Our stay at The Horse Shoe Farm was exceptional. The farm is lovely and serene, and October was the perfect time to visit amidst peak foliage and great weather for the many amazing hikes in the area. There are lots of activities on the farm including several yard games, farm animals, the spa, nightly campfires, and more. We also used the fire pit by our cottage to make smores and enjoy some drinks in the tranquil surroundings. We got massages at The Stable Spa and it was perhaps the best massage either of us has ever had at top-notch spas in major cities. Given the pandemic, staff also went above and beyond with every accommodation to make us feel safe and comfortable. The Stable Spa is semi-open air and the epitome of relaxation as you overlook the Blue Ridge Mountains before and after your treatment. Jordan and the team at The Horse Shoe Farm was accessible and helped make our stay so special and rejuvenating. Its the perfect place to escape busy city life and we cannot wait to return and introduce it to our friends and family.

The location is breath taking and the accomodation luxurious without being ostentatious. If you are a group, there are options for catering. Their spa (which is located in old stables) is gorgeous and the staff is gifted: the massages and soaking possibilities are marvellous.A delight for your senses and your soul.

We stayed this past weekend for a girlfriends 40th Birthday. We had a group off 15 ladies and I do not believe any of us had a single complaint. The property is just absolutely stunning. We rented 3 of the houses and took advantage of having the weekend entirely catered. The food was amazing and provided options for everyone. There were so many small thoughtful details throughout our stay. The rooms are all VERY spacious and Jordan was so generous with his time and helping us plan. Horseback riding and the charming town were a short car ride away. I cannot provide enough wonderful things to say about this place.

Went to the Stable Spa for a couples massage and it was an incredible experience!! The barn was warm and cozy and the staff was amazing! We will definitely be going back

My family and I just spent two weeks at The Horseshoe Farm and loved every minute of our stay. There is so much to do on the farm and nearby area. The property is beautiful and has things to do and look at everywhere you turn. You can wake up in the morning and get fresh farm eggs from the chicken coop, swing under the trees, spend the afternoon in the lake and sit by the fire pit at night (to name a few). The home we stayed in was so clean and nice and very comfortable. The spa is beautiful and my massage was the best I have ever had! The owners and staff are amazing! We didnt want to leave! We highly recommended this place to visit! We hope to be back soon!

Back to nature and beauty. 20 of us gathered for a yoga retreat. We rented 3 spaces from the Stable, a cottage and the loft. All were ideal and the ladies had only good things to say about the accommodations. They raved about the beauty of the art, the glass works, the furnishings and on and on. We met twice a day in the retreat for yoga. We sat on decks and enjoyed both the rain and the sun. We hovered by the biggest fire with the most amazing back drop of mountains and we absorbed it all. The energy of the area, the graciousness of our hosts, the sense of calm. Oh did I mention the massages in the stable with the gentle breeze wafting through. TOP SHELF in all respects. ALL of us wish to return!

Staying at the Horse Shoe Farm was an amazing experience. Its centrally located near great breweries, wineries and of course the Blue Ridge Parkway with so many beautiful sights. We even hiked to the summit of Mount Pisgah. Great place to just unplug and get away!

The atmosphere of the farm is exceptional as were the nice touches of fresh eggs and the makings of Smores. The Lily cottage was comfortable and had enough amenities for our convenience. The bedding and pillows contributed to a good nights sleep. It was nice to learn about the history fro Jordan and peruse the Art Book by Lily herself.

Magical boutique hotel in a perfectly manicured farm. Perfect getaway with family. Close to all forests and mountains. We loved every minute . Staff and owners are very attentive ! We will be back !!

The Horse Shoe Farm is a total gem just outside of Hendersonville. We were so happy to visit for a week! It is the perfect place to unwind and recharge, boasting incredible sunset views, high-end luxury comfort and a beautiful Spa that is not to be missed. I highly recommend the CBD foot soak! The yoga sanctuary is gorgeous and perfect for any yoga or dance retreat, and the food is great. Definitely worth a visit.

This farm is incredible! The moment you get on the property you feel so calm and a sense that you are at home . I lead a yoga retreat there and brought a group of 14 guests. Jordon, one of the owners is so kind and accommodating and made my job so much easier!The property is stunning and the way the homes are decorated is so beautiful. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud! The spa is amazing and such a unique space. The property has so much to offer as far as the common spaces, meditation tower, game room, yoga room, dance halls, kayaks & paddle boards. But there is something about the property that sucks you into a vortex of relaxing & surrendering giving you permission to DO NOTHING! which we need in our culture .10 stars!

I arranged a retreat here for our company of apx. 40 guests. It was the best place for a fun, relaxing and engaging few days! Jordan was so accommodating and helped with all of the details of our trip. The spa is incredible and most of our employees said it was one of the best spa treatments they had ever had. The amenities are stunning and spotless and the farm provided us everything we needed to connect and relax as a team. 10/10 !! Also an amazing spot for a weekend get away.

It is pure beauty. I joined the quantum regression event in July and stayed for two days. If only others in the group could have experienced the power of the property. It moves. It is a portal. The most wonderful vacation destination! There really is no place like it. If you like luxury cabins, sunsets, and delicious food, this is THE spot. Loved the fresh juice station in the morning. Really gorgeous spa too. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the horse shoe farm with family and friends and had a truly magical experience. The farm itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff was delightful. The suite that we stayed in was truly luxurious and the sheets and towels were top notch. To top it all off we had a spectacular balcony view which we watched the stars from at night. On our second night the staff made an amazing family style barbecue and ended the nigh with a firework show. We can’t wait to come back relax and make more memories. Thank you all at the horse shoe farm.

