Considering the pandemic and limited wait service the staff lead greeted me quickly. Was told to seat any where. Main waiter Grant was excellently courteous and explained the menu. I had the vegetarian bowl and enjoyed the mix veggies and salmon. Very pleasant visit and dine.

4 stars cause it was expensive. Other than price Im very impressed by the precautions taken to keep an arcade so sanitary. They even have plastic gloves and I witnessed 2straight hours of staff cleaning tables with sanitized fury. Good times!

Great services and great food with great prices! Celebrated Hubbys Birthday there and had a great time! Our server, Pete, was awesome and made our experience there fun.

Good environment. Food came out quick and although games were shut down upstairs. The TV had Kahoot like questionnaire game on it. Got the ribs. They were eh but still good.

Clean, spacious, updated and so fun!! They’re doing so well with adhering to social distancing orders. Right at the door and at other stations on the floor; there are gloves, hand sanitizer and wipes for sanitizing. The bathrooms are clean

Definitely a fun place to go see a UFC fight or an NFL game the food is definitely not anything more than bar food but when you’re drunk anything taste good. Massive amounts of arcade on second floor with another bar as well.

My favorite place to have appetizers and drinks! Bar usually has at least 1 open seat. Drinks are good and not watered down. Food is good for the cost.

Place is definitely not cheap. Food is not bad and definitely not stellar. But it’s really not about the food. We all know it is about the entertainment for the kiddos. Military discount does not apply to the meals with discounted play cards. Only on full price items. Recommend going on Wednesdays for half off games.

So itd been 4 years since Id stepped foot into this Dave and Busters. Food was amazing quality. Absolutely loved the avocado toast and the nachos. Only problem was I didnt order the nachos. Other issue was it took our server the same time to get 5 soft drinks to the table as our appetizer. Bottom line was food was great, service could use a boost.

The kids and adults had a great time!! It was a fun family time there. The employees ate super nice and 5he manager Chris is very warm and friendly.

We had a server that just didnt want to serve. Took our order, from that point he became scares and kept forgetting. We had to ask for our settings which we didnt get until the end of our meal. We also never got our appetizers. Our server tried to even take all our money and with out giving us a copy of our receipt. He didnt even give us the bill we had to asked another server repeatedly to help us. Our sever response was this has never happen? At the end of our experience. We all felt that the server seem like he was taking advantage of customers and if he tried to take our money. Was he doing that to others. Their was something not right with service? Dont plan on ever eating their again. We did however find no problem with the food we ordered, It was delicious.

Recently reopened after the lockdown but arcade is closed.. and while you can dine in, service was horrible, waiter took so long to serve us, food took forever to get to us (finished our drinks before food came) then waited forever to get the check... finally rushed to go upstairs and play some games only to see it’s all blocked off and closed...

Just came here to the bar to watch the games. Nice environment with happy hours. You can have a quiet dine on the bottom or crazy loud dine upstairs with the video games. Nice ok spot to watch the games

Much better food quality than the ones I have been to on the Mainland. The food here is always well prepared and there are tons of discounts. I will say that service can be hit or miss. There is always a young crowd here and everyone is so welcoming! The game floor closes for children later on in the day which is nice for adults on dates. The children can get extremely loud at times.

Ive been to Dave & Busters before but this was first time visiting the one here in Hawaii. I came here for a friends birthday party and we only sat in the dining portion, therefore I will not be reviewing the gaming section on this review.Parking: I was a little anxious about parking when I realized DBs was downtown, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they did have a garage so you dont have to worry about parking on the street.Food/Service/Ambiance: We came on a Wednesday night so it wasnt too crowded at all. The food was great and the vibe was fantastic! Bar food can usually be hit or miss but I must say, the food was superb! I ordered the buffalo wings and they were hot and well covered in sauce. We also had the nachos and pretzel bites with cheese which were all great pupus. The pretzels I definitely recommend as the cheese was just amazing. It was so good, I ended up putting it on my fries. Our waiter was friendly and very attentive even considering how big of a group we had. We never had to wait too long before he was back to fill up our drinks. I also was excited to learn that they do Unlimited Wings on Game Days and their happy hour runs until 7pm!

