New, neat, very clean. The kids were having a blast. The staff was actively cleaning everything.

Staff is amazing and very clean. Ran into a few ignorant people today but not at all the staffs doing. Will always be rude people whenever you go. Will come again. This is our second time here and we done an hour to come. Recommend highly.

Today was my first time bringing my son to Jump Zone. The lady in charge was named Sharon and she was amazing. She went above and beyond her job to be friendly to us and my son loved playing with her son. Thank you Sharon, you proved that customer service still exists!

Clean, well lit, decent price. Lots to do! For about 13 bucks, my kid can have the run of the place as long as we want! They do have a little cafe area, cold drinks, etc. No outside food is allowed, and socks are required. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had to try this place out finally and I must say they really deserve this five star review. The place is immaculately clean, extremely bright and vibrant, and super cool. They have a good variety of play equipment and my son just loves it. Happy to have a new addition for kids to play in Hobart.

I hosted a bday party for my son here on 9/20/20 and I wanted to praise the staff for being so accommodating. From the flexibility on the timeframes of the party, the helpful nature of everyone we interacted with, and the overall positive attitudes everyone had, we all had a great time there, especially the children. From the Manager going out of her way to buy us tape to hang our decorations, to the guys in the kitchen re-warming up our pizza and being helpful, to Jimmy being very informative, attentive and understanding from the very minute I called all the way to the end of the party, I just want to say that Sunday crew made my 1st time there a very enjoyable day and they have made a happy, new customer. I recommend this place to anyone looking to host a party or even just to take the kids out for a bit while they relax on the comfy couches or massage chairs! Looking forward to my next visit! Thanks again for everything guys!

Love this place!! My 2 year old daughter AND my husband loved jumping around together sturdy enough for adults to play and great food

First time visitors and VERY impressed!There was no wait to get in and it was not too crowded. Over 10 different inflatables to jump on, slide down, and go kid crazy on!! LOL!Also has ball pits and other climbing activities.As old people, we appreciated the multiple couches and chairs located throughout the play area.There is a small cafe area the serves pizza, hot dogs, nachos and ice cream. Reasonably priced.No water fountains, so you must purchase bottled water for $1. Again, reasonable prices.For each child, $12 ticket price and they can play for as long as they have energy.We will definitely be back.

This place was awesome..I met the manager, she was constantly cleaning..I told her thank you for keeping it sanitized. It really made me feel comfortable during these hard times.kids had a blast!! We will definitely be regulars here.

Great place to take the kids to run around and blow off some steam. Very reasonable prices. Plenty of room to run around, a jungle gym, variety of inflatable bounce houses with slides, and a concessions stand. My daughter had a great time. Employees were friendly and consistently wiping down and disinfecting the equipment. Well be back for sure.

My kids had a blast. Comfortable seats for the adults. Food was reasonable priced. We will definitely be returning very soon

I went for a kids birthday party my little brothers had a blast by the time we made it to the car the boys was tuckered out. Great place for a kids birthday party. The owner was very personable as well!

Lovely staff and brand new and clean facility.The snack bar is pretty reasonably priced and always well stocked.I wish they had an annual membership program like Bellaboos to make frequent visiting more affordable, but you only have to pay for the child (unlike Bellaboos) & its only $12 to play all day.

The room that was reserved for my greatgrand. Daughters had been given to another family and refused to move to another location. We waited for almost an hour to get a clean room. To many birthday parties booked@ one time. Very unorganized,very crowded, rooms to small. It was terrible.

Our son had a blast here. He is usually a bit timid towards the inflatables but he got right to business here. It isnt all cramped up like the one in the mall with like 4 things for kids to do. Its clean with a friendly staff and plenty to keep them occupied. They also have a snack bar with all types of food.

BEST PLACE EVER!! These people are so nice and really make you feel as if you’re part of the family! With being a new location this place offers a variety of different foods/games/ and other stuff that really make them stand out from other jump zones! Very happy with their service!!

Nasty pizza small rooms but fun for kids

For the money it’s not worth it by the time you get in party area decorate and receive food you are pushed out not with the money!
