Great neighborhood park with tons of running and biking space. Lots of feeder trails to get you there from within Firelight or Highlands Ranch.

Great place to go with kids. Baseball and other practices frequent here as well.

The Highlands Ranch race series is held here every year, and it is a blast every time. The community is amazing.

I grew up with this park and still come here to hike the trails in the Backcountry.

Its a park with 2 full sized Soccer fields and a baseball field. We practice 7-8 year old flag football here.

I went to watch a scoccer game. This park area has two scoccer fields. They also have a toilet and playground with a covered patio and it was very nice. The one negative is a very all parking lot. Since most of us had to park on the street, traffic congestion was high.

My kids love this park, there is a lot to do.

This is the best field! It is beautifully maintained! I wish we had more games away this field. It has a bathroom and a playground! There are so many trees so you can be cool in the shade!

Such an awesome venue, walks(dogs too), runs, cycling. Really is cable central with major satellite hub right here. If you like to skip the dirt trails, no better...

Cute park. Great views of the mountains. Shelter is not too far from the parking lot. We reserved and used for a birthday party. Theres a charcoal grill too. Bathrooms are clean.

Actually the photo is from the Douglas County East West trail that runs right by Red Tail Park. Its a nice, not difficult trail thats fun to ride. The park itself is nice too.

Cool little park in highlands ranch. Theres some water fountains which come in handy on a really hot day (and they have one for dogs, too). Its right next to a really cool trail that goes into the open space of Highlands Ranch, too!

Popular park for sports activities. There is a great walking trail to the west that takes you up the hill to the lookout. Past the lookout is a flat trail going to griggs pavilion.

Great trail for family hikes. Not too busy. Fairly challenging for young ones. Amazing views.

Free parking, bathroom and access to MTN bike trails.

Its always wet on the grass and the dirt isnt soft enough

This is a great little Park theres a baseball diamond a soccer field a playground and has great access to a number of easy mountain biking trails.

A good park with a baseball field, open grass field with soccer goals and a playground. In the summer, there is a water play area where the kids can get kind of sandy, but it is fun for them.

Clean fun park with reasonable mtb trails. Connected to other sets of trails, so if you live in Highlands Ranch Id definitely recommend going.

The best thing about Red Tail Park is nobody knows about it. It is buried on the back west edge or Firelight and not a lot of signage to direct people there.
