Its better than the theaters around it but thats not saying much. The seats are incredibly uncomfortable and the theater hasnt changed much since it opened like 30 years ago. Really really needs renovations. But...atleast you cant hear all the movies coming from the room over. Not up to the expectations of other AMC movie theaters. Also, popcorn is 8$. I can buy 4 boxes of popcorn with 4 packets in each box from the dollar store.

The theater is old and needs to be updated. The whole place needs to be cleaned and scrubbed. Every time I go there, I see broken chairs. Some of which can injure someone, because the screws are sticking out. I like the choices of movies, but it is not the most comfortable place to go see a movie. You need an up to date tetanus shot to go here.

The staff was nice and the place was pretty clean, but the place itself was lacking in comfort and quality. Its a small theater that has remained unchanged in the years Ive come to it off and on. The seating is flat, the equipment had a visual problem before the movie, the heat was on to the point where I was sweating, and the volume of the movie was too loud for such a small room, which has the worst layout with the door out in the open to let light into the room. I wont say I had a bad experince, but it wasnt great either.

It was valentines day and even though it was hectic getting in the employees were very nice and were fast and efficient. Worth every star.

Most of the staff are friendly. Sometimes the bathrooms need to be cleaned a little more. Overall its a very reasonably priced theatre if you get on the A-List.

If I could choose zero stars I would.This was by far the dirtiest theater I have ever seen in my entire life. Trash scattered on the floor from the moment we walked in, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, drink station covered in soda spills and more trash, inside the theatre drinks spilled all over the floor along with more trash. When we left there were 4 employees near the entrance/exit just talking. Nothing had been cleaned since our arrival and it didn’t look like they planned to clean after our departure. I would be embarrassed to claim this place AMC.

This place is nice. The staff are fairly friendly and quick to move people along so not much waiting! The screens are ok and the audio quality is fantastic. My only gripe are the seats but what can you do(?) lol.

Would never return tickets too much money and theatre is second rate. Terrible seats not comfortable at all floors so sticky if I had tennis shoes on I would have came out of them lucky I wore my Justins. Popcorn was not good. It was very cold not what I expected and you get your ticket at the consseion stand. Never ever had to do that.

We went to see Little Women. Theater is on the small side but seemed clean.

Yikes this was a bad experience! Bring your long johns and a face mask. Maybe some hand warmers and a portable heater. You will freeze to death if you dont ( no joking) it was bad we left half way through because it was COLD!!!!!!!!!

This is a great place to go and watch a movie, there food prices are high so make sure you have a lot of cash.

My church went (as a group) to see the premier of Breakthrough, a very good Family & Church Friendly movie.AMC Classic Central City 10 allowed us an entire theater (109 seats, their largest), which we sold out.AMC Classic Central City 10 was great to work with, they presented us with a clean & comfortable theater, and nice friendly staff.

For what looked like a small movie theater they have a great selection and a nice comfortable clean place will be back

Let me start this by saying the staff is friendly and helpful but my complaint is the theater bay as a whole. Went to see Godzilla and I wasn’t prepared for how tiny the screen was. I understand this is a small town but the screen quality is abysmal. When brights and white colors showed up you could see giant creases, marks, and X patterns all over it. The projector obviously has an old bulb because it was extremely dim. The sound was decent and I am glad they didn’t try to compensate but cranking it to max volume. The seating was terrible. No stadium seating was just a slight slope from row to row. Another redeeming quality was the ticket was cheap so I can’t complain too much for the price. Upon exiting, the staff was ready to clean the bay so this is no fault of the staff, but the manager that allows subpar bays. Will probably drive to Little Rock for future AMC movies.

Best theater in town! Not high class, but for the size of hot springs a fantastic theater. Love the yearly bucket deal and Tuesday prices

This place needs to be updated. The bathrooms and the seating were awful. If youre going to raise your admission prices, at least give me a more comfortable seat....

On the negative side. The screen has a seam in the middle that was an irritation during the movie. The sound from the movies on either side of the one I was in was a distraction. On the positive side. The seating was comfortable.

For the price they are a little to old school for me. The theater rooms are outdated and small, the screen size itself is on the small size and the sound system needs an upgrade. Still if you go on Tuesday when the tickets are cheaper its pretty good.

Screening room 7 smells like a moldy basement. I had a headache the entire time from the mold. If it had not been my daughters birthday present to see the The Rise of the Skywalker and the fact we drove 25 miles to Hot Springs to see it, I would have walked out. There was a yellow mark the size of a softball on the right hand part of the screen that was distracting the entire time. We live in Benton and could have gone to the AMC on Chenal to see this movie in 3D, but chose the Hot Springs location so we wouldnt have to fight as much traffic. Next time we will drive to Little Rock. The theater is not in good repair and has mold issues that are a health hazard.

