Great place for kids! Clean and friendly staff. Lots to so and explore. Lots to do, would recommend for a birthday party. We did not have a party there or not a part of a party but there were several parties going on, all the kids in the building seemed to be having a blast and the parents seem very happy!

Family fun for a variety of ages. Staff was polite, friendly and enthusiastic. I recommend Get Air to anyone that has children that are full of energy.

Safe, clean & Fun. My pre-teen and her friends can get in a great workout to pop music while staying safely social distanced from others. The wide variety of exercise areas offer a great opportunity to get out and bounce! Friday and Saturday nights they hold Club Air which provides a disco club like atmosphere with laser lights and blacklights as well as a fog/bubble machine that the kids thoroughly enjoy. Plenty of comfortable seating for parents to wait for their kids while staying socially distanced. An inexpensive option to allow kids to get out and have fun while staying safe.

A lot of space and different sections to keep the kids busy and active; Clean; Staff has been friendly and helpful each time we’ve visited this fall.

I love this location even tho is a little far from me. It’s calm, clean, and very safe for the kids and teens. And the fact there is a cafe connected is really nice for the parents.

Honestly wish I had great things to say about my visit but I dont. I brought my kids here yesterday 11/8/2020 the first thing I noticed was trash all over where you sit to change your shoes and put socks on. Got to the trampolines and we were only their maybe 30 minutes when my children aged 12 and 7 wanted to leave. The obstacle courses no one was monitoring a bunch of teenagers blocking it and just sitting on the balance bheems some children did not get to participate in that. Also the bathrooms were disgusting with poop all over the seats. Vending machines ate our money. This place has totally changed since our first time back 2 years ago. We are highly disappointed.

I feel at time is adults and people in general are so quick to complain when something goes wrong but yet don’t take the time to acknowledge when everything goes right. I wanted to share my awesome experience. Sunday aug 9th both my girls and I went to this facility. The place was clean and very well taken care of. The general manager Rick was beyond amazing and super helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our time was enjoyable. My child is special needs and he allowed her to feel like a normal kid. All the staff was very friend and super helpful with anything that was needed. I have taken my children to a few places as this and after our experience they said this is their favorite place and I truly believe it have everything to go with how we were treated And how awesome/cool this facility is. There are so many thing to do.I would highly recommend this place.

I really love this place. Its a great place to have the kids to get some exercise. The staff is very nice and helpful. The facility is clean and generally well kept. There is an adjacent cafe with coffee drinks and a small food menu. All the prices are fair.

This is a trampoline park. The inside is spacious. It is divided into sections, little air for small kids, big air for people over 46 a basketball dunk area, a obstacle course area, dodge ball area, and foam pit area.Things were clean enough, some dust in areas and bits of foam on corners. Air was treated so it smelled fresh. All the staff were friendly to us. There are open cubbies for belongings, and lockers for items of value.There are party rooms for personal events. I dont know all of the rules, but they have an on-site kitchen, so I dont know if you can have outside food. They also partner with a play place for smaller kids. You can go to both if you wish.The food prepared was good to us. Fresh salads, a soup, kid essentials like pizza, mac and cheese, PB&J, milk, and juice. And adult essentials... coffee.

Get Air offers an AMAZING sensory friendly jump the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month and we are beyond thankful for this opportunity!!! It makes it less crowded and noisy, which is exactly what my kids on the autism spectrum need to have fun and be successful!

I had a fun time and so did my kids but as the pictures I posted show they do not clean out the foam pits my kid dug down in the foam and I also got nasty lent type material in my eyes when I was in them

Best place to have a party! The pizza was good, the service was awesome....the manager and our host Austin were wonderful...my daughters birthday was a blast, we will be back again!!!

Place is so much fun for the kids!!!Pretty pricey so make sure to check for coupons or specials on certain days. Mondays are family special 20% off like 4-10 people. Some days are 2hr for 1.Staff is super friendly and helpful, place it clean as it can be for running around in socks, and theres alot of thing to do.

Get air is by far my most favorite trampoline park in columbus. you cant tell how large the place actually is until you walk in. it is massive! we had a birthday party for a seven year old with a lot of friends and family, the staff was very accommodating with great service and affordable rates. with all of the different activities and areas there is so much for the kids and even the adults to do. I highly reccomend!

Went here for a birthday party. We had a room for the party which had enough seating but the room was small. I believe it was room 6. Plenty of room at the table for the kids but if you sat around the edge of the room in a chair you had to hold your plate to eat. My child could only go in the toddler section. The one time we ventured out past that she got told she wasnt allowed in the bigger areas.eat.Overall it was a lot of fun and wore the kids out.

The place you went to as a kid that you still bring up to your adult friends when you are talking about how awesome it is to be a kid. Place is huge.

This place is awesome a little crowded on the weekends but still fun,love how trampolines are on the walls and the foam pit is a blast. This is our favorite trampoline park.

Kids liked it!Loved getting coffee at the attached shop, need better check in for extremely busy days. Was somewhat chaotic.

