Everything was good for my sons B-Day party, however, the restroom had the strongest old urine stank I have ever smelled. The smell was so strong.The restrooms should be clean every few hours, I am sure kids come in and pee all over since they go bu themselves.

This place is perfect for parents and kids. Your kid can play in differents kinds of games and attractions. They sale credits by time or by use, by time you can play how many time do you want in all games during a period of time. There are foods like pizza and bites.

My sons 5th birthday was a total success!!Great place for family time. The pizza was delish and great salad bar. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We will return very soon!!

My favorite location. I have come here for parties. Ive had my sons birthday here once and we come here just because.I have been to a few other locations and they do not measure up. The location in pines is so ghetto. I loathe going to that location and have declined to attend a few parties because of it. Ive gone to another location in Homestead and they barely had equipment for the kids to play on. Ive gone to another in Kendall and I think that says enough. The plaza it is in, the parking is horrendous.But enough about the other locations. The food has definitely gotten better. I come here just for the pizza alone. Of course, I bring my son so he can play but I am there for the food.I do wish they would bring the balls back but I know it was a safety reason as they found harmful items in there.Good place to bring your kids and family. They have specials during the week. So be sure to check those out. You dont have to worry about anything happening to them. The people at the front will not let your kids out without seeing that stamp first and making sure that it matches.

Chuck-E-Cheese in Hialeah is a trip. The kids always have a great time here especially my toddler. Their concept is timeless and it works. Although the prizes are a bit pricey for the amount of tickets, it is a dream come true for a little child. To see my child happy makes it all worth it. And the chicken wings taste, surprisingly very very good!

Very clean this time around, they got better games as well as playing system. Now for 2 hrs of game play you pay 24 bucks when you get a meal combo deal. I like it better than running around with a bag full of coins to play.Food was great especially the mini sub sandwich platter. We had a good time.

Can’t put zero stars but this has to be the worst spot to take your kids. Lived in this city all my life and have gone here since i was a kid. The new manager and staff is a joke a bunch of high school kids who dont want to work. You can even find them playing games and the hogging machines. I live in Hialeah and rather drive 11 miles away just to avoid this place. If you want to be stressed out and have a headache go here. Food sucks service is the worst on the planet and the kids are a product of there ratchet parents. Not a very clean place.

I love this building, I love the Animatronics, they are similar from five nights at Freddys Freddy Fazbears Pizza.

Horrible service, totally overpriced, and super dirty. The best part is the tube tunnels to be honest. Most of the games either don’t work and don’t have a sign on it, or don’t have tickets. The XL pizza was almost twenty dollars and the slices are literally one to two inches wide. Absolutely ridiculous.

This Chuck E. Cheese is fun for the kids and there are plenty of games for everyone to play for hours at a time. The staff are alright and although it seems like some don’t want to be there and have a bland sense of emotion, this place is definitely fun for kids to go and play. Also, the pizza I amazing! (As always).

Much needed improvement with management. A lot of games were out of order without a.sign advising customers not to use . Credits were taken as a result, I asked for assistance, stood in place for about 11 mins and gave up. No one ever assisted. On the other hand kitchen service was great, fast and hot delicious pizza. Floors were clean, good actually temperature and lighting.

Funny place for the kids but also adults. A lot of the machines did not work properly so we had to ask for help several times. However, the staff was friendly and always helpful.

Sadly, this location is a bit run down and dated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is upntonoar with other locations. Considering where its located and update to its games and furnishings are a must

Chuckee cheeses lol. I have an 8 year old so needless to say Ive had to come here a few times since he was born for parties lol. I honestly dont like this particular location but not because of the staff, the staff is great which is why I give this location 3 stars. The crowd however is not. I always feel in this location the adults are more immature than the children and I honestly will never let my 8 year old just run around in this chuckee cheese because the crowd at this location just isnt very pleasant.

Worst service in the world. Staff are unbelievably rude. I would not recommend anyone to bring their kids here. Birthday party forget about it.

Kids love Chuck E Cheese’e, however the staff is not very friendly and in the overall specially during weekends it tends to be very unorganized place And very messy.In the event that you need to organize a birthday party it will result a very economical solution for kids and family.Great job from social media managers by following up with customers comments online.

Salad bar was a mess as was the soda area. Tables were not attended or cleaned up. Only one half of a Ticket counter was working out of 2 machines.

Very bad I do not recommend going, the girl who was my server very efficient but the Kitcheners went very far to prepare the food my guests were starving, I thought they had a meeting because nobody cooked, they took 40 minutes to make some sandwiches and another 40 for some wings and when i asked, they answered that the food take time to be cooked? some o my guest they did’t eat. and i paid more than $.400.00 for my daughter birthday for to have stress. If you have birthday party don’t go there.

My little dude loves this place.