Not good, the overall feel is run down and not clean. We could not enjoy our movie, you can hear the movie in the other theater rooms. We will probably not go back

30 minutes of previews, boring. Which a lot of places no longer play as long.. Seat was uncomfortable, bathroom a mess. They took the time to change the sign and fix the parking lot. But not repair the inside? Lame

Not as awesome as online makes you believe. Our studio 7 smelt like old mold but the sound was great. The seats need some cushioning added. For small theater it was ok.

Theatre is super small. The chairs are very low in support and make your butt and back hurt after about ten minutes. Showing was supposed to begin at 4:10. They showed company sponsored commercials (not movie previews) until 4:25. Wont be returning unfortunately.

How can you save me any money on 5 dollar Tuesday and then charge me over $3 for a convenience fee. I didnt save anything then I paid over $23 for a popcorn and two drinks the popcorn was cold the staff was lazy the theater was hot and the movie had glitches in it one of the worst movie experiences Ive had. its ridiculous I have to go out of my own City to get a good movie good prices and a great experience. Tinseltown in Benton has 5 dollar Tuesdays and 2 drinks and large popcorn for 13.00. Paid 37.00 for bad experience, will drive 20 minutes to Benton pay 25.00 for great popcorn and quality movies. AMC is a 1 dollar theater and smells and feels like a 1980s roller rink.

Really good movie prices. When you go between 12:00-5:00 you get movie tickets for $6. Screen is clear and theater is clean. You have to get there early to get your seats as they dont have reserved seating. A little older but definitely better quality movie theater in Hot Springs!

Was like 85 degrees in the room and after we told them they turned the air on. it got freezing by the time the movie was over. They need to figure out how to keep the temperature comfortable, its very important.

Love it but its got very small theatres.... I also reccomend bringing an extra jacket or blanket as it is usually pretty cold in there.

The GM manager was awesome. The movie was great it was very exciting. It was nice friendly family atmosphere. The whole family loved it.

I love this theater! Its usually my first choice when going to see a movie. Employees are very friendly & courteous. Prices are reasonable, especially with the Stubs program. My only complaint is that the ladies restroom needs updating: several doors do not lock and there are only a few stalls with hooks on which I can hang my purse.

The staff was friendly enough. No gigs there.But the facility was the worst Ive EVER been in. Ive been a cross country truck driver for over 15 years, been to the movies in a number of different states, and this was the WORST.I was in theater 8 to watch BUMBLEBEE-it looked like chairs were missing, 2 seats had a sheet thrown over them with an OUT OF SERVICE sign on them. The sound quality seemed muffled, and absolutely no bass effect. My seat was worn out and slightly lopsided, so were the seats to either side of me and barely big enough to contain me. Im 60 and 270, all in my belly, not sideways. If youve got junk in your trunk its going to be a tight uncomfortable squeeze. This place desperately - DESPERATELY- needs a renovation. I Do not plan on returning.

We went here because we didnt want to drive to the Little Rock area. The outside was fine looking, like a normal theater. We went inside and had already purchased our tickets prior. The staff was okay as far as friendliness. The popcorn and drinks were good, although pricey like most theaters. We were IDd twice to watch The Nun. However once we got into the theater we were extremely disappointed. It was very small, the seats were extremely small, cramped, dingy, and uncomfortable. Hardly any space to move without bumping your neighbor. We wont be choosing this theater again. The 2 stars are for the concession.

We booked a private event for over 100 elementary students. I cannot brag enough about the crew! They were very accommodating and made the students’ experience a huge success. For many of the kiddos, this was their first movie experience, and we appreciate the staff for making it a memorable day for our children! We will be booking another event in the future!

Great service, prices were too high on ticket and refreshments. Saw “First Man” at 9:25 in theater 4 and the theater was disgusting. My wife and I were reluctant to sit in any of the seats (we walked through the isles and checked many). It was raining and you could hear the rain from inside the theater (rain was moderate not heavy). The picture and the screen were not aligned. This was very irritating and made it very difficult to enjoy the movie we just paid (way too much) to see. Not to mention the screen had a very visible line going straight down the center of the screen. Only reason this theater gets 2 stars is because of the staff.

I havent been here in over a year. Last time I went we paid an exorbitant amount for tickets and food. Compounded with unfriendly employees and dirty theater, I swore Id never go back. After someone told me about the theater no longer overcharging, we went back today. Staff was much friendlier and helpful than previous visits. My niece and I got tickets, popcorn and drinks for just over $20. The place looked a lot cleaner. Only real complaint is how uncomfortable the seats are. Other than that, well definitely be coming back.

