Awesome stadium seating- electric reclining- small capacity (even prior COVID-19).

If you like to lie down to watch your movies this is the place to go. Certain theatres tend to get a lot of noticeable audio bleedover from others. Overall, a relaxing place to see a show.

My friend and I had an awesome experience here! The employees were friendly and fast at the concession and ticket stand. The theater was very clean and well maintained. The reclining leather seats and swivel tables are awesome and add so much comfort to your movie experience. We had no complaints!

Stay was great. Jorel was very friendly at the counter. Seats were comfortable too.

Really like the seats here once they upgraded them. They recline and are much wider. Since the chairs are so much bigger there are fewer people in the overall theater. I have not had any issues with someone taking my assigned purchased seat and have seen over 20 movies here. Friendly staff and overal great movie experience.

This movie theaters amazing, the new seats they added are fantastic and really hope you enjoy the experience of the movie more. The prices are a little up there but definitely worth the money. The popcorn and drinks are always nice, the theater rooms are always kept clean after each showing, and did I mention the fancy chairs were amazing lol.

Great threater with helpful folk. I dont know who the guy was that worked there but a young disabled girl had lost her mom tonight and he was able to calm her down, keep her company, and help find her mom all while still doing his job. So good on him.

I enjoyed the recliner comfortable chairs in the IMAX theater room. I didnt like the service from the older lady who served us in our line. She was a little rude especially trying to explain to her some things she seemed not to understand. Also, they had false advertisement on the digital screen when ordering food. It had cookie dough ice cream up there that would come with a spoon. When I asked about it, the lady told me they didnt have it. The food choices was limited compared to other regal Cinemas I visited.

Reclining seats were amazing, my grandson loved The lion king

I believe its closed due to Covid 19. My last visit of a year ago was fine.

This theater is always CLEAN and comfortable. The staff if always very courteous and helpful, very accommodating. Best of all, they show films you dont get to see in other theaters, like concerts, ballets, etc. Plus, the reclining seats and stadium seating make every seat in the house a great seat. Definitely recommend!

Wanna see a movie in high point this is the place to do it. Its got a really nice atmosphere thats near restaurants and they play all the new movies. Its a little pricey for snacks and drinks. Besides that this place is great.

I gave this theater a one star because its the first time in awhile me and my oldest daughter got a chance to go to the theaters. This theater is supposed to open at 11 am so I figure get there by 10:50 stand outside for 10 minutes and be okay, nope. We had to wait until 11:21, when let me say again OPENS AT 11AM. Once we were waited on by Gabbie I asked her politely since we had to wait for them to open if they offered any discount she said nope and went on her way. I guess this will be the last time I come to this theater.

This theater was a surprise. Fantastic seats but the theater was really warm. Concessionaires were very nice but a little slow on a busy night. Very clean as well.

The movie was good, and the snacks and drinks were decent. Its kinda shameful that the theater can charge $6 for a small drink and $7 for a small popcorn and cant keep the toilets in working order. Standing room only in mens room because half the toilets and urinals were out of order.

Overall I liked the movie theatre. I loved being able to walk right in with my digital ticket Stubs and go to my seats! Things that I didnt like? The floor was dirty and I went to the first showing of the day??!! and I wished that the screen was bigger! The concession area was serving basic fanfare, popcorn, candy and pop( they also had mini corn dogs and stuff like that...nothing special). The seats were comfortable but I wish the arm rests were moveable(sp?).

They wouldnt let my 2 month old watch The Joker movie... We watched it at home, he slept through it and It Ends, which we watched right after. Should probably not put the rule for babies under 6months, my baby not yours. Remember in this day and age we can find any movie online free or cheap, your loss. But Id been here in past before, sans baby, its okay.

I couldve sworn that Ive already reviewed this place. Its the movies. Its dark with a loud, huge TV. If you get here early your time on the movie theater may not be showing so it could be a bit confusing. The concession stand is very, very expensive. Go to the dollar store for snacks, download regal movie apps for discounts to save money on the concession stand, and bring a jacket

Overall, the experience is great. The seats are very comfy and recline to a reasonable degree, and the process of buying tickets is near effortless with their app, if you live nearby and go to the movies on a frequent basis (i.e. multiple times a month) their regal unlimited service is a must.

Yesterday I went to see Call of the Wild at 10:00am. I have the Regal Unlimited option but when I pulled it up to receive my ticket I was informed I could not purchase one because a school was watching that showing (yet the showtime was still there on the Regal App). The gentleman suggested a later show, which I could not purchase for Call of the Wild as I was coming back to watch Onward later that evening with my daughter (after school). I understood the part about the school movie and unable to see the 10am show, but when I asked the gentleman could they at least offer a small popcorn for later (Onward movie) for the inconvenience of missing out on Call of the Wild he said they were unable to offer a small popcorn-just an apology. WOW....that was disappointing. I returned to watch Onward that afternoon (sans popcorn) but still enjoyed the movie!! #FamilyTime #MovieFridayEveryweek #RegalUnlimited

Amazing theater! Recliner chairs and the movie tickets are $9 before 3 and $1× after three. Only issue is the food prices so I docked a star. Just remember to sneak your own snacks in! You also have to reserve a certain seat. Its nice in a way so if you want a specific seat you dont have to be the first one in the theater.

I tried to call and talk to a manager but of course there is no recourse for that. Last night my husband and I went to the palladium. We are good customers and are Regal Crown Club members. It was the worst movie experience we’ve ever had. The young couple next to us talked loudly through the entire movie. I could smell alcohol on the guy’s breathe. Not one time did any staff member come to check on the guests, at least not down in the front where we were seated. We were so disappointed because it was Harriet Tubman and there were times when we couldn’t even hear the movie. I wish you’d do a better job of checking in on your guests. Going to the movies isn’t cheap, and we feel this ruined it for us.

