Went to area 2 nights in a row and bartenders were rude and speaked like we were required to tip them. Understand that it’s kind to tip them but under money situations wasn’t able to and the bartender on the second night completely ignored my order and took my teammates orders no problem after me

Worst night in my life. I dont usually go to clubs, but I was on vacation in Hawaii so I thought Id have some good time. This place was out of control. A fight broke at the bar where I was standing and I got hit fell and got injured. Security just grabbed me and threw me out without even talking to me. I had to call the cops because they refused to give me back my credit card. Unfortunately the cop was corrupt, they made a deal with the resort and without considering my side of the story arrested me for 2nd degree trespassing and $1000 bail. The next morning the prosecutor dropped the charges because they were just ridiculous. Now I have a criminal record. Completely uncalled for.

$10 cover charge on a Thursday night; absolutely dead inside till I left @ 12:30pm.

Rude service from bartender took my card and said he didnt have plus the drink are expensive and the DJ is horrible changes song at the best part. Highly not recommended

One of the lamest clubs Ive been too. Good luck deciding from an incredibly overpriced menu while you try to stomach generic top 40 garbage and rude staff. Dont waste your time and money.

I liked it. I went on Thurs. Ladies night and it is free. Even on ladies night it was still more than half men. Great girls night out.

Drinks are really expensive, staff is rude (like asking you to tip before they even finish serving you), security is bad (two guys were trying to fight in the bathroom and they didn’t kick them out for an hour), even the DJ is not great (just playing commercial hip hop tracks one after another without any mixing). The venue is nice though.

Johnny... The bar tender, left side (main bar) is very arrogant and condescending. A detriment to the Addiction. He failed to tell me seltzer water wasnt complimentary. When I denied payment for his neglect, he had me unfairly removed from the bar. Im very upset because Addiction used to be my favorite club. Zero stars for Johnny

If 0 were an option, that’s what I would choose. They refused to let me sit with my friends and then tried to prevent me from leaving. Plus the music and drinks were sub-par.

Music is inconsistent, cover charge is way too much, and there’s literally no room to even dance let alone take a sip of your overpriced drinks, the one good thing is that they give free entry into Ginza when this place closes.

Drinks priced high, but we really enjoyed hanging out !!

Hotel guests dont have to pay cover, which is the only reason I went. However, the place is small and the DJ is right at the entrance so the speakers were blowing out my ears and the crowd was too thick to pass through so I never made it completely inside. Normal cover is like $30 or something according to some locals and they charge for girls too which sucks. I cant imagine paying that kind of money for cover. The drinks are already well over $10 per drink for the lowest shelf stuff.

Great location and setting, the absolute worst atmosphere. I cannot stress enough how unbelievably rude the staff were here. Wally, a door man, was a right fine, stand-up human being; The rest were snobby, short, rude, and just all around obnoxious. The crowd was 80% prowling males and 20% rightfully terrified ladies.The DJs played Drake remixes every other song. The supposedly stunning lighted ceiling was just some wonkey old lightbulbs, which did nothing particularly special.Please, PLEASE spend $10 a drink somewhere else, youll thank me.

This place is garbage! Table service is a joke and the weekend night manager doesn’t know how to manage her cry baby, below average hostess, who shouldn’t be mad at the world that she is terrible at her job and doesn’t know what customer service is.

Terrible service. Asked a bartender for a glass of water for a friend and was refused because I need to “learn how to tip”. Was clearly a tourist, unaware of tiping procedures. How about you learn how to take care of drunk customers. Don’t bother with this place, too crowded on the tiny dance floor and terrible music selection.

Small dancfloor, you feel like your cattle surrounded by roped off areas. Very claustrophobic, and the djs were not good at all. Every time they played a great song that hyped up the crowd they then played a completely different song. And I wasted 20 for cover. And drinks 2 shots for 20. Not worth it. Youll find me at the M.

Low life, ghetto wannabes. Small, dirty. Awful dj. Cover price is not justified. To all fellow visitors, stay away, you deserve better.

I liked it more when it was called the Crazybox. Now the events hosted by Addiction are too hyped up. Not recommended.

Way too small. Floors and ceiling look like crap. Floor is cement. Seriously overrated. Go somewhere else.

Do NOT got to this bar unless you want your wallet stolen then have the bar staff blame you for it and do nothing to help you. This place is a dump and will rob you of your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
