Velodrome is good, but tunnel entrance is flooded. Large park. Plenty of parking. Currently a CoViD testing site, but soccer and basketball are being played. Brian Picollo was an early teammate friend of the first black NFL players. Honorable.

Nice park. Lots of field space, has basketball courts, burrowing owls, and much more. Great place to practice flying my drone, and flying kites with my niece. Super fun and clean.

I love, big space for exercise, walk, play

I live 1.5 miles from the park. So its perfect for my morning or evening bike rides to the park.Once there I have numerous areas where are can do my calisthenics alone. The park is big enough for you to sit and meditate alone as well.They have 3 walking paths I believe, basketball courts, baseball fields, and soccer fields. However due to the pandemic these facilities have been closed off, which is understandable.You can still come out as early as 7:30am and have a nice day at the park.

Its a cool park. Its not as shady as TY and not as green thats why I grave it 4 stars but otherwise a pretty cool park. I went with a friend and we saw a bunch of those I dont know the name but I call them Digger Owls. Like from the movie The Guardians of Gahool. Great movie by the way. And one of the Owls lives underground just like the ones in Brian Piccolo and his name was Digger. Sorry for going on but it was pretty cool seeing the owls.

The VeloDrome is insane.. if youre into bike training, this is the spot to go for a good 100 lap workout. FYI... this is one of only a couple in the country, so if youre in the area, you must give the VeloDrome a try. Alot of fitness fun..

The park is very nice and located in a decent area west of University on Sheridan St. The staff keep the park clean along with the restrooms. There are fields for soccer, baseball, softball, and football if needed. They have leagues for children and adults in every sport. Only downside to the park is that if rains they will usually close off certain fields. This is a great and safe place to bring the entire family.

Solid park! My little brother plays baseball here and him and his team love the park! They play every game here and love hanging out on weekends here as well.

I come here pretty regularly and take advantage of getting in free with the kids on the weekdays. Theres a nice playground, well-maintained baseball fields, a decent 18 hole (all par 3) disc golf course, and the fitness zone is a great place to get the kids to establish a healthy active lifestyle instead of sitting at home playing video games all day.

Very nice park for kids. Nicely maintained. Signage is always confusing. We were there on Saturday and there were 2 field number twos at 2 field 1s. Very hard to find where you want to be. I9 folks are GREAT.

Most of the ramps are gone. Its sad, All the wooden ramps rotted away and they did not repair them. They still have a few ramps left and they no longer charge. The skatepark opens at 5:30p

Ive been coming here for over 15 years, the park is awesome if you are into skateboarding, BMX or skating. I highly recommend it.

This park has everything! I took my children and there are all kinds of activities. Playground, basketball courts, soccer, baseball, walking trail. Water fountains and restrooms can be found all around the sports complex.

Nice complex... Well maintained. Also happens to be great for birding! Burrowing owls nesting. Park staff have special map to help spot them.

Nice sports complex, little bit of everything: baseball fields, soccer, basketball, velodrome, playground, disc golf, benches, a shelter, public restrooms, small area with workout stations, walking/jogging trails with photography opportunities along the way (burrowing owls). You only pay admission on weekends and holidays.

Ive played softball there for years. Nice place to play and socialize. Lots for the kids to do too. I wish they would open up the concession stand again. The ballfields could use a good rehab too.

Was the only bladder there Thursday night. Visiting from Houston. According to videos I saw, once I got there half the park was missing or something no virt ramps. Also parts scattered. I did like the coping ledges skated that along with the prail.

Great all around family facility. There is a small charge for entry (I think its only levied on the adults), but I think its worth it...seating, parking, clean restrooms.

.used the fitness equipment on a beautiful South Florida day instead of going to a smelly gym. Sure I had to modify the workout but it was more than worth it.Excellent asphalt trails to warm up on too.

I have been visiting the park while participating in the Rosewood Winter Series bike race. Its a really nice park. Could use more restroom facilities and maybe some additional foilage. I wish they would build public bicycling racing courses in our area

Awesome place to come to wether youre walking your dog or playing sports. They have a few soccer fields and baseball diamonds, as well as a frisbee golf course, playground for the little ones, skate park and velodrome. They host kickball games which I went to watch a few coworkers play, Im sure theres more to list as well. Park has always been clean since Ive been coming here and will always be a favorite place to hang out with my pup for walks, runs, and just hanging out.

Excellent sports/recreation park featuring arenas for soccer, cricket, baseball, football, skating and cycling. Well maintained. Outdoor bodyweight exercise machines under cover. Limited shade. Easy to be overcome by heat. Vandalism and property theft is an issue

Very peaceful during the week awrsome place to relax and take long walks with your pups and loved ones. Loved to pokehunt as well. Clean all the time.

This is one of more well maintained fields in the area with vast fields that accommodate a number of sports. Its a nice place to plan a day out the family or pick up games with some friends. The $5 entrance fee (per person might I add) is more than enough to put most people off which is understandable but pales in comparison to the wonderful time you could have here.

I rode my bike at the velodrome. It was a very unique and fun experience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different.

Went on Founders day, it was so fun... Great time! Awesome vendors!!! March 10th is now our sons favorite day. Cant wait for next year!!!The park is very nice, cant wait to see some games here.

Like the park, soccer fields are a bit irregular, cycling is amazing here.

They have turned his park into a family theme park for sports and exercise. I come here daily to walk the paths, bicycle and workout in the outside Memorial Hospital donated gym. The staff here are friendly and professional. Dont miss out on a great family exercise park. It has so much for everyone.

Beautiful park. The only negative is if you have kids and they love swings then it’s not the park for you.

This is a great place for all sports and activities such as birthday parties with large pavilions for rent. They have soccer, basketball, cricket, baseball and other fields available for use. There are numerous trees for shade and an exercise area with free weight machines.

Great place, Fun for everyone. Theres a place to skate, place to ride your bike, speed bike included, soccer fields, baseball field, basketball courts, running trail ect...bring the family and enjoy. God bless

I got a great exercise there and it was very quiet.. I’d go again.

The fields are not well kept, they do no or very little maintenance. Poor services. They even charged us an entrance fee per person.The lines on the field were barely visible and the benches were dirty. The grass was not cut properly and the surface had some holes that made ball control difficult.It could be much better potentially but there is no attention.

The Velodrome is fantastic. I suggest going to see the riders, but if you want to try it yourself go during the week when it is less crowded. The road track is also another great amenity. This is a good park if you are into sports.

Went fishing in the back. Almost caught a peacock bass but it spit the hook. I wish they would have more fishing areas instead of just the one old crappy pier. Thats why it doesnt get 5/5 stars
