We used 21 nights last year for our 110 guest company Christmas party and they were good... but we used them this year for our near 200 guest company Christmas party and the owner, Shawn Timling (sp?) got there at around 4:30 (party to start at 7pm), laid everything out and then started actually getting set up to play 15 minutes before the party started....they were still setting up as guests were arriving at 7pm. Throughout the night, I had complaints that dealers were short handing the guests that won and not honoring the win. Then at the end of the night, guests were exchanging their chips for tickets for raffle prizes and 1, they were giving some people more tickets than what they earned. And 2, they were giving out tickets with no corresponding numbers to pull for prizes. They were having them write their initials on them, which was severely inconvenient. The owner of my company approached Shawn about the inconvenience of the issue and all Shawn had to say was what do you want me to do about it?.... My boss told him refund us some of our money and the guy blew up and got in my bosses face yelling at him in the middle of our party. My boss threw him out and as things were wrapping up, the casino dealers ran out of tickets.... the guy brought only 2 rolls of tickets to a near 200 guest party. We had to makeshift tickets out of paper just to cover the shortage. After the party as the dealers were closing up, some of the dealers indicated that that was the first time they have ever dealt for Casino tables. I was very disappointed in this years service and lack of professionalism by this guy and the set up. There was no sympathy from him at all regarding the mishaps.