I went on a slow day so our experience was good but I dont like that they dont have soap in the bathrooms. They serve food and kids are touching everything with germs... how are you not gonna have soap and it wasnt like they were out, no they dont even have soap dispensers.... horrible.

The pizzas are good, but too expensive. The place is huge, but the toddler area only has a slide. Everything else is rides and you have to pay, but even if you pay, the toddler rides dont last a minute, only 22 seconds, I timed them. So you will lose 10 bucks in less than 5 minutes. Casinos are more subtle, fam. Unfortunately, the huge play area above is only for big kids but starts and ends in the toddler area, so accidents are common. My twins were kicked TWICE by kids coming out of the big slide. Place needs to be torn down and rearranged to completely separate big kids from small kids. Or, lets not be so greedy and get rid of the toddler area. At this point, Jumping Jamboree is a much better choice, even for my tiny tots. Im sure in a near future someone will create a place ONLY for infants and toddlers. Word to the wise, if you have a small child, this is not the place for you. This place is for 3yo and older kids.

I went yesterday with my daughter, that place was full of people. Most of the machine was not working, I wait almost 45 minute for the food..When I went to get the drink. Everything there was a mess.. One of the Employee told I dont eat here. So Im disappoint for yesterday experience at the chuck E. Cheeses in Hialeah

Safe and fun place for the kids

Love this place for my kids. I have been coming here since my first son, he is now 22 and I have done more b day parties here than any other place. Is cheap and fun for the kids. Employees are great. Great service. I have 4 kids so you can imagen how many birthdays Ive done here not including my nieces and nephew

This place has become so run down and the location surroundings is not really family oriented. I definitely wouldnt recommend this location to anyone who likes to cheerfully spend time with their children!

Kids like it...you get the $20 for 1 hour unlimited games and the kids are set...it can get very crowded at nights and weekends.

As an adult this place is chaotic, at best. However the kids love it and have a great time. Could use some maintenance since a lot of games get stuck and don’t give tickets or simply don’t work.

First time I have been to this location and I was extremely disappointed. There were clearly understaffed, a lot of machines were running out of tickets and no there was no personnel assisting. After making a 10min line at the registry to let them know my son was missing his 51 tickets he had won they just said they will make an announcement that the machine did not have any tickets and they didnt even give me a voucher. The worst part was when we went in the restroom you could tell it had not been Cleaned not even once in the whole day. All stalls were out of toilet paper and you could barely see the floor from all the trash that had been overflowing from the trash cans. I regret not taking any pictures and I will not be coming back again. Management needs to work on having enough staff, the play was not even packed either.

This new pricing system is the best, unlimited play for whatever time frame you want plus food. I wish they did this sooner. The kids have a blast but honestly the prize options are the same from when I was a kid. Older kids want more options for prizes but other than that its a great time for the kids.

I reserved a party pack for 26 people, I hot in 15 min earlier they told my table was not ready. My guest arrived on time. The put me aside mean while they clean and move other parties to other tables,told me if could wait. To make the story shorter I had to contact the manager witch didnt do nothing,call every single waitress attention because had passed ONE HR AND HALF, and my guest was getting desperate because they havent even put the table cloth BUT had set down 2 small parties before me. I been visiting this place for years I expected better from them . At the end they has the face to ask me for a EXCELLENT REVIEW, are u serious after my guest were wondering around looking to buy games for their kids and food for tget!!?? After I have order hundreds in it for them?? . .. I WILL NEVER DO A PARTY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Overwhelmingly crowded and busy. Several machines were broken and took points off card and didnt work. Very, very busy. But it was clean and staff was nice. I didnt eat anything and my daughter just had cotton candy... We ate after. Just games for us!!

It was ok, bit I dont like the fact that we have to pay by the minutes or points for the kids to play games. It was better back then now they dont have any deals plus the pizza is expensive and all them are the same size is not cool anymore

This place may be good kids. But do not order food from there, I ordered a club wrap they brought me something else. I told the cashier they brought me what I ordered but the chicken was still frozen. I asked to speak with the manager and told her to forget about the whole thing just to give me a salad which she did.The pizza is just bad, youll be better off getting frozen pizza from the supermarket.

The place is clean. Plenty of games. Minimal supervision. Show did not start at promise time. Rug area was dirty. White socks turned black.

I write this as am sitting here this place is seriously lacking we walked in at 1230 no one at the door go to register for buffet nobody at register all the employees sitting at a table chatting we are literally the only 2 ppl here and now i see why, I ask for buffet their was none she tells me they only offer pizza and lettuce i see an employee m her friend eating brocoli and tomatos n all that so i speak to manager who enform me that the actual salad buffet start at 3 well the sticker oitside says 11_2 and your employee n their friends can eat but not a paying customer am very disapointed not coming back amd rhe manager lools like he was on drugs or something