Terrible management. We checked in and paid online for a 1 PM jump time for 1 hour. When we arrived, the line for even the prepay was almost out the door. 30 minutes later, they announced they were at capacity and no one else would be allowed in for at least 10 minutes. So 40 minutes into our jump time, we still hadn’t jumped. What’s the point of paying and registering online if it doesn’t matter anyway? We left without jumping and will be asking for a refund.

Always clean (good job with with bathrooms too). Jumping for all ages and ability from small tykes up to out of control dodge ball. They hold a lot of pizza parties here. Kids always enjoy themselves.I wouldve given 5 stars but its a little pricey with my two young boys for 2 hours costs around $43 total.Overall, I recommend.

The kids loved it but the only issue I have is that unless you have two adults with two or more different kids at different ages, it’s impossible to be here. I brought my nephews and one could only play In the small kids space and the other could only play in the other spaces. Yet I needed to watch them both and spend time with them both. My youngest nephew preferred playing in the big kids area. He’s a little tough and I think needed bigger spaces (I understand it’s a safety issue though). I realized that if you are a single parent or on your own with very opposite agars then this place isn’t the best.If not, then it is fun with plenty of fun things to do.

My daughter had an unfortunate experience with 2 separate groups of kids at her cousins birthday party, but the manager got involved. He assured us they were taking necessary steps to ensure the kiddos are well supervised and asked us to visit again. The second visit was much better.

Awesome place for kids

It was nice and clean, warm welcome from the front desk. I wish they would enforce the younger kids (toddler age) to go in their designated area. There was a 3 yr old just running rampant, is seriously going to get hurt by the big kids flipping.

It was the dirtiest I have ever seen it! We use to go twice a week.but this will be the last time.the slide has duct tape on it has needed repair for over a month and all the dirt and hair is attached to the duct tape! It was gross! With the flu virus I highly advise anybody to not take their kids there!!!

Well run trampoline park. Nice Friday night event where they do a black light thing. Bathrooms are clean, the cafe is better than most that you would find in these places. No complaints, if you are looking to burn some of the kids energy (and a little pocket cash) then this is a good spot, especially during the winter months.

Weve been to Get Air many times with the daughter and grandkids. Awesome place for children and teens alike.Good areas for adults to relax and watch.Had my daughters birthday party there today, it was a great time. Not too crowded and our party host Evan was attentive.

Not that great and very expensive. $14 for one hour. $22 for two hours....as of 2019. Per person.Also, overcharged/rang up my BOGO coupon wrong, resulting in me paying for more than an hour as it shouldve been. They also make you buy special socks that cost $3 per pair.People above is below 42 inches tall cant jump together. Over 42 in one area. Under 42 in another area that doesnt allow anyone over 42 to jump. This results in parents not being able to jump with their kids.

We like this place as an option for bad weather days. Its always packed, and slightly chaotic, but thats to be expected at a trampoline place. I like that the areas are separated by age, so toddlers are safe from the big kids. They have a good variety of activities for all ages.

Great place for the kids to get some energy out. Love that there is a dedicated 46 and below area for the little ones. This place is huge and you can pop over to Tree of Life Cafe for some fantastic food.

A really good place for the kids especially the gymnasts

This place is way cooler than Skyzone! Lots to do, and the setup is great. There is a restaurant/cafe that shares the building, and a play area in the restaurant for smaller toddlers who cant jump. Its a bit pricey for a larger family, but its worth it. Can get really, really busy on weekends and school breaks, so plan accordingly!

My kids (6 and 4 year olds) love this place.Alot of trampolines, but there are also rock climbing walls, balance beams, balls, foam block pits, and cargo nets. The kids have a great time and burn off alot of energy.Bring trampoline socks (like hospital socks with the rubber grips on the sole surface) or you will have to buy a pair.Parents can jump to if you pay.Rates are cheap for the little kids. We spent 36$ so the little ones could jump while my wife and I watched.They do have a restaurant in the building. I did not try it so I do not know their prices or menu.Restrooms conveniently located and there is a water fountain. They have vending machines as well.Great place to take your kids to burn off that excess energy in winter.

I have a 2 year old an we love love love toddler time. The whole place is open just for them Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 12:00 they even play toddler songs.

Kids had a great time. Had my daughters birthday party there. Not a lot of decorations (room was a bit bear, if I would have known I would have brought more),but they supplied plates, cups and silverware. Plus they clean up!

Good place for kids. Great price. Play at your own risk. There are kiosks when you first walk in that you must fill out a waiver. Then move to another desk topay by the hour. Youll get a colored wrist band for what time you must leave. Jump socks are required and $3 a pair. They have an obstacle course a foam pit. A place for dodge ball and a few other things.

This place was perfect to get my son of a device, and produce what working people call sweat. He gleamed golden brown with tongue wagging fatigue when we left in my air conditioned car.

A good value and a fun time. They need a ref guard at the Dodge ball at all times. Just so all kids could have a good time. A lot of adults were in the area with the kids which was good to see. Most kids were very good and well behaved.

