At first I thought this place was great, but after visiting on various occasions it was easy to see how miserable all of the young staff (teens) looked. Every time I visited there were new people so clearly management doesn’t know how to manage their employees or provide a reason worth staying. The music is repetitive and the food was a hit or miss on top of being overpriced. With the current pandemic I doubt they will find a way to safely sanitize as it IS a trampoline park, but hope they can make necessary improvements if they plan to re-open in the near future.
Great fun place to have fun with kids or just a bunch of friends..went their for a birthday party..kid had lots of fun ...there are different jumping stations where kids can go around and jump and play. They provide their own socks so you have to wear those if you waana use the facility.. the standard food item is like any others..pizza, wings, cheese sticks and drinks...
Our kids love this place! Staff is great
Attended my goddaughters 2nd birthday here back in December. My 16 month old daughter, husband and I had a blast at this place! I really appreciated how big this place was and all of the different activities and areas offered. There are private party rooms, arcade games and a mini food court on the main floor. The food we ordered with the party package included pizza and wings. They werent bad at all considering everything got demolished. Our server/party hostess was extremely patient, polite and a lot of fun! We had a party of 20+ that included babies, toddlers, teens and adults and we all left happy and extremely exhausted. Bonus, the bathrooms were also super clean.
Excellent venue for birthday parties. Efficient check in. Great variety of trampolines.Dodge ball court can be reserved for party groups. Staff always on standby. Good size party rooms. Plenty of seating in open area. Tokens available for the amusement arcade close to the entry. A FUN experience.SUGGEST: trolleys or some other kind of wheeled transport for gifts etc to be taken to cars.
Great place to bring a family! Karen and Kyle are wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. The food is excellent. I couldnt have had more fun while I was anywhere else...
Lots of jumping and crazy kids. The employees DO NOT supervise children adequately. Birthday parties DO NOT have a designated host or employee supervising and directing. I witnessed a boy puking in a foam pit and a little girl get a concussion on a unmonitored American ninja style obstacle course that she was far too young for with no employees in sight. Buyer beware.
It’s not just a ton of trampolines. It’s monkey bars, dodgeball games, slam ball, arcade games, and battle beam. Not a lot of food options, and a consistent smell of feet in the air. What’s not to love?! Great place for kids to burn off that extra energy or share germs to boost that immune system, haha. Oh, and they didn’t forget about the parents- there is a upper deck with leather couches and recliners for relaxing.
This is my very first time posting a review and it is unfortunately a negative one. This business turned out to be a scam for treating customers badly during this tough times by not refunding people who scheduled events with them. What kind of ethics is this ?? People are unemployed and dying with this virus, and you are refuting people to have back their own hard earned money which they need now to survive, keep a shelter and have some food. If a business does not support customers during these tough moments, then this business will not be supported by the Fairfax, Herndon, Reston community when things will get better, and i mean it in every way. So disgusting of you. what a shame.
Weve had a great time here on multiple occasions. Our 4 and 6 year old daughters have been here for birthday parties and again for open jump (using a great deal from Groupon). There is different jumping and play options plus a small arcade. Cool sitting area upstairs for those just hanging out.
Kids (and I and my wife too) loved it! On the negative side food options are limited to pizza, popcorn, pretzels, chips and some other unhealthy items. Would be better if they add at least one healthy or organic food option to the cafe menu. Staff is courteous and welcoming and helpful. Overall no other complaint than the lack of better food options.
My kid loves jumping here! Especially when they turn off the lights. I have seen toddlers to teenagers all loving it.A little pricey, with no good Groupon deals for single kid. Although I do get occasional deals on email.Only wish they did not have arcade games. Its a pain to drag kid away from those. Id rather go Chuck-e-cheese, which has better pricing for arcades.
The kids went today and had a great time! I saw a little girl crying in the jungle gym and asked the young man working there to help her. I was pleasantly surprised he jumped into action to help her, with a smile on his face. He didn’t give me any attitude, he thanked me for pointing it out. What a great employee and his attitude and smile were great to see! Thank you Don!!!! Great job!
We did my sons birthday party here yesterday and it was a really great experience. Ive had a ton of parties at many different venues and this was rare to have such a good time. The staff was friendly and organized, sometimes with teenagers working you can tell they dont care or they dont know what they are doing. Not these kids, the party host (Michael) was awesome and the girl who checked us in was also super friendly, let me redecorate the cake in their back room. Finally, we did an unusual thing where we jumped at the party and then again afterwards and the office staff was super friendly and accomodating to make that work. We will definitely do more parties here.
I almost broke my foot just walking in the door! Just kidding, but it seems like a fun place for people with families. Best for young children.
