Earlier this month we visited the Great Wolf lodge for my nephews 4th birthday. I booked ahead of time and received regular updates and special offers regarding my stay. Which was pretty cool, I added a brithday package to our stay which included a really cute sign on our door, inside our room was balloons and a card for my nephew.

Great water park to bring the family. You can take little ones to the splash pad, older ones have wave pool and lazy river, plenty of chairs, and food, drinks, and snacks are available for purchase inside as well. Right beside the Fire Station, if you dont know its there you would drive right by it and miss it. Definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at McDonald Water Park from a Sunday through Wednesday. Check in was quick and easy. The paper they give you doesnt say much about the amenities, just the kids program times, which were out of date because they switched from winter stuff to normal Jan. 5.

Didn’t actually get to experience the park. My first impression of the outside was that it looked better and bigger in the pictures but we were still excited for the water. I didn’t like that we had to drive all the way there (an hour out from us) just to pay the deposit. Then received an email two days before the party saying that they may have to cancel our party Saturday (today) because of a hurricane that may not even hit until Sunday-Monday. When we called to clarify, they said they would let us know for sure on Saturday depending on weather, rain or thunder wouldn’t close it, but that combined with heavy wind would. That was a sigh of relief. The day before the party, about 30 minutes before every park closes, they sent out another email saying they will be definitely closing. Mind you, this is after news reports showed Dorian possibly completely missing us. I’m still waiting on the refund. As I type this, it’s beautiful out and I’m livid that I’m not in the water enjoying my sons birthday party. I would have appreciated more than just a refund after time/money wasted and having to relocate his whole party to a different location that did not have water. We’ve lost a lot of people who were supposed to come due to this unexpected change and all they could offer is a “refund”.

The pizza combo was good but the chips taste rancid . This place doesnt brake your bank . You can have a good time with your family for just a few cents .

Had blast. Really relaxing place. Was able to take kids and have fun. Really helped us cool down on a really hot day. Check them out

McDonald Park is a small quiet park that features a lake right in the middle, and a tiny water park inside too. From what Ive seen the water park is well taken care of and is great for the kids. I enjoy stopping by this park for a walk every once in a while, or when Im on a jog around the neighborhood. Its mostly not that busy, and the only people that really hang out during the weekdays are the locals across the apartments. The park does get busy, and pretty packed if you do come by on a Saturday or Sunday every pavilion will be packed with people celebrating birthdays, and such.

I love this pool is awesome and if you are resident from Hialeah is super chip

That place was horrible no lazy river no music. I will never go there in my life.

Came here on 1/20/20 (Wednesday) and it was closed. Their website didn’t indicate otherwise, and I tried to call the park and no one answered. The rest of park is open, just not the water park.

The service is terrible, they do not even give you change its against policy . Also the maintenance staff spys on you making random checks to not empty the trash . The pavilions are filthy and covered in bugs I had to clean it before hand on my own with my own own cleaning supplies and beware the non marked holes hidden by grass. The terrain is not well maintained and the management has the employees not inform you of policy till afterward something supposedly happened ruining your special occasion keeping your hard earned deposit money . On top of the initial deposit scamming you completely ambushing you afterward . Will not rent here again and I will not reccoreco this location to anyone do not be mislead by this park or its staff . You are better off renting anywhere else in the city of hialeah do yourself a favor dont let them scam you out of your hard earned money . All to rent a filthy facility and have them spy on you and give you no help or change despite how much any other business would do this easily . Do yourself a favor and go to a location that wont rip you customer beware . I would rate this excuse of a park or supposed water park no stars but there is no option .

On the website it said its open. But Im trying to call before I make a blank trip because i have a 4 month old and no one is answering when it rings and when you hang up and call right back it gives you the busy signal. Not good at all

Water park is a scam. Website said they open at 10:30 not true we had to wait until 12:30 to get in.

Im 25 year old i think that last time i went there i was 16. I remember when this open and went to it everyday i could. The best times i had there was when there not that many people and it just me and my friends have to go again one day,.

A fun, compact water park that many families would enjoy. While the bottom of the long pool tends to scrape harshly on the skin, the premise is often clean.

Great customer service!!! Loved the attention the staff had with the kids. Very attentive nd helpful. Great locations for parties. Also a very good reasonable price!!!

Lol well I worked there and lived in Hialeah all my life. I remember coming to this very water park as a little girl and my family, because of the price will always let me go. So no issues regarding this park just loved the people and working with them. :) and if either ken or Douglas is reading this. YES I wrote this and HI!! :D

Ive been living in Hialeah for 25 years and I remember my grandpa calling this park El parque de los patos long time ago when It was a natural park. Good memories.

It was fine, but the park can use a lot of updating, The flooring in the lazy river is very harsh and it scratched my knee and the floor in the park hurts your feet when you walk on it, but I guess it is okay for the pricing.

Ive been going here since U was four man i remember them not letting me in the lazy river and when thet finally did i started screaming its the best day of my life this park is still life never close this park down