Love going to the movies anywhere. They just need to renovate badly. The seats are a bit uncomfortable. Overall though, it wouldnt stop me from going there again. Its a good theater.

I love amc theaters, this one needs a good clean up and probably a renovation and it would make a killing. Its worth it if you have a subscription to amcs a-list program that gives you three free movies a week but its definitely not the nicest AMC Ive been to

Prices comparable to other Hot Springs movies BUT the one behind the mall lacks the customer service found here. It may be a little smaller but it is cozy and very family friendly! It looks like searcys theater in the 90s. Needs an upgrade, but overall we had fun. Watched 3 movies there in one week. Although it was freezing cold when watching spiderman far from home

Chairs need cleaning. Bad. And very uncomfortable for a long movie like Avengers End Game. Not all menu options were available. Only 2 good points.... Do it yourself butter and toppings for popcorn, and the freestyle coke option.

Clean, with polite and friendly staff. Just like any other theater, the snack bar is way over priced, so stuff some snacks in the your cargo pants or moms purse before you get there.

No stadium seating, small screens & poor audio systems are standard but this visit (my last) was marred by a fire alarm that stopped the movie and forced us to evacuate. Not their fault but not being able to restart my kids movie 30 minutes later was the last straw. You are better off driving to Benton if you want to watch a movie at a decent theater.

Who gets into a movie for $5? That was very appealing. Ordered 2 large drinks and two large popcorns. I was shocked when I was told that would be $33 and some change. Small theater. Could here the movies to the left and right of us. Not a fan.

Both of the movie theaters in town should be gutted and completely remodeled. The employees are nice at both places. But the theater facilities are an embarrassment to Hot Springs.

We were at the Cinema to watch the new Jason Borne movie. We required the seats that have the bar that raises, and I had been assured there was one. We found that the only seat so equipped in that particular theatre was on the second row from the front and very much to the right. Very unpleasant seat considering there were very few people in the theatre.I was pleasantly surprised that the gentleman, manager? was so accommodating. He brought a different chair from upstairs and sat it in a wheelchair space. I was so appreciative. They need to make better accommodations in the future but for a temporary fix, it was great. The ladies at the counter were also extremely nice! When our cup got accidentally thrown away the manager took care of it!Thank-you for making a potentially very unpleasant day, a pleasant one.

Small town theater with big heart! The staff is always friendly and eager to help my students with special needs physical along with intellectual needs as they place and pay for their order. I usually have a group of folks that need extra help and have never had an ounce of problems or signs of irritation. The manager has certainly instilled great customer values in his employees. Its by far my favorite theater.

Went to see Crimson Peak with my wife while on a weekend trip to Hot Springs and really enjoyed this theater. Its a little older of a theater compared to our theater back home but I liked the vibe it had going on; reminded me of theaters when I was younger. The sound and video quality was good so no complaints there. Decent price for snacks and the tickets. Friendly staff.Note: If you dont buy tickets online, you buy them at the snack bar.

Me and my boyfriend and my 7 month old went to go see John wick 3 but they wouldnt let us in but last time we went to go see what all men whats it was the same rated movie guess what they let us in plus they were being really rude to us I didnt appreciate their attitudes!! BAD SERVICE!!

The website is mediocre to terrible when it comes to ease of accessibility. The links either dont work or information does not show up at all if one is using a browser like Safari. It looks nice, but it needs to be much better organized, the links need to make more sense, and it needs to be streamlined so the accessibility is limited initially to only the cinema and its offerings in Hot Springs, no matter which pertinent link you click on, such as Buy Tickets.

The theater was clean and the movie quality was great, but the staff - and I realize its mostly kids doing a weekend job, but not exactly the most helpful or friendly.

Movie prices have gone down so thats a huge positive, what is not... Cold, old, stale popcorn. If I spend $15 on popcorn and a coke then i want it hot at the least warm and for heaven sake dont tell ppl it is fresh. 9pm movies deserve to eat popcorn popped then not whats leftover from 7p

I hope everyone had a better experience than me when I went tonight. Went to see the Purge and after me and my mom paid (was 40 bucks for 2 small drinks and a small popcorn plus our two tickets) we got in there and there was a ton of underage people in there who didnt even HAVE tickets at all, we know because they told us.....on top of it they were super loud the entire movie....that is after we made it past the 47minutes of previews. Oh, and as a bonus the screen in room 4 where we were was all jacked up and had black lines running up and down the center of it. Horrible experience and I will not be back to that one.
