My little nuclear family wanted to engage in a fun family activity since the pandemic prevented our usual practice of getting together with relatives. I thought I would never find anything because its Thanksgiving day. I was wrong! Hawaii Water Sports Center accommodated us and booked a double ride of the banana boat & bumpy ride for a family of 5. It was so much fun! We kept laughing throughout. The ride itself is worth it but getting dunked in the water is an extra bonus. And Cormack our host was such a pleasure. Very friendly and welcoming. We will be back for sure.

Nice place but too many boats and nice slides

We had a great time snorkeling on 2/19/2020! The boat crew was super friendly and fun to be around! The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we paid extra for the round trip transportation back to our hotel but upon arriving back to the area to meet our driver, we were told oh you missed your bus by 20 minutes so youll have to wait until 2:30. Waiting until 2:30 meant wed have 1 hour and 45 min of nothing to do. And how did WE miss the bus when we werent in charge of our own timeline? I feel the staff should have made sure we were back on time. We spent over 30 minutes sitting and waiting while the boat was cleaned out (which was fine), but that seemed to be the difference in us not making our bus. Were easy people to please so we kindly asked for a transportation refund to help offset the cost of an Uber but they told us no. Other than the customer service aspect of that incident, we had a fantastic time!

We had an awesome time jet-skiing and we also went snorkeling. the crew was awesome and i am definitely going again

Hawaii Water Sports Center was great! They were easy to book, easy to work with and both the office staff and boat staff were very professional. We had a lot of fun. I would highly recommend them.

It was a great time! Had a group of 8 people go banana boating on 8/8/19 and everyone had an awesome time. He made it a thrilling ride in both of our sessions, with speed and maneuvers, we were just trying to hold on. Next time in Hawaii, I will try to come back to try the other offerings.

We had so much fun! We had never ridden jet-skis before this. Instructions were very clear and felt safe. It did take more time than predicted with instructions boat rides. Also we didn’t bring goggles and they charge $10 to rent them.

Amazing time! Definitely a must do whenever you are in Hawaii. The boat captain made sure we were all comfortable and safe.

These guys are amazing.twas my first time parasailing,was very nervous but they made it so much easier by explaining the proper steps.Also the guy at the boat is awesome,he takes the fear out of ya.iam definitely coming back again.Thumbs up

Equipment was old. First spot snorkeling with Turtles was great. Second snorkeling location added little to the trip.

Very good deal on the 3 sports bundle package. Staff was very friendly, showed up and got on the water quickly. Good open water waverunner course, our family had a lot of fun. This company is also owned by H2O water sports, so I would recommend both.

I think the price is nice and their service is really good. Had a great time and they definitely knew what they were doing. Lost a mark because they made me wait a long time to be picked up.

Terrible Service - DO NOT book with this company.After booking a large party to go jet skiing, a week in advance the company cancelled my booking. With only 20 hours left until our reservation, I get a call from someone at the facility telling me that they just realized it was a state holiday and that they couldnt run jet skis that day. They offered to move refund or let us pick a different activity.There was absolutely no attempt to make the situation right. No attempt to suggest other places that might be able to run that day, no acknowledgement that giving such short notice was clearly going to compromise our plans. Nothing.They kept saying we just realized that it was a holiday, as though we should be thankful that we didnt show up the day of and be turned down.They run a business renting jet skis in a place that has rules about when they can and cannot run -- there shouldnt be a time when they allow you to book on a state holiday known well in advance. If they cant get that part right, I wouldnt trust them.

N action packed adrenaline filled day in beautiful Hawaii Kai thanks to the fabulously organised and professional staff at the Hawaii Water Sports Center. Snorkeling with the turtles was a definite highlight- being so close to these majestic prehistoric animals was such a treat for my family followed by parasailing high above the blue waters of Hawaii- the parasailing staff were great fun and calmed our nerves as we scaled great heights knowing we were perfectly safe all the while taking fabulous live photos of us. We finished the day with the fantastic fast bumper tubes - exhilarating even for this 50 year old - a must do for everyone - it blows away the cobwebs and pressures of life....we could not stop laughing ...leaving you with a yes I can do it approach. Thank you Hawaii Water Sports - a memorable day for sure.