Magical! Couldn’t ask for a better escape for the weekend. Super close to Asheville but with so much to do on the farm I couldn’t drag myself away from such a perfect and relaxing weekend. The grounds and our cabin were gorgeous. Couldn’t be happier!

We had the most incredible stay at Horseshoe Farm! My husband and I were traveling with our toddler. We stayed in a two bedroom home equipped with a crib. The home was beautifully renovated with top-of-the-line bedding. We spent most of the time on the property - exploring the immaculate grounds, visiting the animals, and playing in the kids clubhouse. We enjoyed massages at the incredible spa which was previously horse stables. If you feel like venturing out, the town of Hendersonville is cute with great restaurants and shops. Overall, the weekend was relaxing and perfect. Jordan was an exceptional host and we cant wait to visit again!

Every year we have a 4 day retreat with 25-30 people and of all the places weve stayed, The Horse Shoe Farm is the absolute best. Jordan was amazing to communicate with ahead of time- our experience and rest was his top priority. The whole staff was friendly and truly exceptional. Once we arrived the farm was BEYOND what the pictures show. Each house was so unique and had its own personality, was clean and so comfortable. We never wanted to leave the property. We enjoyed reading by the outdoor fire pit, playing games in the Farmhouse, and enjoying family style meals in the Silo. I am scheming up ways to get back soon whether with family, friends, or another work retreat!

Went there with my whole family during the summer (19 of us), and we had an amazing time. There are many things to do around the farm, but even if you just stay there all the time during your stay its 100% worth it!!! Beautiful accomodations, and amazing sunsets.

As an Asheville resident, I have several world class spa choices to visit and enjoy. I can honestly say when it comes to a 5-star experience be it relaxing, staying over night, dining, or indulging in spa treatments you will find no better. The owners and staff are extremely welcoming and professional, and provide a service that is second to none. The accommodations were lush and plush, in a way Ive not seen in other hotels and/or inns in the area, definitely a cut above!. The Stable Spa features stunning style and refined decor, with relaxing treatment rooms in a unique setting I found truly enchanting. Not only did I feel at home the first time I visited, Ive since returned with friends and family who have all enjoyed the same, exclusive experience. The owners continue to make every visit customized to each of our guests own, individual experience desires. All of us, including those who had traveled from abroad, are in agreement that Horse Shoe Farm is a breath of fresh air and were looking forward to returning. Well done to all!

The Horse Shoe Farm is magical! From the minute I drove in I immediately felt a sense of peace and relaxation. Susan and John are great hosts too! Anything we wanted to do, they knew how to make it happen. Minutes away from historic downtown Hendersonville, which is so charming and I highly recommend. Asheville is nearby too (It is a short 10-15 minute drive away). This beautiful farm resort is perfect for romantic getaway, girls weekend, family reunion, family vacation, corporate retreat and weddings or other social celebrations. Our group had a great stay at The Horse Shoe Farm. The mountains are great by themselves, but the accommodations and staff made it the perfect long weekend for us.

By far the best property “farm” vacation location in Western NC/ “the mountains”. If you want a great place to relax with family and friends while making life long memories, this place offers that and then some. You and your family and friends will be talking about the farm, your experiences and memories the following year and so on. Situated on 85 acres, riverfront on the French Broad River, you can kayak down the same river as the Biltmore, fish like a true outdoorsman and enjoy the picture perfect Mountain View’s and sunsets over Mt. Pisgah, and the Appalachian mountains. Also great times around the fire pit at night over looking these great views. Bar none the newest, most elegant outdoor experience one or one’s family can enjoy this year in the mountains and Western NC. Also enjoy the great spa, farm to table menu, and luxury experience while enjoying what nature has to offer.

When the crushing winter months in the city (Im from NY) had me feeling down, I took a long weekend jaunt to the beautiful Horse Shoe Farm in Hendersonville, NC. I was happy with my decision from the moment I set foot upon its 85 acres of gorgeousness. I was warmly welcomed by Jordan and Rachel who ensured that my stay would be comfortable and relaxing, starting with a 90-minute massage in their state of the art spa, which was converted from an old horse stable. The space was warm and inviting, and my massage therapist Madeline was simply superb. The massage (which was easy to book in advance) was among the best Ive ever had, incorporating aroma therapy and an exfoliating facial to boot! As a solo traveler, I had the privilege of staying in The Loft, one of the smaller residences (perfect for singles or a couple), which sits conveniently in the middle of the property. The accommodations were clean, the bed extremely comfortable (I took numerous naps), and the coffee maker and mini-fridge made for extra convenience. Just steps away on the main lawn sits a picnic area replete with comfy chairs, a fire pit, and stunning sunset views. As the weather was perfect, I made sure to enjoy sitting outside as much as possible with a glass of wine in hand. The property is an easy drive from various activities - I twice went running on the Oklawaha Greenway, enjoyed a lovely dinner at a new French restaurant (aptly named The French Broad after the local river) on Hendersonvilles Main Street, and took a day trip to Asheville which is roughly 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Truthfully, though, I would have forgone Asheville altogether to spend more time with the farms famed hens and a pregnant goat named Bobbie Marley (she was a hoot!). I could go on and on, but suffice it to say the Horse Shoe Farm is a perfect destination for travelers of all kinds, whether youre looking for an event/retreat space, or just looking to get away for a few days and find some peace of mind. Speaking of peace of mind, there is no better place than the Sanctuary to practice some morning yoga... Namaste and enjoy your stay!