We love this place. The new remodel gives great space for the younger kids (they do a decent job of keeping the big ones out) and more to do for the older ones. Club air is fun for the older kids, but is a little of a free for all due to people not keeping a close eye or their younger kids. Both my gymnasts love it!

Fun for kids and adults

This was cool. I have a three year old and he had a blast. It took him a while to get used to all the noise and other little kids in the baby area. My only gripe is there are aero fans blowing anywhere in this place. I got extremely hot and sweaty (which is fine since I was playing with the kids) but it took a few hours to cool down since there are only a/c vents high in the ceiling. The water fountains are also located on the far side of the play area, which is by the entrance. Pretty inconvenient depending on where youre at in the facility.

Great fun for kids and even adults. Plenty of things to do from trampoline to skill challenges. Just turn the youngsters loose and enjoy watching the fun and excitement.

My granddaughter and her friend had a blast there.

We really like this place. We enjoy that they have a toddler time 3x a week as we have small children and it gives them a chance to go where ever they want. I will say MOST of the staff is friendly. Their are a few ppl that are not. We have had parties here too and then kids really enjoy it.

Great place to burn off the kids energy

I never write reviews but tonight was a disaster and I am so disappointed! My son has been excited for weeks to have his 13th birthday party at get air. He was especially looking forward to having a private dodgeball game with his friends. When it came time, there was another group on the court (without a reservation). Staff did ask the other party to leave but decided to cut my sons time short to allow them to return. My son had 7 minutes on the court. Approximately 5 of which was spent trying to locate balls for them (they were given 1!). Check-in was slow, there were not enough plates, cups or silverware and the place was overcrowded. Extremely overcrowded. Granted it is Saturday...and raining...which Im sure created a larger crowd than usual. Our hostess was nice and apologetic. She even took a percentage off of the bill. Ultimately, though, I will never have another party there!

Friends from my boys school had a birthday party here. Never been here before it was very surprising awesome unplugged time with the kids. Coming back soon

Really awesome place to bounce and have parties for the little ones! Just keep an eye on staircase and the big slide in the little play area if you take small children here.

This place is very cool! I went to the toddler jump hour this morning, from 10-11am. Didn’t know I was going to, but when I checked in at Tree of Life next door found out about this fun 46 inches and under young child time to jump-in the entire place!! I showed up feeling a bit overwhelmed with my day thus far, and the young man that helped me get the waiver signed and checked in for our first visit and told us how it all worked-well he couldn’t of been kinder or more helpful. I wish I had got his name to thank him, I’m sure he had to size me up as looking a bit frazzled. I found the staff very sweet and helpful, and I sure appreciated it, it actually made my day so thank you!! And we will be back, what a fun place!! Good food too and all of it priced well!Donna

We decided to give this place a go, 2 of us, staff were fine, however this is very pricey for adults. For 2 adults, 1 hour, the bill came to roughly 45$, we wont be returning, highly recommend you get the prices down to get adults returning, kids prices seemed ok, if its your first time they make you buy the mandatory socks, another 3$ each, we felt ripped off, no reason to come back, we will try another park next time. Park seemed relativity clean, some weird stains on the foam cubes, but there were kids around so may have been fresh..

Really impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as the clean facility. Lots or organization and direction and plenty of places to sit or watch for the adults. Great for all ages.

We always have a great time here. We especially love the toddler jump time when it is less crowded. Attended a party once, though, and it was WAY too busy for our speed.

Went with a group of friends (16-18 years old) and it was a lot of fun. Its easy to pay in advance for a ticket online and the prices are fair- 22$ for 2 hours on a Friday night. I thought everything seemed organized compared to what a lot of people have been saying- there were people watching over the large jump zone and the dodge ball court. Definitely would go again.

My afterschool program attended Get Air yesterday (1/24/19) for our first field trip of the school year, and it was a huge success! General Manager, Rick Murray, was very professional and accommodating to my group. He took the time to ensure the youth were well prepared to jump and that they had adequate jump time. When we needed gloves and an extra table for our food, he promptly retrieved the items for us, which kept our event running smoothly (plus our kids well fed & happy). The trampoline referees kept the youth safe by addressing jump infractions in a timely manner. Overall, my afterschool staff was impressed with Rick and his staff; they made our field trip an enjoyable experience to remember.

So normally my experience here is always 5 worthy. However, recently my experience has been horrible. The employees (which I’m sure this is a first time job, or summer gig) don’t take the rules seriously to enforce them on all jumpers. They pick and choose who can jump where. On my most recent visit my son was with his cousins and they were jumping in the bigger area, the employees went straight over to my son and were giving him a problem for being a little shorter than the height requirements and sent him to the smaller area. There were a couple of babies that were smaller than my son jumping in the big area. I mentioned it to the employees that if they are going to enforce the rules on my son they needed to enforce it on all kids. The girls were like yeah ok and kept going letting kids that have NO right being out there jump.