Wow very great. Went there for a birthday party. It was kind of hidden in that complex. I have been to this complex but never noticed this place.Spacious and great staff, kids had lot of fun and got tired at the end (exactly what we were looking for). We couldnt understand what they were saying in their sound system during the part, which the audio was louder and clear. Inquired near by staff and moved the kids around. Wish they had a designated person assigned per part and guide us thru..
We had a great time. I got two family packs for my sons birthday. Age 11. The children 9-13 had a blast. The pizza was actually pretty good also. It was definitely worth it for the money. They had dodgeball, glow in the dark jump time, an obstacle course, and free form jump stations. It was really good. Worth the drive.
This place is a little tough if you want to try and do any actual higher level trampoline work. Kids are running crazy everywhere. There is no initial warm up or rule setting/expectation session for the kids at the beginning of the sessions. The website claims to have long tumbling track tramps but these are just larger rectangular tramps through which kids run freely so fairly dangerous if you are doing any backflips, tumbling, etc. having very small children intermingled with bigger kids is also challenging. The blackout feature and glowing socks is a fun thing. Fun place but temper your expectations a bit depending on what you are seeking.
We loved it! Just visited for the first time this past weekend. I was definitely not expecting for this park to be this fun. Honestly thought it was just gonna be for the kids only but I was wrong. Good vibes, music, fun for everyone, super clean, so many obstacles to do and amazing food!!!! Definitely coming back:)
We had an amazing experience. We had a group of 20 kids and in short notice Launch were able to accommodate us. Karen and Katherine were very sweet and helpful. I will definitely come here again with my family.
This is certainly a great fun place for families/kids. It really offers a great an exciting trampoline arrangements/setup. There’s also a section for things like America Ninja Warrior which both kids and adults can enjoy. The facility is really super clean and organized. It comes in with many great amenities like food service and an arcade in the main lobby/entrance. It’s really a great fun spot. The only issue I have is with the pricing and how you must buy their brand socks . Other than that I really recommend.
Really great bounce place, among so many now, in the area. Better for younger kids (5ish) than the other places. We’ll be back.Like
My grandson, age 2, loved it! The only thing is that he being so young I have to make sure other kids don’t bump on him. But overall it was good.
A good place to take your kids for a day of fun. A good time for old and young kids alike. Can be crowded so just plan for that.
It was ok. Kids enjoyed it. They don’t staff the facility in order to keep the tables cleaned off. Most of their effort goes to support the birthday parties.
I took 11 boys, age 11 to 13, to Launch Trampoline for my grandsons birthday party on Sunday, May 19th at 2pm. Fortunately, it wasnt crowded with small children as I had noticed the prior day on a drop-by visit to check the venue out. I was concerned our big boys might accidentally hurt little ones. The kids had a stupendous time and didnt want to leave after the scheduled, one hour jump. Management was very courteous, having answered all my party-prep, questions. And Mike, our party room host was amazing! For a young teenager I was quite impressed by his professionalism. He met us at the jump area and led us over to the party room, which he had fully arranged in time for our 45 minute party. He had decorated the table with all the extra party decor Id brought along, and had all the pizzas, sodas and our personal cake and ice cream ready to serve. Mike was very attentive to the kids needs, making sure they had all they needed. When the party was over, he quickly cleaned up the room and was careful to make sure we didnt leave anything behind. The boys loved the little gift packs, particularly the 30 minute free jump pass for another trip. Well get back soon to use it!Good job everyone, thanks for making our party perfect!!Noel and Dylan H.
Really great bounce place, among so many now, in the area. Better for younger kids (5ish) than the other places. We’ll be back.
We took 30 of the youth from our church to Launch. We had an amazing time there. Katherine did a great job of helping to get everything ready beforehand through email and phone calls. When we arrived Aleshka was waiting there to take us to our room and get everyone set to go jump. It was very professional and everything went smoothly. Tyler and the team in the kitchen got our pizza and drinks taken care of quickly and efficiently. I can easily recommend this place hands down for church youth activities. I really appreciate all the work their team did to make our experience so memorable. Thank You Launch! we will definitely be back for more!
Best jumping place. My daughter likes this place. The cheese is so yummy here.
Facility is nice and clean but theres a an obese brunette working on Sunday morning. Took almost 8 mins to pay bc she was too busy being not busy. Doesnt seem to want to work. Quit then!!! Very unprofessional
Decent hidden spot ! 18 per hour, plus mandatory 3 bucks for THEIR brand socks. .great food options although pricey such as wings, tenders, slushees, fries etc ...staff was very friendly! good kid friendly music.now the not so decent - the cleanliness isn’t exactly clean. some of the tables were dirty, and unclean just sitting with food on them. kinda gross when u want to sit down and watch your kid play ..
