also, very friendly staff, which is always a definite plus for me and anybody else out there!

I was there 3 or 4 hours before anyone offered me anything to drink. By then I cashed out my machine and went next door to the C-store and purchased my own soft drink.The women working in the casino were more interested in socializing with each other than in doing there job.I would of course been much happier if I had come out a winner.I dont plan on returning there.

Some of the Waitresses are Great!!! But some truly dont understand that customers ARE THE BACKBONE OF THE BUISSNESS!! I Experienced some of worst customer service in life. Spoke with corporate and they were wonderful, hopefully they spread the word to the employees.But as for me Never again.

The staff is friendly. I dont remeber what days but snacks and food are given out on days. I remeber fried fish and white beans. My last time out. The points on the card can be pretty tricky to get them to add up without blowing your day away. I believe its 1 point a min and min to cash out is 600 points. Now they would like for you to slide the cash magic card every 15 min. How can you enjoy gambling if you jumping up to slide a card. Beside that its a alright place to lose a few bucks.

I just got robbed. I put in a dollar, won 2 dollars, then the next play Im out of credits. I proved this to the manager and showed her the records in the system and she told me to leave. I was not allowed to photograph the screen or get my money that I PROVED I won.
