They have a weight limit for dogs which is petty cause my dog is an amazing dog and he can’t be there cause of his weight bull$&@?

The units are beautiful! However,I’ve been having issues with this property since 2016 ! The property manager and her maintenance boyfriend were stealing appliances out of units when tenants moved out. Placing fraudulent charges on people’s credit. They placed (2) $2,650.00 charges on my credit for “damages”. That are not accurate. I’ve tried resolving this issue and the only thing I’ve been told was “pay in full”. They don’t care about tenants. They take their time resolving maintenance issues and they’re always putting random charges on accounts.

Came out on there a rainy night & the entire place was flooded out

Its an ok place to live, but youll pay higher rent for just a trailer. Maintenance has always been quick when needed. Office people always she any questions.

Nice neighborhood cant say the same for the people that live there tho ... Very active neighborhood with lots of kids

Good neighborhood, nice & friendly neighbors thru it. Just high & steep prices to live there.

Edit: Under new ownership. Moved out June 4, 2019. Lease ended May 30, 2019. Under new ownership and here it is Nov 6 still have not gotten my security deposit back. Renter beware!I love it here. The property is well cared for. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. It is pet friendly which was a HUGE plus for me. I have just moved into another unit and the manager was very nice about working with me to find something I could afford on my income in the community. Water, garbage, yard care all included in the rent. A very nice place to live. Come check out whats available if you are looking for a new place to rent!

Lived there for a year and it was nicer then the area around it. Management was strict, which I didnt mind. Liked the curfew for kids and they worked very hard to keep it clean.

Very positive and professional with no complications. So far so good. At this point I would give them a 4

I like living in this friendly environment. The manager, Christina is always nice and helpful. I can call her for anything and she returns my calls promptly, if shes out of the office. The maintenance men, Wendell and Nick are also friendly and also get things fixed in a timely matter. I would recommend Ashwood Village to anyone I know thats looking for a place to call home. Its clean, friendly, and has a good child environment. Thanks Christina for all that you do for me and my family. Youre simply the best!

RUN. It was okay when we moved in, but about four months later they changed management. Monthly inspections, rude and selfish management, and maintenance was a joke. They spy on people and see you as just another number, want you to sign a 24 month contract just to get a month of free rent. RUN.

Trailors are ok. If you like not having a closed door. And no locks on the bathroom.

The staff and maintenance at the mobile homes are terrific.

I started living here in July 2016 and I love it. The management team is very easy to approach. They handle everything professionally and swiftly. The occasional times Ive had Maintanence issues, they have been fixed quickly. The two play areas on the property are well maintained. And, rent is overly expensive. In the several months Ive been living here, I have seen the cops TWICE. Now, the neighboring areas arent the nicest, but the new management has cleaned up this place a lot. Close to the highway (maybe 2 miles off of pennyrile), small store and gas station nearby, 5 minutes from town.

Just moved in but loving how quiet the neighborhood is and the office staff is so nice and helpful.

New management, lots of nitpicky rules

DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is not safe for anyone. There is black mold in the house and they wont do anything about it, even you call to have stuff fixed they dont fix it they just make it look nice. There is nothing but drug dealers here and the landlord with proof of such wont do anything because her and her husband are in with them. We even had a man tell us he would shoot up our home. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Its not healthy nor safe!

I ll be honest we had problems. But its not like management knew what the old, dirty people (who likely got kicked out) left behind hiding in the trailer. They don t have time to go over the home with a fine tooth comb. But what they did have time to do was fix what we could find wrong, to make the home ours, clean and wonderful. This area has flipped, its not as dirty as it was, and no more bugs :) Christina the manager is wonderful and maintenance is faster than ever! Something obviously changed for the better here and I like it. we originally gave a 1 star review, but I give it 4 now. Any problem we ve ever had you just tell her and she gets it fixed right away! There s hardly anyone here now due to military all PCSing out so we need new good people to move in :) Nice neighborly people :) I think we re gonna stay another year its changed so much!

Maintenance here does enough to get by and make it look nice rather than actually fixing the problem completely. Multiple units are infested with cockroaches. Multiple units have mold which has been painted over and everyone knows the mold will eventually come through paint. It is a health hazard for everyone but especially small children and elderly. The foundation has settled which has caused even the new units to shift causing cracks in the ceiling and door frames to not seal properly therefore higher electric bills. Old caulking for showers is not removed before being replaced with new. I couldnt wait until my contract was up to move out and I will never refer this place to anyone. Seriously, look somewhere else.

The homes are nice but they are not worth $735..they new manager is a rude little u know what!! They most certainly dont have the time to even clean befor renting..the one I looked at still had trash between the stove an counter an had a oder ..I didnt mind because I planned to clean very good befor bringing funiture..anyhow I called to check on my app an she (carla) was super rude an difficult like she didnt want to rent to me to begin with.. an basicly hung up on me..with that type of communication I wouldnt suggest anyone to move there but I would suggest a new manager. My star is based on the property manager.