Did the skiing and parasail. you get to jet skii in a circle for 30 min. parasail for 6 minutes in the air.

Have visited this watersports center for years and have never been disappointed. SUPER FUN activities, a wonderful and friendly staff and great location. We most recently hosted our daughters 10th birthday there - we had 12 4th graders go out on the banana boat and bumper tubes - they had an absolute blast. It was easy to plan, so much fun and the girls laughed for hours! Highly recommended! :)

I gave a 1 star rating based on the communication or lack there of. I reserved a trip for scuba diving for the 9am time slot. As I arrived in the parking lot around 8:45am I received a call saying the scuba trip has been cancelled due to the swells. Although that is not their fault, I would think they could have checked the weather in advance and let the customer know prior to their arrival. Being my family and I were coming from the North Shore, it took an hour to get to the Water Sports Center only to be told the trip was cancelled. We rescheduled for the next day only to have the trip cancelled again but this time we didnt receive a call, we were told once we went up to the counter. Once again another hour wasted travel to the water sport center for scuba diving. While flying as a private pilot I always had to check the weather well in advance of a flight to determine the conditions for a go or no go flight. Surely Hawaii Water Sports have access to todays technology to check the weather well in advance of a planned trip. If they do however check the weather in advance, they should communicate this to the customers prior to them showing up for a cancelled trip.

Dont recommend going on the 26th of December. Wait was over 2 hours, instead of 1.5 hours for the whole trip we were out for 3 hours for a 5 min parasailing.It was also very upsetting to find out that they double charged my credit card. I booked parasailing for 1 person on the 25th online. On the 26th when I arrived I was asked for my credit card for identity verification.I called back when I found out that they double charged me but was told that no charges found on their system, so now I have to call my credit card company and wait for a dispute. Extremely frustrating hence the 3 stars.Good thing is the experience was great. Pictures are worth the purchase as well. All staff are really friendly and nice. Make sure you take some cash with you to give tips.

It was amazing my son 13 years old had an awesome time.my teenagers had a blast. Bumper boat, banana boat, wake boarding and parasailing. The staff was awesome. The wait was long we been there since 1130 left at 430 but my children enjoyed them selves and loved it. Will be back.....

Forget the luau! go on the banana boat ride and jetski Hawaii water sports in koko marina rocks.very adventures place to book fun.My wife and I had a great experience.very professional staff.

The only water park on the island. Admission is expensive to milk the tourists, but there are plenty of deals on certain days or season passes. No outside food and snack bar gets crowded and is pricey for fast-food quality. Slides are varied and fun.

This is the coolest place ever! The people are so cool and fun. We went on the bumper tubes with four adults and had the time of our lives. The music was tasteful, the captain was friendly and the staff as a whole were very welcoming! 5/5!!!

Extremely polite and always friendly. Would completely recommend! Very reassuring to go on boats with people who know what they are doing and tips if youre struggling :)

My family & I went on Hawaii Water Sports Center $99 3-Ride Special and we had such a great time riding the Banana Boat, Wake Board and Jet Skis! We will definitely book them next time were in Honolulu as the staff was so friendly and helpful to us and we liked that the water sports location is in Koko Marina Center so that we could get lunch afterwards.

Dont go if you just want to ride a jet ski...wait for a boat to pick you up wait again on the barge to wait for your turn...finally you get to ride..then wait again for the boat to pick you up only to take you to another place where they try to get you to buy pictures of your ride..which we didnt want wait again for another boat to take you back to where you started..over two hours to ride a jet ski for less than half an hour...what a wasted day!

Went here for parasailing and they were very comforting for those in our group with a fear of heights. They ensured a great ride and key everyone wanting to do it again.

Unfortunately we were sent here threw a package we purchased to do snorkeling. When we got here it was poorly coordinated. They charge you to rent there snorkel gear which is reused by other people. Everytime I have gone snorkeling they give you the equipment. This is very unsanitary and unhealthy thing to do. They say they wash them daily but you can still find sand in the gear. The employees are very rude to the customers not remembering that that are in business because of us (the customers) never will I recommend this place to anyone.

Had so much fun with the family. 5 out of 5.

Loved the rides and we all had a blast! We will be back next time we are on Oahu. :)
