Delhi Manor

Despite not always being the best trailer park in Holt they have made some decent progress in improving the quality of some of the trailers they have available. The trailer I had as a boy even though it was a double wide is not nearly as nice as the new one just next to the Delhi sign that I stayed in for a few months is actually kinda beautiful on the inside with mice new appliances to go along with it.Overall Im quite impressed at the quality improvements they have made in recent years.

The office staff was so friendly and helpful! Were so happy to be a part of the community now!

Really has turned around! There are some very very nice homes here. I was surprised to see the quality, and size of some of the homes here.

Nice community with a little beach.New staff members that seem to know how to handle Covid very well.All staff members have had masks everytime up at the office!

Have lived here 17 years. Not moving.

The roads throughout the park in the winter time are not taken care of very well. I came to pick someone up and there is so much thick ice that I almost slid into a car that was in a driveway trying to stop. You definitely need to do something about this. You really should make better effort to fix this problem.

New company took over few years ago havent really seen them invest anything into the park other than putting new trailers in which makes them money havent really done anything to improve the community as a whole raised the prices everyones crammed in like sardines

Its like a park within the woods which I dont see it as safe. Kids can easily be taken in seconds.

This is our first year being here for the winter.. the plow guy doesnt plow in front of our house very well... Shoveling and trying to judge where the road is so my daughter and son can get on their school bus safely..

Needs less of a speed bump and black top

Just love our new home. Wish people kept better eyes on kids an pets (cats) but other than that quiet and a great place to live. Ladies in the office are a huge help. Maintenance has been over immediately when I have a issue! Great place to live!!!

Dont buy a new home from them. They fall apart, have a BUNCH of bugs and when you ask for an exterminator James will be rude and the exterminator will never come. Have been waiting 6 mo ths for my dryer and a few other things to be fixed... Yet they want me to pay almost 800 ..a month.. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

I live here. New owners are making some great improvements and its more like a subdivision than a mfg housing property. A majority of older homes have been replaced with brand new homes that can be rented or purchased.

Very nice people and has a beach for swimming and fishing and a park for my children to play and close to everything.

Dont do what they say they are going to fix. Dont stay fixed. Because its not done right.

Visited friends there and was impressed with not only the grounds but the amount of new and improved homes. New manager has obviously made a positive difference. I would definitely live there.

Its ok but really lacks in areas like property upkeep and snow ice removal. Dont get anything for how expensive it is.

Their friendly and will try helping when they can, the park is nice - good people and a quite place to live

A maze of run down trailers. Poor maintenance on Park infrastructure.

New management is awesome!!! Park is bein renovated, a bunch of new homes, repaved all the streets, new playground, and a excellent clean pond to swim in in the summer. Alot alot of improvements an very nice ladies in the office. I definately reccomend this community.

Terrible. Not well kept, neighbors are obnoxious. Management sucks at plowing. They dont follow their own rules. BAD. Just bad.
