That view! That grass! Those cabins! I mean Idk where to even start. This place was the highlight of my entire vacation and we did most of the things that people would go to Homer for.The cabins are small but bigger than most hotel rooms. The mini kitchen is well stocked with coffee, utensils, dishes and cups. The rooms are so clean, I felt like I was the first person to ever be inside this place. Its dog friendly! My little fur babies had the best time too.The beds are big and comfortable. Lots and lots of pillows and blanket. Caught a nice ocean breeze and drifted into dream world every night.The nights are free of most light pollution so the sky fills with stars. So even when the sun goes down and the breath taking view of the glaciers goes away, you can just look up and hope you can catch your breath again.Its close to nothing but near everything. Short drive down to the spit or historic downtown.The grass was like the lawns of my child hood. It was so nice and well kept, and just that perfect shade of green. The length was long enough to feel right under your feet. I loved just siting in the grass.This place was perfect for my family and our dogs. There isnt a doubt in my mind that ill be back.

Cabins are clean and cozy. View is gorgeous. People next door in duplex had a barking dog and were noisy. Tea and coffee leaves something to be desired (bitter coffee and stale tea). Toilet runs intermittently, needs fixing. Need a curtain on door window, we had to wear eye shades for sleeping. Beds are comfortable. Great maps on walls. Nice to have all the dishes in the kitchenette. Thank you for the late checkout, we really felt we needed not to feel rushed today!

Absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views and the cabin appeared to be brand new. The cabin was not brand new but just showed how well the property owner takes care of and cleans each cabin after use. By far the BEST place we have ever stayed in the world!! Will definitely be back!

Amazing cabins with a view of Kachemak Bay and a much better stay than in a hotel. Large grass yard for children and pets, fire pits with picnic tables, front porch with chairs for relaxing with the views, and a full furnished cabin with a kitchenette.

My cabin was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay.I had chose this location for the outdoor view.The view of the glaciers calmed my mind as I sat outside on the porch to breath in the fresh air.End Road has many local shops, such as Kachemak Gear Shed for camping and hiking.Wasabi’s Bistro and Fritz Creek General Store for food.Vhuntermassage LLC

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Glacier View Cabins while I was visiting Homer. The owner is fantastic to work with and I really appreciated being able to do laundry while staying there at no additional cost. I stayed in three different cabins and all were well equipped and maintained. I was waiting to go to and hear back from a teaching job interview so I made the trip back and forth to Homer. I planned to stay through the school year at the cabins but unfortunately the job offer came after I had driven back to the lower United States I will never forget the most beautiful view of the bay from the cabins and hope I will be able to return someday Great location..perfect in every way

These cabins have so much ambiance. The view is fantastic. What you see on the website is exactly what you see when you get there. The owner was incredible. Great customer service!!! Not many hotels will change the beds from 1 king to 2 twins per your own preference. Didnt have a chance to use the grill this trip but will next time! Had a great stay.

The property is in good condition and well-managed. They do have a nice view!

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights at this cabin. The owner met with us and provided us some great dining and activity information that was worth the price of the stay by itself. We enjoyed how quiet the cabin was and it’s location just a couple of miles from town with a rural feeling and beautiful view of the mountains across Kachamak bay. He cabin was just as advertised with drive up parking just outside the door. I will stay again next time in homer.

It was absolutely wonderful and the view was spectacular. Kelly was so very nice and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to not hesitate to stay here. Everything was pretty much perfect. Best cabin I have ever stayed in. Probably will only stay here each time i come to homer. Affordable, comfy and VERY clean pet friendly place to stay. Highly reccomend this cabin!

The views from this property are amazing. The owner is so nice and helpful. We only stayed one night but will be back and would recommend this property to anyone who loves to relax and enjoy a great view with great service.

Great location and views. The property is in terrific shape and the grass meadow in front of the cabins is comforting. The resident dogs, Milo and Toby added to the pleasure of the stay.

I absolutely loved staying there. We had the best time ever. Super casual without anyone bothering you. They check in to make sure you are set up and then you get to enjoy the absolutely beautiful scenery and the wonderful yard with picnic table and grill. Love it!!!!

What a great place to stay! The cabin we stayed in had a great layout and was spotless. And the views from the cabin were amazing (yes, literally a glacier view). I loved the fact that we had been provided a starter kit for making smores; very thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again, and hope to do so!

The place was immaculately clean, was up to day and beautifully decorated, and had gorgeous views of Homer and the Spit. Host was friendly and very accommodating and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to BBQ.

Relaxing, beautiful place to stay. I stayed in the duplex..very cozy and clean. You can hear your neighboer somewhat if they have the tv on but not a big deal.

Fantastic setting and view. Comfortable and clean cabins with awesome fire pits. The owner Kelly showed what Alaska hospitality looks like. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She made many great recommendations with helpful referrals to area attractions, and made us feel welcome.....like family. I will absolutely be back.

Amazing view and atmosphere. Kelly was an exceptional hostess. Loved the smores while sharing them with the other guests around the firepit. The cabin was very clean and beds were comfortable. Absolutely loved this cabin. Plenty of parking. Beautiful view and a big huge yard for our 2 dogs to run and play. Although it was all scovered in snow I’m sure it’s even better during the summer. Can’t wait to stay there again.

We stayed a night in one of these cabins for our anniversary. It was a nice location with a excellent view of the bay. The cabin was clean and had plenty of features. Even your own grill on the porch and everything you need for smores. Fun and easy. Would use them next time too.

This cabin was just what we needed quite with a beautiful view loved staying in daisy with the fire pit down at the end. We had everything we needed. Kelly and her dog was very welcoming. We loved Alaska, Im glad we chose to stop in Homer for a couple of days..

Great place. Very friendly but the visit by the owners dog was the best.

The cabins were very cozy. There was a fridge, stove, coffee maker, and microwave. My cabin had a full size bed and 2 twin beds that were joined together to make a king. The beds where squeaky and old but that was the only hiccup I would say. The staff was very friendly and had a lot of good information about the town such as site seeing and good places to eat. The staff started a fire for us outside and even provided supplies to make smores. The views were incredible with the surrounding mountains and views of the glaciers. This place was not far from the Spit either, less than 10 minutes away. Also the property is pet friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here at Glacier View Cabins.

We saw several bald eagles, there is a beautiful view, with supplies for smores, grilling fish and sitting by the outdoor fire.

Wie der Name schon sagt hat der man einen tollen Ausblick. Die Cabin war sauber, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Preis für die Lage und Ausstattung war super. Vielen Dank an Kelly die sich persönlich bei jeden Gast um das Wohlbefinden täglich erkundigt hat und uns sogar Feuerholz mit Anzünder vorbei brachte und natürlich an ihren süßen Wolfshund Milo der sich auch mehrmals täglich nach unseren Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat oder aber auch nur nach unseren Grillfleisch...

Sehr grosszügiger Garten, eigener Gasgrill und Möglichkeit für Holzchemine, super schöne Aussicht, waren leider nur 1 Nacht, empfhelenswert mehrere Nächte zu bleiben
