Good variety. High prices. Im used to Michaels in Canada. Staff is more helpful and every week Id get a 50% off coupon for 1 regular priced item. Always got me in the store. Corporate should pay attention. I always spent more once I came in the door. No incentive here.

Michaels was much better than home depot bc they saw the lines and they opened registers.The only wrong things g are the scandalous prices they put o. their items. It is amazing that they are still opened.

Wont accept legal tender at this MichealsEric the store manger fought me on this, as he accepted it, not a word after or nothing.....eeeerrrr.It us legal tender, I understand if it was a lot more ripped, but a bank will accept this.

I always visit this store and never had a problem until today. They are not following any social distancing measures, there is people without masks standing two feet from me I kindly ask her to step back and put on her mask. She starts yelling at me telling me to mind my own business, then a guy behind starts telling me to stop watching Telemundo that he knows I’m Latin... so I’m being attacked in front of the cashier and when I ask him to enforce the rules of the store he looked away.Terrible, service, I felt treated with these two people yelling at me, the staff of the store not doing anything about it and had to leave.

Do they even have employees who work the floor anymore here it was like hide-and-seek trying to find someone to help you.Remember fight to help each other. Stop fighting for billionaire.

This Particular Craft Store Is Very Cleanly, Speedy, And Friendly!

Went there today for something that the online inventory said was in stock. Sadly it was not. Sadly that display which probably should hold over 100 bottles had about 6!

I’ve used this location on multiple occasions for custom framing. Karen in the framing department is beyond spectacular. She has put so much love and care into every piece that I have brought into her. I highly recommend Karen for all your custom framing projects.

Michaels never restocks and no salespeople can ever tell me anything. Ive been going for years as Im a professional artist. All I can say is thank God Hobby Lobby opened right near them.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The management is awful and completely uncaring about their customers. Absolutely disgusting example of “customer service” they treat people like trash. This management team should be kicked to the curb!

Pretty good selection of items on sale today. Theres one or two isles that could do with restocking, but I was able to find everything I needed (or didnt but wanted ) with ease. The 20% off entire order today was great! Definitely recommend downloading the app and keeping an eye out on sales

Cool store for arts and crafts. Put together a picnic basket for a trip with my family to TY park, and they had everything I needed to get that basket to fit the part. They are also very, very reasonably priced and almost always offer to scan coupons they have stashed at the registers when you check out. Cant rate it high enough. Good job.

Very unprofessional staff at this store. FRANCES was very rude and sarcastic. Needs better coaching on how to be receptive when communicating with customers. Very defensive and cast blame where there is none. They made a mistake and tried to pin their mistake on me and even referred to me as being a possible thief. I spend so much money in Michaels and would never expect this treatment. Last week, I went to the store in Coral Spring made a large purchase realize that the cashier did not charge me for three items so I went back in and asked the cashier to charge me.She thanked me and mentioned that the cashier helping her missed the items. Never did she accuse me of stealing. Hows that for INTEGRITY. I dont steal and do not appreciate someone referencing me a as possible thief. This is rated my worst experience in the history of shopping at Michaels. If I can select 0 stars I would. No thank you Micahels Hollywood. Luxury name low standard store.

This was the best Michaels Ive ever been to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Never going to the Aventura store again.

Its got everything my kid needs for her art work. She goes in and is 3y.o. again. Shes find everything she needs and some she doesnt. The staff is ok you may have to play Marco Polo to find them if you need them. They stay at the register, at least 2 people should walk the floor for customers in need of help. She loves the place but Im dropping a star.

Its okay as far as craft supplies go. Atmosphere much better than Hobby Lobby. Their framing department is excellent

Michaels at Oakwood plaza. Very good store. I only once experienced item out of stock. It seems though that this location doesnt have enough employees. Always takes a minute or two to find employee if you need help with items. Sometimes line to a register, but not more than a couple of minutes. Overall this store is ok.

I go to this Michaels at least once a week and I hate it because I always run into the manager Francis who is so rude :( Im not sure why and I thought it was just me, but I noticed that it is not only with me as she treats her staff bad! God doesnt like ugly and I hope one day she changes and get happy to work there.

Nice store with thousands and thousands of items for your crafting needs. Clean with a friendly staff. Also offering services from custom framing, a variety of classes from scrap booking to cake decorating and so much more. Always weekly specials going on so make sure to get on their email list to receive some great discounts and notices of special events. Your imagination is the limit here.

Great location!!! When walking in someone asked if I needed any help. I was there getting glitter spray paint, so a worker had to unlock the paint for me. She went through and talked with me about my needs to make sure I got the right color glitter paint. Well stocked and extremely friendly and helpful workers.

I absolutely love going to the framing department, I went to Africa and got a painting that I wasnt sure I could pick a correct frame for. Karen showed me the best frame for the colors of the painting and even made sure I found the most cost efficient frame with excellent durability. I as always will be back for more! Customer service in the framing department is impeccable! :) 5 stars!
