This place could improve if it didnt swindle people out of money with non sensical claims of how they lost money. Do to covid 19 my daughter played 2 games in the spring 2020 season before we were shut down. Every other place in the nation received assistance or refund due to this unforeseen pandemic.bbut these crooks, they kept our money and offered a laughable 20% off of the $120 registration for fall 2020. This organization is a joke, a farce and a fraud!!!
Best Soccer league in Vegas period!!!! Ive had all 3 of my boys play in the league from age 3 to high school league and now in the adult league. It is by far the best run, most well organized league in town, and I can attest to this because my boys have played in all the leagues throughout the valley and they do not compare to SNSA. Not even close. Plus its extremely affordable. I have referred many people to them and theyve all loved it. Anytime Ive asked the league for assistance with fees for myself or others that need help, they have ALWAYS stepped up and helped. I seriously cant recommend this league enough and Ive had 18 years experience with them. Keep it up SNSA!
I can’t speak for the younger age groups that play for this “soccer association” but from my experience after playing two seasons here: this league is a waste of time, money, gas, and could even possibly jeopardize the happiness and enjoyment you feel when playing soccer. I personally play soccer because I love the sport and being a student, this helps me relieve whatever stress I may have from school work, but this league has turned my love into the exact opposite. I had to quit a few weeks in and get out before my passion for the sport was completely depleted. Don’t go and waste your time filing reports or complaints with whatever board officials they have, because they won’t listen to you. The president Karen, is completely biased and gives her pals and team the advantage over others. The referees won’t give you the time of day, and don’t care for doing their job correctly as long as they’re getting paid their gas money. I’ve had a few close friends who were refs that could no longer take the mental abuse this league has to offer them. You will receive verbal threats from other players of the opposite team, but don’t try to defend yourself—keep quiet. Otherwise you’ll be carded or kicked off the field. Also, get use to being called a number of vulgar names in front of your children, seems like that’s something many of the “adults” enjoy taking part in. That being said, if you do decide to play here, don’t bring your kids. As I was watching one of my friends games one day, an argument broke out. My friend of course had to walk off the field after a player from the other team told her she was going to fight her and elbowed her after the whistle had been blown. The opposite player was upset with my friend for simply legally bodying the player... anyhow my friend also gets carded for being a victim of the situation. Karen, the president of the association tells her to get use to being called vulgar names because “that’s life”. Didn’t know a president of a league that advocates for such prestige would encourage such a thing. Anyways, to each their own. If you have the money, an extreme amount of patience, and ear plugs, go for it. If you love soccer and rather not deal with the headache of a poorly cared for league, I urge you to find another. You’ve been warned.
It is soccer season already for my children. It was so nice to see the office staff again. They are always so helpful with registration paperwork, and getting my children all ready for a new season. Keep kicking.
Excellent soccer league. Extremely well run and organized. My daughter played 9 seasons in SNSA before moving to club soccer and my son played 5 seasons. Every season was great. The cost is minimal considering each season includes new uniforms, practice fields, technical training for coaches and players, and 8+ games including referee fees. I also love that SNSA has adult league options for parents to get out and have some fun. Finally have a great soccer option for the Henderson/Green Valley side of town.
My kids have played in a lot of different youth sports leagues, and this league was definitely the most organized. My kids loved it - highly recommended!
This is my sons first time playing soccer. When the coach called and gave me the practice day and time, he told me if it didnt work out I can contact snsa league coordinator to get on a different team. I had a couple of more questions for the coach the following day and he quickly responded. I messaged SNSA through my phone, emailed them two times one of which was straight from their website, and called and left messages. Two weeks later and I still have not received a call back. I tried to call back but message box is full. During this time, I messaged and called the original coach and told him if he can please message the day that practice will be held. Its been 3 days and I have not heard back from the original coach either. I have my other younger kid starting practice this week. So, I know practice has already started. Frustrating when you pay a good amount of money and then get treated this way. They dont have their address on there website either. After I searched on Google, I found an address for SNSA. Im going there today to see if I get any results. Its a horrible way to have to hound people to get the service that Ive already paid for. Yuck!!!
