Great locality and atmosphere. Good place for movie and have fun with friends. The quality and collection of movie are very high. Comfortable seats . Good snacks and cold drinks.

Finally movies open during covid. Consolidated did a great job with cleanliness and distancing procedures. I felt safe and enjoyed the movie. They just need to get the app to work for ordering food lieu of waiting on line. Helps with distancing.

Good theater but nothing makes it a go-to, scarce free parking, ok popcorn, recline seats. Meets expectations. Dave and busters next door.

Clean and comfortable movie theater with reclining seats and good selection of food. Downside is the food is way way expensive. The overall look and feel of the setting is sure to put you in that exciting cinema entertainment type mood. Bring a small blanket if you easily get cold! Also I believe there’s free refills on large popcorn. Great location too, with an attached parking garage.

Always a fun venue with friends and family, especially when you choose a great movie!! Recliner seats are awesome, pretty clean. Staff is friendly. Only wish those butter pumps are working..thats important!!

It was the best theater seating Ive ever experienced. Seats were roomy and very comfortable. You dont have to worry about people seating in front of you because the incline is great enough that the people in the front wont obstruct your view. Each seat had a table with cup holder that swivels out of your way. Seats have electric reclining button that allows you to recline almost to laying down position. My only wish is that the seats have the option to raise the armrest to snuggle with your date. They sell beer and had impressive number of food choices. My only con is that they are expensive. $18 for adult. For that price, I wouldnt be able to go there very often. They are also doing constructions to expand the parking. Once they are complete, there will be plenty of parking but until they do, itll take a while to park.

The luxe theater was very nice. Ive been there twice, and the experience was very good both times. The ticket lines can be long at Ward, but that wasnt a problem (buy your tickets ONLINE, people), the seating is extremely comfortable, and the sound and picture quality were good. If the screen were bigger, this might be the best movie theater experience in Hawaii.

Overrated. It seems that all the seats are full sized and comfortable (when they work- mine didnt). You get assigned seats but it appears that people just sit where they like and if youre a family, sometimes you have to get in peoples faces to get them to vacate so you can sit together (as a family) which totally crushes youre ability to have a good time. This place is just about the money.

Absolutely Love it! Our familys theatre of choice because of their comfortable seats, variety of food and adult beverages. There are spacious seating with of the latest features and friendly service to help you. Great restaurants, food markets and activities that surround the theatres as well. We come from the leeward area just to enjoy!

Great chili-cheese fries and comfortable, spacious reclining seats! The fries were hot and the price was less than expected in a movie theater. Great pic and sound quality. I forgot my jacket so thankfully I didnt freeze during my 2.5 hour movie.

Not sure if it was the time of day (matinee) or if this theater is starting to slack, but I need them to step it up. The food, usually amazing, was not well prepared. And didnt taste the same. We had chicken strips and fully loaded potato wedges. Worst part, and something I notice every time we visit, the drink machine area is filthy and a disaster. This particular day it wasnt even busy.

Great place to lose a couple hours and enjoy a movie in a giant comfy chair, drink beer and eat $20 popcorn. Its really nice here since they changed out all the seating.

It was definitely nicer than other consolidated theaters Ive been to here. Nice comfortable recliner seats. The only two complaints i have are that they didnt offer discounts when the ac was not working in that theater and their false advertisement regarding military discounts. On the signs it states the military discount is 12.50. When we asked to have that applied they said only after 4pm. It doesnt specify that anywhere where it has the prices (see picture i included). This is why i have it 3 stars instead of 5.

This theatre is very old but it gets the job done. Has everything you need in a theatre. I’ve been a couple of times and had an average experience. Nothing really popped out.

The theater at Wards is top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The seats were plush and comfortable. I love that they have swivelling trays as well. Since the seats are reserved you dont even have to get there very early. Excellent experience!

Although I dislike reserved seating, preferring to find my own seat in the theater, the extremely comfortable recliners in the Ward Theaters won me over after sitting through the 3 hr Avengers Endgame. I never felt uncomfortable and was able to focus the terrific movie without worrying about my neighbors or my bad knees. Lots of room and well worth the couple of bucks extra.