Good kid activity. Music selection is good. Bring your own water.
Kid had fun... I on the other hand was on call for work, so nothing like sitting in a hot trampoline area with stale nachos and cheese The things dreams are made of! You ladies could have changed the bag instead of serving this burnt mustard, bet if it was your food and money youd care more No birthdays here for sure... I wouldnt punish my guests like that.
Our son loves Launch; it is very convenient and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Its a great place for kids parties!
We arrived at 7PM, closing time was 8PM. The lady at the front obviously wasn’t happy we showed up an hour before closing to let our child jump on his birthday for a little. No employees were around for a little bit and then would just show back up. Around 7:40 as we were packing to leave my husband and I smelt something funny, we walked toward the back where the party rooms are and be hold three employees were out back smoking weed. The only three employees on duty this evening might i add. The entire front and back of the launch place smelt horrible. Needless my child kept asking what the smell was. Do this on your own time, they could have waited 15 minutes when NO kids were not around!!!! We won’t be back after this evening.
Was there today, the front desk young man asked us to fill out the waiver, never explained all the steps, like get the print out, which the waiver form does not instruct, the form itself is annoying with several timeout warning s, the young man made me go all the way to the back of the line, I brought three of my kids with me, who patiently waited, then when going back to the front desk they asked me do I have the receipt, the waiver never prompted me to fill it out, it was getting so annoying, the young man was very rude too, he should be fired!!!, Have your staff explain everything properly, I WILL NEVER RETURN, tried to call and explain but your phone number does not even allow to leave a message, You have bad customer service, FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER NOT THE BUSINESS, YOU WILL GO FURTHER. #neveragain
Today we celebrated my sons birthday at Launch Trampoline. It was really great. The organization went smoothly, kids had so much fun. I highly recommend this place.
Been here couple dozen times, this place is fantastic, very clean and a monstrous space for the kids to play. All arcade machines are working and in good shape. We showed up super late tonight, the gentlemen at the front Eric was extremely accommodating, he rushed us through and gave a fair rate since it was closing soon, thanks again bro you keep doing what you do up there.
First time taking my daughter yesterday 8/17/19. We had a blast. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a lot to do there.
We had our son’s birthday there. It was a wonderful experience! The host was very warm and efficient. The kids were very tired after 2 hours of jumping so the host set up the party room 15 mins earlier to accommodate the children. The jump area also has a nice variety of different sections. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they wouldn’t let us bring any food ourselves for the parents. We did not find any healthy options on their menu for finger foods.
Been going here for a couple of years. They could do better on cleanliness but its a reliable fun place for the kids
Awesome customer service, very attending to our needs. Brought us our food and drinks to the table. Not too crowded! Perfect for a family fun Saturday night.
My son went with the special socks made for trampoline and it was much better brand than they sell but they forced me to buy the launch brand. It doesn’t make any sense.
Great place, my kid, who was the birthday girl had the time of her life, personel was super kind, and the manager the best person i ve ever met,,
Kids were very happy! activities are great for both kids and adults. I will be going back there with my family.
My children had a great time. The Ninja area was a great challenge, and we are looking forward to getting more friends together for our next visit.See you soon!!!
The kids had lots of fun. I wish there were a few more arcade games to choose from, and maybe a quiet room lounge for adults. On the whole, a fun place for an outing with family and friends.
I attended a birthday party at Launch Trampoline in February 2019. The kids liked the place and thus, I booked my kids birthday party in May 2019. The kids had lots of fun however, the party room helpers assigned to my kids party happened to be very inefficient. Five minutes before the pizza time, the party room was still not set up at all, only a few plates and cups left on the table from last party, no pitches of water, flavored water, no pizza. When the kids came to the party room thirsty and hungry, they had only empty plates and cups. The party room helpers were still transporting the pizzas from kitchen. At the end of the pizza, the two helpers just disappeared for about 10 minutes!! Some kids wanted to leave, but there is no cake/candle time yet. We had to search for the helpers to light the candle. Two helpers finally arrived and did the candle/birthday song and they disappeared again!!! Then some kids really had to leave and I realized that they did not even bring out the favor bags for the party guests. I had to search for her again and she went to the inventory room to take out the favor bags. I called to confirm that the helpers will help in the party room as it was included in the Gold package. I saw the helpers being efficient in the February party. I guess we were just unlucky to have such inefficient helpers. We have been to this place for multiple times, but very disappointing experience for my kids birthday party. I will definitely choose another place next year.