We stop at this D&Bs every chance we get. Great staff, good food, awesome entertainment! For those that have never been to a D&B, imagine the rat-&-cheese franchise on steroids. Entertaining for kids, teens & adults. For those that have been before, this location is the best. Highly recommended!

Great food! I was surprised at all of the choices. The service was a bit slow, even for lunch (no, it was not that crowded), so you can imagine what it would be like in the evening. There are always deals on Groupon though, so make sure you check that out before you get there.

It was a very busy Dave and Busters so dont expect every game to be open when you go. Good was good. Bar service was good. Definitely enjoyed my experience there. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Great place to be night life wise. Great spot for kids and adults. It is clean and organized, with I nice location. Parking is easy to find and I believe is free. Had alot of fun the with the arcade, food, and bar. Will be going again.

People always overlook this place. It may not be the hip place in town but its a great place - the food is delicious and priced well considering its a chain, the games are fun for both adults and children, the place is well kept and clean, and they have an amazing bar.The people at the Honolulu D&Bs are always friendly, always serving with Aloha.Because its at Ward Entertainment Center, you can always get parking and the movie theaters are next door if you decide to watch a movie.

Carl and Chris and the team did a great job of handling our end-of-year party for our kids. The food and service was great, and the games were awesome. Kendra Murray organized everything and I highly recommend them.

The food is overpriced for taste and quality. The customer service and excellent and wonderful choice of games and alcoholic beverages. It is worth the money spent and its a wonderful date night. Not so great for younger kids but still nice family fun.

Great place for family fun, social gatherings, and sports watching. They have a spacious dining area with an awesome area to view sports. Upstairs, they have a big bar with various tables/booths to sit and eat at as well as a plethora of games to play. Food is pretty good and drinks are awesome! A little pricey but not if youre having fun. Also, must note, people HOG the DDR machine, which is not fair to other adults and children whod like to play it. Wish there was a time limit for some games...

I only got one kid, so the prices arent bad for me. Plus on Wednesday all the games are half off. If youre halfway decent you can get enough tickets to pay for food. Drinks are half off too from 4-7. The staff is cool and the bathrooms are clean. Easy 5 stars.

We love D&Bs! This is one of our favorite spots because, if time permits, we can kill two birds with one stone - food & entertainment. They serve a1 burgers. You have to try one to understand. I also love that they now have the impossible burger. Their menu is ever-changing, but youll always find something thats appetizing. Service is great, especially for a place thats usually hectic. For military personnel, they offer a discount on food and games (except for card reloads on 1/2 off Wednesdays). Cant go wrong with a visit to D&Bs!

Great place to catch the game. Found a table in the middle of the action. Kids took their power cards and disappeared. We ordered food and beer and watched the game. Ordered cantina nachos. Not my favorite. The chorizo and queso didnt wow my taste buds. Sliders were a hit with the kids. Kevin the server was friendly. Food took so long!

Amazing place to grab some drinks and enjoy the food. They have a lot of selections for the food and drinks. On the second floor they have the games area. I recommend this to group and family.

Only time to go is during happy hour, especially on Taco Tuesday on the rooftop patio. Okay view of the water, limited sofa style seating under a canopy.Half-price drinks during happy hour. However, no food specials except on Taco Tues.WARNING = Weird rule = only allowed to order ONE drink at a time. Super annoying!Lower level bar is swanky (think LA) with fancy drinks (some even come with a plastic figurine) & lots of TVs for the sports fans.

The upstairs is awesome. Good game selection, the space is laid out right, good atmosphere for kids and grown ups alike. Good food. I’m giving it three stars because of the bar downstairs. I come here for football on Sundays and they have a guy on a microphone, offering to his own commentary. He’s trying to be funny and he’s not. He’s loud, obnoxious, and unnecessary. I’m trying to hear the actual commentary which they have playing over the speakers and I can’t because this guy thinks we want to listen to him talk. He needs to go.

Great establishment, good games, only problem is parking. You have to pay $7 for a valet on the second floor, and the first floor has very limited free parking.

The service is not good, no one asked us if we need help after we walked in.This meal costs $20, looks good, but the steak is terrible. It’s over cooked, and too dry.