This is one of my favorite theaters to come to. I really love the reclining chairs, I have back issues so I cant always sit up for long amounts of time without being in pain which is not an issue here. Also, the parking is great, especially with the new parking garage. Just like every theater things are going to cost money so dont be shocked about the prices.

The chairs recline and they have trays to put your stuff on. You can reserve tickets for this movie theater. Great food and drink selection. Plus they have alcohol. Great all around from my experience.

This theater is really nice! There are plenty of concession lines so you aren’t ever waiting too long. There are plenty of self serve soda fountains as well! The theaters them selves are in really nice condition too. They have lots of theaters with lots of show times options. I would definitely recommend this theater!

Saw Star Wars in IMAX. We had to sit in the front. Even those were great seats.

There is not much to say about this Theater. In my opinion its one of the best theaters on the island. they are always updating the theater to the newest seating and food choices. I have never had a issue with the staff, food, or cleanliness of the theater. my only gripe is that it can get really busy, but I cant fault them for being popular and they always seem to be staffed correctly. also due to them having a lot of theaters the selection of movies are always good. the best part is the location before and after the movie there is a lot of options for food and shopping.

I went to this theatre to see Spiderman Far From Home, which was a very good movie. This location offers alot of in building parking and even more across the street (paid). The theatres have upgraded, reclining leather seats that are very comfortable, dont come here to watch a movie if you are tired, the seats will put you to sleep. This theatre is surrounded by a game room and great restaurants, its a good location to bring the children or a date.

This is my family’s favorite theater. Location and the restaurants located near by make great for family outings. The theater only get four stars as most of the staff are friendly but some make there own policy and you don’t know what you’ll get from time to time. I do love the new reclining seats!

Great location in the heart of the ward complex. Friendly staff and clean theater with great picture quality and sound. I would recommend parking at the whole foods and walking to the theater. Parking is always free in that parking garage and they never run out of space. Feel free to buy your tickets online with Fandango or another online seller to expedite your trip. You can pickup your tickets inside at the automated teller.

Well for starters, if you are a yelper & registered for event tickets (movies, concert, dinner, etc.) this is the place you will go to for movies. Second, they have a lot of food & restaurant to go to for some grinds. Third, they have other shops & stores for you to go to while waiting for the movies or dinner reservations whatnot. This is one of the best theaters to go to. Seats are comfortable. And the theaters are BIG and ROOMY. Not too cramped or crowded like Pearlridge theaters. Sorry Pearlridge. I still love you guys!!

First, I always buy my ticket online and this is the only place where the ticket taker cannot scan your digital QR code. Before you can enter you have to stand in a line for the kiosk to print your ticket. There is only ONE kiosk and it is used for online purchases as well as people making their purchase on site. Sometimes there is a person by the kiosk to scan online purchases, but that isnt manned all the time for some reason. Second, lines for concessions take FOREVER and if you order hot food or takes about 15-20 min to get it.Good side, the theater and bathrooms are always clean. But somehow the soda fountain and condiments areas are always crowded and filthy. If you live in kapolei, the theaters that side are much nicer and not as dirty and overrun with people.

Very nice theater. Free drink refills on all sizes and even the small popcorn was a decent size. Recliners are super comfy. Great experience all around. I wish we had this theater on the mainland.

This place only lets you have two beers. And it’s a huge hassle to get any beer. Had to miss a good amount of the movie just to get another one. This would never happen in Texas.

Probably one of my favorite movie theater on island. Not a complaint insight. They are in the process of revamping the entrance last couple of times Ive been but its not too much of a problem at all. The movie theater is right next to Dave and Busters so sometimes there could be a slight crowd in between coming off the escalator and the line to purchase tickets.

Pricey but extremely clean and well run.