They dont let you buy a movie ticket after the previews have ended. I like skipping the previews since I see movies all of the time. Im just seeing the same previews over and over so sometimes i go later after the movie start time on purpose.

The movie was great but it was a bit high. I think most of the movie places are getting yo high. A family of four would spent $100 bucks or more. It needs to be more affordable. Thanks unknown...m

The place looks amazing! However the prices and assigned seating is ridiculous. There are two other theaters in the area that show the same movies and snacks for half the price and you can pick you own seat.

Went with my grand boys to see Toy Story 4. I was very very comfortable in the reclining chairs. Even with being disabled I found it very comfortable. The popcorn was a little stale but just enjoyed my time there.

Today was not a good day for Regal. Lobby and halls were riddled with popcorn, napkins and a spilled drink that 3 employees overlooked.1 of the mens bathroom was completely out of order and the 2nd one stunk with 2 backed up toilets.I have gone their for years and this was the worst it has ever been. I will assume it was an isolated occurrence. If it is like this next time it will be my last time.

This place went downhill real quick. Critically understaffed leaving wait times at consessions to be anywhere from 20-30 minutes.

Love this theater. Great big comfortable recliner assigned seating. Its great not having to get there an hour or more early to get decent seats. Just wish the concessions werent so expensive, but thats the reality of movie theater business.

Went to see Overcomer at Palladium Cinema in High Point. It was awesome! Great inspirational movie about overcoming the disappointments in this world and finding true joy. This movie is a God send.

The recliner seats are THE BEST! We love pre-picking our seats. The food is expensive but arent all theaters? Its always clean too. Plus....the burger joint right outside the theater is really good.

The theatre itself is very nice. The seating is awesome, however the concession staff was far from friendly or helpful. Got there early and waited in line for a soda and nachos for almost 30 minutes at the counter. yes it was very busy but the crew literally walked around doing nothing, took their time giving me my change and was rude to other customers while I was standing there. I was late for my movie cause my son wanted nachos. I dont understand seeing as they had a lot of people just standing around talking and not helping. Dont see myself coming back anytime soon to this place

Even though I’m a goober, the employees are usually kind, and helpful. They turned down the heat when we asked and helped clean up a mess, one of my friend’s friends made.

When is the slumlord going to update this property? Inside is pretty clean. I didnt get head lice. Folks working there are kind. I feel bad that they have to work in a building that doesnt take the same amount of pride in appearances.

I went here to see,Detective Pikachu with my son, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The accommodations are quite comfortable. For example, the chairs they have are super comfortable and recline with electrical motors and they each have their own cup holder and a small rotating table that you can put your food on. This is definitely one of my absolutely positively favorite cinemas ever!

Great place to see a movie. The stadium seating with recliners that have tables makes it a great movie experience. The only down side is movies are really expensive here and the concession pricing is extremely high. I paid $15.00 for a small popcorn and large icee. However we really had a great time. 12 oclock on a sunday for a movoe and noone was there fyi.

Went and saw the new Aladdin movie in 3d with my family. It was very good. Their new electric recliners make it feel like home. You can really get lost in a movie for a while. My wife must have gotten to comfortable, I had to keep waking her up. We have to start going to earlier showings.

The theater is fine, but as with any theater, the prices are obscene. I sit through a movie thirsty and wanting a snack, but Im also on SS, so money isnt flowing freely. I do enjoy the comfortable seating. But I dont get why I have to pick a seat when only about 29 people max were there. Seems a bit silly thats all.

Theater is decent. I gave it one star because I absolutely cannot stand not being able to see the entire screen when I am watching a movie. Every auditorium has the rows divided by a wall and if youre shorter than 57, chances are, you wont be able to see the bottom of the screen.

Modern, clean, and a well stocked counter. There are plenty of little games and machines in the lobby. The theaters themselves are kept clean. Theyre spacious and tidy with comfy recliner seats and tray tables for exceptional viewing. Friendly staff.

The go-to theater in High Point! Always clean, quick entry, and despite high concessions its still good. If youre early, you can play the arcade games or chill in the roomy theater seats. The upper seats are leather recliners with pull out food trays! Tickets can be purchased online & seats reserved for faster service, or you can get tickets in person. I always go here for my movie fix.

I live in Greensboro and this is the only theater me and my wife will go to! Its amazing. Just had an experience today that led me to write this review.. had to call up the theater because my gift card was zeroed out from using it online but no tickets were dispensed.Talked to the manager and he was super helpful and polite and made sure that we got the seats that we were trying to get and gave us a booking number to provide when we arrived the next day.The theater is also well kept and clean and plenty of food is nearby.100% would recommend

Really comfortable seats. They have motorized recline all the way until youre essentially lying on your back. Also sound quality is excellent, coming from the seats in addition to the screen.

A nice clean theatre, the new leather reclining seats are great! Food is good as far as theatre food goes. The best and safest theatre around. More safe than the four seasons mall theatre and the other one in High Point is just ok. I only wish the movies weren’t so pricey still or I would go more often!

Changed from a 5 star review to a 1. Movie went out two thirds into it. Never had a single employee let us know what was going on. Had to look for employee who couldnt advise anything. We waited for 15 minutes and several screens were out and waiting for refunds. Things happen and that is understandable, but after 15 minutes and zero communication to the movie goers is not acceptable.

Overall good but popcorn is almost always stale here...those bags of popcorn are probably kept there for hours. For fresher popcorn try their other location at Friendly or ask for fresh popped ones.

BEST Experience every! Each row has its own balcony, big fully reclined seats with trays, and plenty of room!