Great atmosphere for having a fun night out. Theres a restaurant area and a bar area downstairs with TVs. Upstairs there are more tables for dining, as well as all the games. There are arcade games and simulation games and racing games and trivia games. There is a lot of things you can do to choose from. The menu is like a glorified Chilis, except that they have a bigger beer selection. Fun place to grab food right before or after a movie next door. Would go again.

Went there for the video games on date night. I enjoyed myself and I am not a video game freak. There are more games catered to kids than adults but there are a few good ones. The ticket price center is great! Definitely packed with great prices. This is a good place to take the kids for special occasions.

You can dine there, watch sports on tv, for adults you can drink there and play video games. Its pretty much a family place. You also can throw parties there.

I went to this place multiple times. One time for a make a wish party. And most recently for the half of games on Wednesdayʻs. This place is clean and cool. It has great food that is served fast and great service. The games were fun but it is defiantly worth going on Wednesday where you can play more games. Will go again. And I love their support for many organizations and the military.

So service....19 open chairs 1hour wait, food was alright for price ...burgers 15$ . Beer is $7.50. Took an hour for the manager to come tell us that they were out of food, and there were no other options ...my wife is 9 month pregnant at the moment. Was not impressed

Meh. Overpriced. Drink prices arent listed. Most games after you convert the tokens to $ are laughably expensive (I didnt notice any games be less than 1$ per play which makes most of these quarter eaters into dollar eaters...). Ended up only paying for a couple games because once we noticed how expensive it is per game it stopped being fun or worth it.I guess they are worth coming on a half price game night?

I love this place! Its a little awkward getting drunk and trying to dodge kids while youre playing games, but I get it. Kids like games too. Food was good, service at the bar was awesome. Definitely a fun way to kill an afternoon.

This is a great spot to play games with a group of friends. The food is not really good, but after a few beers that doesnt matter. They also have a good set up for people doing fantasy football drafts.

It’s easily one of the busiest, loudest places on Oahu. Obviously, it’s not without reason...but, it seems excessively so.The parking lot is shared with several other downtown locations such as Whole Foods. While it’s a large garage, it’s also very difficult to find a spot. Valet parking is available for anywhere between $7-10. They do offer payment thru an app!It’s a two storied location that has escalators up to the games. It’s always dark with very loud music playing, so it’s very easy to lose your kids!Ours are younger (4 & 7), so it’s a stressful experience on us all.The games are somewhat varied, but they’re definitely geared more towards adults. For the younger kids, there are a few basic racing games and some interesting shooting ones. It takes FOREVER to earn enough tickets for any decent prize, though. We’ve always left feeling like we paid $20 for a Nerds candy rope.Groupon always has great deals for the game cards. It’s the only way to make it worth the trip.

Graduation party here. Closed down for exclusive use and it was great. The top floor is open for music refreshments and relaxation. There are tables and sofas, very chill. The next floor has the game room with lots of electronic games run using a card system. Easy to re-up card with tokens. Win prizes. There is also a meeting room for entertainment. The bottom floor has the restaurant and additional game room for casino style games. This is a good party place. Lots of parking available depending on the time. There is a movie complex nearby.

We eat here like every week. We have had almost everything on the menu! Everything we tried was delicious. if you do a survey thats on your receipt and return within the due date, you can get a free appetizer or $10 play card. It gets me every time. I love to play games, and eat. Its my go to place. I always have fun there. Im not a big drinker but I had a few cool drinks from them. TNT and the colorful drink that has red bull in it and mojitos. All of them were good. If ever you have an issue with the food or drinks, they will fix it with no problem. I never had any issues with this place. I dont like kids that much but I love the food and games so much, that the kids screaming and running around doesnt bother me. LOL

Was there for great-grandsons 5th birthday. All the children had a great time, including the parents, uncles, aunties and cousins.

I loved it the first time I went because Id never been somewhere like it before but after a while the constant clamor around me got unpleasant. Its a popular place so the few games I was actually interested in were almost constantly in use by someone else and the crowd made moving around both difficult and uncomfortable.

Great family all in one entertainment restaurant and game center. Power card combos with a meal is a must. I had the Salmon, and it was the best salmon plate I had thus far, as you can see my pic of my plate scraped clean. Will definitely have the salmon again!

Came again for date night and sat down and eat, we are vegetarian and the Impossible burger was AMAZING. Truly was a great meal! Can’t beat their deals either with buying food and game cards together!