The upgraded theaters have so much aisle room and the recliners are awesome! The facility gets an A+, however, the check-in process is slow going. Bought tickets online and had to wait in a long line to get the tickets printed. At every other movie theater the bar code is scanned by an attendant directly from the phone which seems more effective and doesn’t waste paper for a ticket that is digital.

Convenient movie multiplex. Reclining seats in auditoriums. Good parking in the same complex as well as the adjoining building with whole foods. Great place to catch your favorite movies.

I love this theater! Me and my girlfriend would come and watch a movie once a week! I love the reclining chairs and the concession has a great menu! From loaded baked potato fries to your glass of Merlot! Its not cheap, but you pay for an experience! Only once have we had an issue with the customer service/concession where we never got our hotdog. But weve had so many good experiences there we let it slide. Its clean, the food is good, the theater looks and sounds amazing. Thats all that matters when going to the movies!

Got our tickets online early. Checking in to obtain the tickets for entry was simple and quick. The staff were all friendly and attentive. They even offered suggestions for our order at the concession stand. The ice machine I used was slow and there was a line for the self serve drinks. The seats were clean and comfortable. The theater room was warmer than the outside concession. The movie was great. The parking here is atrocious. We had to park at neighboring lots.

Decent place to watch a movie. On weekdays parking is pretty easy to find but on weekends or night time its almost impossible. Movie theater is not very clean. Some of the seats are soiled but most dont notice it once the lights start dimmingFloor is pretty sticky most times I have gone there. Cheap movie day is Tuesday with the reward card which is free.

A night out to the movies is never the same after you have the chance to do it in a recliner!! Never had any issues with clarity or sound. All around a great movie theater.

Everywhere I move I try out different movie theaters until I find the one that feels like my movie theater. I like this one the most on the entire island. Yummy food, clean and very friendly staff.

I love this place! My friends and I go here to watch movies. A movie ticket is a bit expensive, in my opinion. But thank God I have movie pass, so I only have to pay $10 a month for unlimited movies. Their food prices are insane, and you cant even bring a water bottle inside, so I suggest eat before watching a movie or just eat somewhere else afterwards. But the staff here is in general very nice. I like this place and definitely recommend it if you wanna watch movies with family or friends.

Could there have been any other way to watch avengers endgame other than in the Titan? Definitely not. I dont know whats going on with the parking situation its just getting worse but this, in my opinion, is one of the best theaters to watch a movie in. even though the workers are dreadfully slow both in the concession stand and in the ticket booth, Ward is centrally located and is convenient for a weekday after work movie or for a weekend date night. Theres Dave and Busters and lots of restaurants nearby. I love reserved seating, reclining chairs, and of course green bean fries nom nom

Love it! I always come here for their MOST comfortable recliner chairs ever with 3D sound. I would recommend anyone to this theater. Everything is easy to understand when it comes the menu and as for butter they have it on the side so you can put as much as you desire

I love this place and always satisfied with their customer service but last night is a different story. I paid $33 for two specific seats, only to find out that there are peoping sitting on the reserved seats. The employees mixed it up I guess and put two persons in one same seat? I feel like its a waste of money if you cant sit where you chose.

During the summer they have $1 keiki movies on Wednesdays. What a deal for an activity with air conditioning. And the nice big reclining seats.

Went to watch Us the other night when the fire alarm activated. As we were evacuating the theater, the staff announced that they were uncertain of the cause for the activation. Instead of guiding moviegoers to exit the building, they encourage them to stay inside to wait for further instruction. This is not how a fire alarm activation should be handled. Despite not knowing what the cause for the emergency alarm, a business should never encourage guests to remain in the building until the alarm is officially cleared. Although nothing happened, the fact that they would put their guests at risk is unacceptable.

Quick service from office box to snack stand and theaters and restrooms are clean and seats are up kept. Popcorn is never stale and for is made after order which makes for a 5-10minute wait but worth it for hot, just made food.

