Superior service and great prices. I wont use anyone else!!

I went with this company to an event I did this past weekend mostly because their customer service when providing me with price quotes was by far the best. Now that the event is over I would probably use them again but with a few conditions. The bathroom was in good shape other than some scrapes on the sides when it arrived and having the deluxe was a great feature. The only issue we ran into is that the solar lighting quit on us about an hour after the sun went down. The guys continued to use it with flashlights and it still came in handy, but lights are a definite must have if your event is in the evening.

First off, the staff is very friendly and courteous, the price was $100 cheaper than Call-A-Head and I received a clean portal potty with urinal and hand sanitizer dispenser. If it’s being used at night, buy a battery LED stick-on light for $12 and an extra bottle of hand sanitizer. Why is it so easy to disparage a company because someone expected a solar light to stay on all night?

1 review1.0 star rating 9/9/2016ZERO STARS! BEWARE! DO NOT RENT HERE! Paid double ($200) for their Deluxe model instead of around $100 for the basic! Same as previous reviewer stated, the solar light did not work. Teen girl dropped her phone in the toilet as she was trying to use it as a flashlight! Needless to say, party of 100 used my bathroom all night! Sherry told me when I called the next day that they have no way to know if the lights are working!! Are you kidding? I asked to speak to the owner and TWO MONTHS and several phone calls later, he has yet to call me back. Called today and Sherry told me the owner had a very busy summer! She offered a discount on my next rental, which will never happen! The fact that he cant even take 5 mins to make a phone call to rectify things speaks volumes about who he is and what kind of company he runs!
