Excellent customer service with a personal touch! Ive placed several orders over the last two years with Irene Richardsons company, Happy Glass Art Supply, and my orders have always arrived quickly, well-packaged, and without damage. For example, I placed a large order on Wednesday, and it was packed and shipped that same day! It arrived three days later, on Saturday, with everything intact and correct. Irene calls personality whenever she has a question about the order, or to answer my emailed questions. Ive been pleased to find sometimes hard-to-find or discontinued glass/frit colors and the economical T-glass which is suitable for many projects. Prices are generally very reasonable, and shipping is free when the order exceeds $250. If I had to point out a negative, it would be that Oceanside/Sustem 96/Spectrum sheet glass is only available in 11-inch squares through Happy Art, rather than the standard 12. For me, this isnt usually a problem. All-in-all, this is my go-to shop for many of my glass-fusing supplies.

Irene is the best instructor ever! i was an absolute novice to the art of mosaic art; she guided my selection of the perfect tools, and choice of glass for my first project. btw, her glass selection is the best in the immediate and nearby vicinity. my artist friend in Shelton comes all the way to Irene’s when she wants a unique selection of glass. Irene taught me how to make 2 mosaic bricks from scratch! i highly recommend Irene for her expertise, patience, and respectful & kind instruction!!!

Door was locked. Walked away. She shouts back that she was open and condescendingly points at each word One. By. One. on her paper sign that says ring the doorbell. I get two feet in the door and politely ask a question about a tool and am shut down before even finishing my sentence. I decided she was rude and I didnt want to spend my money with her. Went to leave and she had locked me in, which is illegal. I cant tell you if her store is nice or not, because her attitude prevented me from even seeing the place. What an absolutely unpleasant experience.