Nice movie theater here in the heart of DT Honolulu, lots going on in the area to do before catching your movie and the selection of snacks/drinks they have in the theater are pretty solid all around. The upgraded seats/screens/sound systems make it a top of the line place to see a movie. If you buy tickets from the kiosk, inside the lobby, watch out. It shoots the tickets out literally, they will shoot out if you arent ready for them haha.

Tickets for TITAN Luxe are kind of pricey, but the theater itself is well kept. And the recliner seats are very comfortable. Gets pretty busy at night but theyll open more registers if it gets too crowded.

Great theater but very little parking. If you can’t find a spot on the first level you have to pay $7 to park valet on the second floor. For such a great theater you’d think they’d have more parking. Also most of the times I go their ticket kiosks don’t work. Other than that it’s great! They have recliner seats as well.

Love going to Ward theater on Tuesdays cause its only $10 for reserved seating and pretty high quality movies! Fandango is usually what we go through to get our tickets and the rewards program is great too at Ward! Would highly recommend going here if you want a good experience watching movies.

I paid a four dollar convenience fee to get my tickets in advance so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. We showed up 10 minutes early and there was a long line to show our tickets. We finally got to the front and they said we had to go wait in a separate long line because they can’t scan the tickets at the entrance. Everybody in that line was upset about not being able to use electronic tickets. After waiting in the second line we had to get back in the original line. We missed the beginning of the movie. This is just poor management. Buy a scanner like every other theater in the US.

It costs a little bit more to see a movie here but the comfort level of the seating totally made up for it. Great sound system too.

The theaters themselves are pretty great. Clean every time weve been. We come multiple times most months. The food is theater food. Nothing special and overpriced. That is not why Im giving this three stars. Id give it five, but the staff is not the best. Everyone seems like theyd rather hang themselves in the back. Weve had a few instances involving very rude staff. For that reason, we do not ever buy food or drinks here. Theaters make their money from concessions, not the tickets. We only buy tickets as this theater is within a short walk from us. Management could probably increase workplace morale since most of the staff seems to hate where they work and tends to take it out on customers. I have also witnessed them being rude to other customers that did not deserve it.

We all wanted to go to a movie in Honolulu, but your site does not allow us to order tickets Online, as it doesnt accept Canadian Postal Codes for credit cards ??? You company missed out on a 50 ticket sale. For us to book we would have to take transportation twice to the theater to purchase tickets. IT or web developer need to address this on your site. You are missing out on a huge Tourist market !!

Great place to see a movie. They now have reclining seats. The parking is free and theres a lot of space to choose from.This is one of the best place to visit if you want to go out of the sea and forget the maddening crowd of tourist that seems to permeate every inch of the island.Ironically, this place gives me a peaceful vibe and calmness that I can only find in a secluded beach.But where can you find such a place in the island? Probably not anymore.

I love the actual movie experience, but I was disappointed with the service. I went yesterday, and the food prep person prioritized her coworkers who literally told her what they wanted to her to make, while mine was left half unfinished on the counter until I finally said I was going to miss my movie. Thankfully I *just* made it but I imagine if I hadnt said something things wouldve been worse.

This is a great theater. Its very clean, organized, and has wonderful cinemas. The reclining seats are so comfortable and the sound quality & picture was great.

This is a wonderful theatres to go to they work really hard to make it nice with the sheer number of people that go through there.the girl that was taking tickets though might want to focus on her job instead of visiting with her friend who wasnt working I noticed several customers that had prepaid were not getting adequate explanation about printing out their ticket sort of grunting and pointing at the glass wall not good customer service Im sorry.

Consolidated Theaters at Ward has stepped their game up above most all other local theaters. Luxury seating means leather reclining seats with small dedicated tables for each seat with enough elbow room and space in front to provide the room you’d expect for a movie experience. Assigned seating means you choose where you sit and the seat is waiting. This location has a great variety of eats and also serves wines and beers. Concession prices are extremely high, but this is typical.

Comfy seats (Titan Luxe), terrific sight and sound system, all the snacks youd expect from a theatre, plus much more. Customer service could use more enthusiasm, depending who you meet. Excellent venue!