This was the perfect place to have my sons 6th Birthday party. It was zero stress for me. Our party coordinator, Tiffany, was amazing and all the kids had the best time!! We will definitely be back!
Overall great time, just really wish the lockers wouldnt have been removed to store personal items. Hard to jump around with my kids when you have wallets, phones, keys, and glasses on you.
Launch does not offer a discounted rate for large groups (18 or above). It gets to be too expensive for the facility and services offered by Launch. It is not worth the money for the price charged. We had a birthday party for 21 kids. The extra food for the adults (Pizza and Vegetable platters) came very late. Obviously, the staff forgot about the order. Also, the vegetable pizza came with missing slices. Adults liked the pizza, but kids did not. The goodie bags the place offered to the children was very simple and cheap, the least to say. This place is not worth the money you will be spending. Kids had fun because they enjoyed playing together regardless of the fun offered by Launch.
Manager super awesome and accommodating to my family Groupon app not showing code and Groupon tried to help me get code but their system just couldn’t show on my app and manager gave kids one hour free pass which was super nice and kind of her and all staff are friendly we’ve been going here and kids love it here even had birthday party here all fun thanks much Ms Carol and LTP at Herndon VA God Speed️
If there was less than a star, I would give it to this place. The team is here is horrible and not pleasant to deal with. I came here with my 18 month son and 5 year old and was treated worst than ever . No one at the front desk told us that we had to fill a waiver or pay for the toddler. We went inside only to be spoken to rudely by their team who asked me to buy tickets for the toddler/myself even though he was not jumping and I was just chasing him around. My toddler took the wrist band off and the manager Kylah A came running after again and threatened to take my kid and my friends kids wrist band off. My child was terrified and came and told me that he is scared of this lady. I brought my two friends here this time around since I had a great time before but I will not be returning to this place ever again. I was embarrassed how I was spoken to so rudely by their staff. THE WORST decision to return to this place. #neveragain
Wonderful, true 5-star experience! Clean (and I’m picky with cleanliness and honestly was amazed at how clean the facility as a whole was), well laid out (especially while attempting to keep tabs on a bunch of little kids), organized, and SO friendly! The birthday party experience was also top-notch. They party “planner” given with the party package makes the party flow seemlessly with little to no stress on the parents. I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better experience.
Great place for a birthday party. Tons of activities for the kids and an easy experience for the parents. Very nice and helpful staff that handles most if not all of the prep.
Its an awesome indoor experience foode the whole family!
The launch pad is really fun!
This place is over crowded which is why it gets three stars. However, The young man (16 years old) was very professional. I was impressed with his maturity and how he handle customers at a young age. Kudos to him.
Great fun family fun! All ages can enjoy. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also provides arcade fun so well.
Very nice clean the boys had a great time
Had so much fun with the kids yesterday, purchased 2 hrs but were done after like 1 and a half . We got food as well which pizza was amazing ! The only thing that went wrong was some kid pulled down the emergency alarm and everyone had to clear the building and we couldn’t enjoy are warm pizza there but other than that great place.
Great variety of trampoline bouncing obstacles, Sponge pits, mixed with all things safe, soft and secure! The staff is super attentive and the crowd was easy. Have fun!!
It is a great place to hang out with friends and family. I really enjoyed this park, even though I suck at jumping. My kid was fascinated and definitely this place will become one of our weekends tradition every now and then. I am in terrible shape and after 10min I was mainly just watching my kid have some fun.The arcade area is also good even though we only went for the trampolines this time.Overall the facilities are clean and very enjoyable. We are even planning to have my kids birthday party here!
We had a great experience at Launch Trampoline Park for my daughters birthday party. I highly recommend that you do it first thing in the morning when they open. We almost had the entire place to ourselves.
Went on a mid week morning, barely anyone there. Kids were told to not bounce on side walls ( then why have trampolines there?).Two kids were tossing foam wedges at each other 2 feet apart in the foam pit. There was no one else in the pit and they were not shooting them hard just tossing at each other. Told they could not do that either. A little over the top with rules and attitude of staff. We will go to Skyzone.
A lot of fun for children! They have lots of games as well as a DuoDrive (two people can drive at the same time!) A really fun pla e!!
Enjoyed the afternoon with the kids here & loved it! The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly & accomodating and it was above-average clean I burned off my morning cake pop in one game of dodgeball. the only negative part was convincing the kids to leave!
