Vogelei Park & Barn

Nice place in the neighborhood.Trees, lake, plants, hill, kids playground. Pleasant to walk around

This is a bit of a hidden gem. There is a large, lit up sign indicating that this is Vogelei Park but you cant really see the park from the street as its mostly surrounded by trees and the entrance is a narrow, easy-to-miss road only accessible going westbound on 72. Once you do find it theres ample parking, a great playground, a splash pad, a sheltered area with tables and benches, open areas, and a pond, all encircled by a scenic walking path. Its a perfect little park.

This park has beautiful walking paths...its somewhat sheltered, so the flowers are still in full bloom. Nice sitting places too.

Very small park, too small to run dogs around, bike around, or even really walk around. The park itself isnt poorly done, just very small.

This is a great place to kick back and enjoy some fun. Very nice playground area and has a parking lot next to it. There’s a walking trail, splash pad, toddler play area and a nice pond. Definitely recommend!

It is a little nice park for children to play and for adults to walk around. I saw never crowded and I saw always decent families there.

Great place for kids, small pound with fish and frogs, its nice and clean. And a splash pad where kids can run around and get wet .

This place it a very unusual location, youll miss its entry of not in the correct Lane. For Indians who shop at Patels n make their kids sad this is a great little place to hangout in summer.

Great park to have a grill, there are sprinklers and a playground

Its a very good place to take the kids to run, play and get wet. But over there doesnt have bathroom, when it needed you have to rum back home.

This park is ideal for a picnic, and for small and older kids (up to 10 years old) to enjoy running around on the playground and playing in the water fountain. It has a barn that you can do inside parties at, however the pavilion is free if you give notice and it isnt busy/ booked in advance. It belongs to the Hoffman Estate Park District, so you have to call them to get details about doing an even there. I did an end of the year get-together for my daughter and a few friends and they had a blast running about at the playground, playing with water blasters and eating pizza under the pavilion.

I love the birds of prey exhibit, mini road for bikes, pond & gazebo, wildflowers, and park equipment. The barn has Ann entertainment area so its perfect for waiting while siblings take classes. Well kept!

The park is great for kids to play, and adults to walk around. There is a water fountain there which is nice but the water is super dirty which make it a big attraction for bugs during evening hours. Park has slids for big and small kids.

Nice little park that is kind of tucked away. Its right beside the Nissan dealership and the teen center. This park is very small, but it is usually quiet and its a nice place to walk your dog. There is a playground here as well and in the summer fountains are open and the kids really love playing in them!

Easy parking. Fun fire truck design. Pretty landscape & public restrooms inside that are usually open.

We really love this park for all seasons! Its wonderful in the warm months because it has a small FREE splash pad for the kiddos and adults Year round it has a great park and nature area where you can take a walk around the pond.

Beautiful park. Went there for a small walk and decided to take my girlfriend back there for a picnic. Would recommend for a afternoon out!

Had advertised an event that was to be open until 5pm, but they closed it early because lack of attendees. We showed up and they wouldnt give our children any acknowledgement like they were too late. Poor management!

Very nice place for every age groups.. Kids can do slides, splashpad in summer, cycling etc... Adults have walking track. Nice spot for picnic.. Note that on sundays restroom area is closed.
