Sunrise Park

I really enjoy going to this park and fish. Lol Im a beginner fisher lady. So I feel safe being on the gazebo fishing.

It is a peaceful large park, can be used to chill out, or exercise, good place

It’s a beautiful park to visit. Has a lovely view as it’s right at the edge of the water. The park also has a path that would lead to your own private beach vibe.. the kids love it here. I’m sure your furbabies would love it too.

It is a really nice park. There is a playground for children, a small gym area and a lot of beautiful spots.

Great place for exercise, dog walking and to bring your kids. Playground is fun and big. Fishing is common here and its a beautiful place to watch sunsets.

A good little park to launch your boat, jet ski, etc. Also very relaxing to just sit in your car and watch the water.

Its a good park for picnicking and walking, but more useful due to the boat ramps. Nice scenic view of the Halifax and good for fishing. Lacks shade and somewhat restricted due to COVID-19.

One of my sons favorite parks! I love their new outdoor fitness center! As well as a beautiful view!

Great park for kids and excercise. If youre a fisherman theres several access points to the river. The city does a great job keeping the park clean.

Nice park area & boardwalks, with beautiful views all around the water. The park has a small playground, pavilions with electric outlets, grills & restrooms. It is also pet friendly.

Such a great open area park right next to the water so it feels cool and the trail is a nice distance.

Rest rooms where dirty and smell bad and the park is nice but rest room where very nasty

Bathrooms horrible needs to hose them down, remember covid 19.still absolutely worse bathrooms you have 3 womens and 3 mens only one of each open and absolutely dirty, someone is not doing there job

Nice little park next to the Halifax in Holly Hill. They have a large blue workout wall type of thing where you can do body weight exercise. They also have agility dots and steps. There is a decent playground for kids.

Beautiful park on the intercostal waters. It offers an amazing playground equipment that all children will enjoy. The park has a sidewalk that borders the area and has access to the water. The most unique thing about this park is the exercise equipment. A rectangle space that has various stations for an all body workout. If you are into Pokemon go then this is a park for your favorites.

This is the most Relaxing place to come to

A decent little trail that goes around the park, lovely views of the water, a over water gazebo to hang out at, plenty of pavilions, a playground, a large workout machine setup, and plenty of Pokemon GO pokestops make this a great park to visit no matter who you are or what your looking for in a park. Big enough to easily house a crowd but also just small enough to be able to keep an eye on the kids from anywhere in the space, this is my go to when I need to take my siblings out to play and I cant recommend it enough. Easily full 5 stars.

Great park for walking my Penny...

This is one of my favorite local parks. The only downside is the park has very little shade. There are picnic tables which are covered and a few are right by the water which is great. My wife and I meet up here and eat lunch by the water sometimes. The bathrooms are nice but not always clean. Fixtures are the same ones used in prisons. All in all its a nice park

The playground is nice but it’s small and there are covered areas. The bathrooms are disgusting though. Four bathrooms on one side are locked so you only have two options for a women’s bathroom. I didn’t want my daughter to use the bathroom but there wasn’t any other option. The soap dispenser was empty so we slathered ourselves in hand sanitizer. Even touching the button to turn on the water freaked me out a little as I am pregnant and cautious about touching anything.

I went there to try to pick up the garbage that the boaters and walkers throw in and near the river they have a nice place to exercise and walk way rest rooms too bad they trash it even though there are big green trash cans all around

Nice quiet place. Just some people need to know how to toss their own trash

Updated exercise area and multiple covered picnic areas to enjoy here. Great place for a walk along the outlying walking trail. Currently under a bit of constructio, but enjoyable.

Best place to be at sunset....and some times the fishings good to, just check the tide schedule.

This park is so beautiful and relaxing. Just enjoying the views and a great place to sit back and enjoy a good mug of coffee.

Nice park with adequate parking and large area for families to gather. 2 pavilions for birthday get togethers, and a large play area for kids. Located on the Halifax River at the eastern end of LPGA Blvd.

Nice park on the Halifax river

This park took a lot of damage from the last hurricane. The city did an outstanding job not only fixing things up (there are only a couple minor repairs left to do), but they also improved it with a brand new exercise area. Multiple restrooms are available, and the view of the river is wonderful. There is even a gazebo at the end of a dock that can be reserved through the city.

Nice park. Being remodeled now. Soon to be better. ( Fishing piers, boat launch, exercise equipment, walking trails, playground, pavilions etc.)

Beautiful spot. Love what they have done for families and kids.

Its very clean outside. Bathrooms on one side locked. People needed to use the restroom. Bathrooms were dirty and smelly and one toilet stopped up. Had to use the men bathroom. My opinion. Should have a Janitor on board while people are there visiting. But overall a very nice place to take your familySurrounded by water, which is very nice and cool and you can walk around the park on the trail.

Beautiful place to jog and do family activities

I went at night when there was a full moon. Gorgeous!

I had a brisk walk with my dog. A family of ducks was swimming and a couple rabbits were chasing eachother, it was quiet and relaxing.. A few cranes were sitting high in the tree tops, they seemed to be watching us, a white heron in the river caught a fish, they are so quick. I always enjoy myself when I come to this park.

Great place to take a relaxing walk. Nice play area in the middle if you have kids. Plenty of places to fish from even off a small Beach area. And its pet friendly. Kept up very well.Also a nice place to gather poke stops for those who play the game.

Great park with plenty of room. Right on the River with easy access. Plenty of wildlife to be seen. We saw birds and horse shoe crabs on our outing. The playground is nice and the yard is huge. The only negative is the trash around the park :(

Pro: Great park. Playground, fishing docks, walking track around the park, bathrooms. Con: usually has homeless people hanging out.

It is Clean, convenient, has lighting after dark around the 0. 3 mile walking track, provides beautiful scenery from being River side, and its open till 10pm.

This place is great for pokemon go! Please go here its amazing. Rainbow park in ormond is also great cause it has 11 pokestops so go there too! Overall 100/10 would go there again.

Eh, since they put in that big blue obnoxious looking exercise area that blocks the gorgeous view, I hate coming here. That thing is an eyesore & should have been put closer to the parking lot. Its UGLY.

People need parks now more than ever before!

The city just built an outside workout station here. Looks great and you can burn calories while the kids play.

When will Holly Hill repair/replace the fishing pier in Sunrise Park?????? Tired of hearing the FEMA Funding issue.

Nice local park. Clean and well kept by City of Holly Hill. Major Chris did an excellent job getting the community gym built in the park.

Great family park with ocean access. Lots of parking and public restrooms. Other amenities are available.

Nice park but could use a few more trees. Its really hot in the grassy area. Good for pokemon, but not as good as Tuskawilla (tuscawilla has 2 gyms and lots of shade)