Simply an amazing place...CLEAN, fun for kids and families. This place was recommended to me by a co-worker. Took my 2 children there, and they had a blast jumping and playing arcade games. They were exhausted when they got back home. Saw that they host birthday parties, so will probably book one there, if the boys behave :)
I had a blast with my nephew when me my nephew and sister were here we were celebrating my birthday
Not a very big space and the staff are mostly teens that arent very good at keeping the space safe. A group of them were jumping near each other, rather than spread out supervising, and one of them broke his ankle. We have to clear an entire section while the ambulance came and even then the teen boys kept bunching up, which meant kids just kept running in the area that was supposed to be clear. The staff needs better training, maybe some older kids.
Worst management ever food was terrible I was asking them to order the food they made me feel like I am taking it for free
We had a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s 5th at Launch. Our host Michael was awesome, everything was on time & pizza was great! The place was super clean, the staff was awesome, the children had a blast. Katherine and Karen who helped me coordinate(very helpful). My son had an amazing time celebrating his 5th birthday at launch. I highly recommend Launch for jumping for fun and celebrating a child’s party.
I came in with a school group and we were not the only ones since the county system was closed for the day. It was spacious, clean, well-organized. The staff was very friendly as well. We enjoyed our time and already booked our next trip! Thank you Launch!
I had a great time. Would definitely go back. We went for a blackout session. Loved the glow in the dark socks.
First, there was not much to do for kids just the soft cubes, some machines games, and jumping, two hours almost $60 for two kids, what I really don’t like about this place very heavy adults r playing too on March/9th/2019 toke my kids there ages are 4 and 7 I wasn’t feeling safe because I saw really big and heavy adults were running and jumping close to my kids and we left before our time, so my point is that there r many other places in which big kids are not allowed and there is more things to do and also around $15 with no time limit.I put the date so the the manager or owner can see the recording videos of big adults that I’m talking about and one more advice for everyone’s safety they should have separate sections for really small kids and really big kids that can help the business go longer .
I had so much fun with daughter. 1 hr was enough for us. Definitely coming back
Kids stay entertained, I (adult) can even jump in too.
Best work-out ever. I’m not gonna lie, I joined in with my little cousins, as a 23-year-old, and it was legit the best cardio I’ve done in a while. Great stuff, thanks for the awesome experience
This place was small but it was fun! I recommend buying the 30 minutes pass then adding extra 30 minutes as you need them.
I had my daughters 7th birthday party at Launch and all the guests in the party had a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone to jump, plenty of activities, even for the little ones! The staff was great to work with and were very accommodating to us :-) I highly recommend!
This is a very fun place to let your energy out, there is a small variety of things to do. If you plan on taking your kids here make sure to get a lot of water as they will be very tired.
My kids and I had a great time. Website is somewhat misleading as it states everyone must wear socks (but they require you to buy their socks with the grips on the bottom). Great way to have kids (and adults!) burn off some energy!
We went for a birthday party. Kids enjoyed. Except food, everything was good. They keep pizza for birthday party, out to get cold about an hour before n it was not edible at all.
Clean, fun place to jump with friendly staff. The only issue is, they make you buy their own brad of socks.
I came on a Monday with my daughter at 4:15 p.m. and no one explained to me but there was unlimited jumping for only $4 more from 4 to 8 p.m. as much as we love going there we were pretty disappointed we werent offered seeing as I dont get out there as much as Id like
Lots of trampolines with lots of space for parties and dodgeball. Strange smell in the place, cleanliness highly suspect. Hard to distinguish workers from the kids playing. My kids even asked dont those big kids know you should only throw the balls in the dodgeball area?.....
The time and service was awesome although I had some incovenients on it.The waiting room was too hot, you could use some curtains or something to keep it cool. I didnt received fries for the party I ordered (but I wasnt charged for them at the end). And I really didnt like you pushing a tip for the same amount of the hole service o.O. if I were sharing this to myself I will say: just be prepared for a big tip suggestionDont get me wrong the good surpasses the bad for a lot, we had a great time. I recommend it widely.
Great Party for our son. The party hosts are awesome and very fun. We had a great time, thank you for a clean and fun space to have fun.
The facility is fine . However, we purchased a summer pass at $125 and realized it’s now being sold for $99, which is much less. Not happy about that.
Awesome trampoline park with a wide variety of attractions including a ninja warrior course. Great, friendly staff.
We had a birthday party here for my oldest son. And we spent over $400 to have a party we received one hour of jumping for 10 kids and pizza and we had to provide the cake and snacks. For this amount I would have assumed that they would have included a few dollars a piece for each kid to play video games as well. But that falls upon the parents. That is my only major complaint is that for the money we could have taken all 10 kids there bought pizza at Dominos and still provided $5 a piece for each one to play video games and come out well under what was charged.
