The only problem I have is about the DVD I purchased in which the content was very outdated and over priced, the disappointment was getting home to set the mood to find that the DVD is unplayable. No returns right!? I understand your reason, so this will be my last purchase and donation to your store...I will not return to support ever again

Me: Out-of-town visitor. Dilemma: No lubricant. Hassle: Navigating Hilton Heads unmarked streets. Frustration: Attempting to locate stores that are identified by tiny signs and camouflaged behind trees. Outrage: Sexy by Nature, whose hours are listed as 10-8, is closed. No sign. No explanation on the answering machine. Cost: One hour of my life lost and a chafed penis.
